Personale decisamente poco attento, prima di arrivare abbiamo notizia di una mancanza d’acqua, chiamo e la persona alla reception mi risponde di lavarmi il giorno prima……. No comment, dintorni con lavori in corso e rumori dalle 07.00 del mattino, alla richiesta di cancellare la prenotazione un secco no. Quando si antepone il profitto alla basilare decenza di trattamento del cliente vi siete presentati soli

Staying in a superior room on the 2nd floor facing the road. First there is nothing superior about the room and the room was incredibly dated with most of the furnishings having water marks and damage, was absolutely nothing like the pictures. The main issue was the noise from the front rooms is unbearable, and was unable to sleep the first two nights. Switched rooms on the 3rd day for a room at the back of the hotel on the 7th floor, this time there was no noise from the road and people walking past but the rooms at the top of the hotel are far too hot and difficult to sleep in, so if booking ask for a room on the first few floors at the back of the hotel. Overall the hotel has a nice lobby but the two rooms I stayed in has issues and the hotel is incredibly dated with many furnishings stained and carpets in an adequate condition, beds are comfy and shower is excellent. Also not mentioned on the site is building works are taking place between 7AM - 6PM weekdays and had I known would never have booked. Incredibly disappointed with the hotel and don’t expect the rooms to look anything like the photos online.
