Great hotel with beautiful large rooms , very clean and modern facilities. Friendly staff who make check in pleasant and easy. Superb cafeteria and restaurant, we enjoy an evening meal and drinks. Have used this hotel many times in our road trips to Spain and are always happy with the service.

Staff on check in were very professional and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. It’s great to have a choice of dining in the restaurant or cafeteria onsite. Free parking also right outside the reception area. This is my 4th stay and still just as good. We will definitely be back again.

We always stay here on way to Santander. Quiet, convenient and safe location. Spotlessly clean Hotel with spacious rooms. The Cafe serves lovely, freshly cooked meals at very reasonable prices.

Hotel had plenty of parking and was very clean. Comfortable bed. We wanted an overnight stay en route to Marbella. Restaurant didn’t open until 20.00 and nowhere else locally to eat. Hotel in industrial area with no facilities. Staff made no attempt to help us.

The place to stay in Burgos ! Spotless rooms, friendly staff and great food . We always have a bar meal in the cafeteria in the evening with a couple of beers , the food is delicious and well presented, the bar staff are super friendly and efficient. Breakfast is really nice with a great selection onto suit everyone.

Spotlessly clean, we appreciated the exceptional comfort of the bed and chair in the room, excellent shower, and easy parking. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional from the front desk to the restaurants. Excellent food at both the restaurant and the morning breakfast buffet. Very well managed property. Impressive.

La habitacion y baño super cómodos, silencioso, y muy limpio. Nos cambiaron las toallas sin pedir. El desayuno excelente en cantidad y variedad. El salon del desayuno es amplio y silencioso. Parking en el hotel 10 puntos. 10' en coche a la catedral, se puede aparcar en zona azul o en un parking subterraneo de 10 euros la estadía de 24 hs. Super recomendable.

Spacious room and clean. Ideal stopover on way to Santander ferry. The continental breakfast was good. Used the bar/cafeteria for quick meal. Good for the price, no frills approach but friendly and adequate.

Keurig hotel met prachtige kamer. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Minpuntje is de gehorigheid van de kamer. Alsof de buren in je eigen kamer aan het praten waren. Wellicht dat daar nog iets aan gedaan kan worden.

Alojamiento magnífico con unas instalaciones perfectas. La habitación es excelente, con muy buenos acabados y todo tipo de comodidades. Cuarto de baño grande, con una zona de ducha enorme. Camas comodísimas de viscoelástico donde se duerme como en pocos sitios. Buenas vistas desde la habitación y zona de aparcamiento de hotel muy amplia. Como único punto de mejora añadiría el poner cubiertas en las plazas de aparcamiento para que los vehículos no se calienten los días de sol.

How is this 4 star? It’s in an industrial area, it’s scruffy and has no welcoming features at all. The reception staff are rude. The rooms are large and tatty. Cheapest toiletries ever. Is used as a transport bar and cafe. Noisy. Literally has no redeeming features. Never again.

Clean and easy to locate. On the 3dge of and industrial estate. No other dining within 5k, steaks done to medium were running with blood after even sending them back.(something I have never done before)

Brilliant once again. Ideal place to stop on route to and from the ferry. Lots of good parking and the hotel is always clean , well kept and smells lovely in reception especially. The cafeteria is a great place to relax with lovely tapas served by friendly polite staff. Will definitely use again 👍.
