Très belle vue de la chambre sur un lac. Environnement calme sauf les chambres qui sont coulées et on entend les voisins quand ils parlent. Petit déjeuner simple à la demande pas de buffet. Problème de parking car l hôtel n a pas son propre parking mais on a eu de la chance de trouver une place à côté du château médiéval à visiter pas cher l entrée

Great upside down hotel. Only downside is noise from dinjng room above 1st floor rooms as people mive chairs etc but no big deal. Helpful staff and great location with fab views over the reservoir. No outside space though. Recommended.

This was a great hotel to say in. There was plenty of parking when we went. The breakfast was good and dinning room has great views as well. Staff is friendly and always available to help. The town center is a short 50 meters away and the castle is 20 meteres away. Very comfortable and clean rooms, we would stay here again for sure when exploring the area.

This hotel is probably the highest building on a mountaintop city. Staff was excellent, food was good, and views were breathtaking. Parking is avail in moderation. But like a lotnof historic Europe, it is not for the faint of heart. The road is only wide enough for one way traffic and alternates directions with the use of a traffic light. Rooms are completely adequate, but the overall hotel is a little sterile. Everything is concrete and everything is painted white. Not the most cozy, but close to everything including the castle, museum, shopping and dining. Did I mention views?

Hotel en inmejorable situación de gestión pública por la junta y el ayuntamiento en este caso de Zahara el mantenimiento debería ser más continuo la paras sueltas y rejuntado de ducha renovar silicona pues está aupara poner silicona nueva y limpiar ventilador de techo baño por lo demás muy bien muy buena y abundante comida la crítica es al ayuntamiento que es quien debe hacer mantenimiento personal inmejorable

Mencionar al señor de la recepción que nos recibió a la llegada ( no recuerdo su nombre) . Super atento, profesional y nos dió toda la información que necesitabamos. La única pega el desayuno buffet, apenas habia elección. Destacar la limpieza y tranquilidad de las habitaciones.

Hotel de la cadena Tugasa, bien, cena con un menú de a elegir entre primeros y segundos (6 o 7 platos por grupo) bebida aparte, desayuno aceptable (?), habitaciones muy limpia un poco antiguo el mobiliario, cómodas camas y cuarto de baño impecable vistas al pantano de Zahara.Para volver, un saludo especial para Antonio ( recepción y comedor) todo amabilidad y profesionalidad.

Ett mindre rum med fantastisk utsikt, lyhört och lite sådär i badrummet. Frukosten var knapphändig och lunchen vi försökte äta gjorde att vi inte beställde mer mat på stället. Den soppan man serverade var mest varmvatten med lite riskorn man råkat tappa i soppan, inte den lokala soppan vi föreställde oss enligt menyn.

Wonderful view from all the rooms and the dining room. Freshly renovated hotel. Good new mattresses. Courteous staff. High up, so only 2 minutes walk to the village centre and to the entrance to the medieval fort. The construction is basically of concrete stuck to an almost vertical hillside. The dining room, entrance and reception are at the top, the rooms below. It was very quiet in our room until people started moving their chairs in the dining room at breakfast.

Fantastic location and view! Arriving by car was a little confusing because the primary route was closed. Eventually was found it. The employee at check in was not helpful and only provided partial information. I think he was busy and a bit overwhelmed, because later in the evening his mood was much improved. Dinner was good with plenty of food. The breakfast was better, with excellent coffee.

L'hôtel a une vue splendide sur le lac, est très bien équipé et moderne. Cependant, nous n'avons jamais réussi à trouver le parking ... nous avons du nous garer plus bas et monter à pied. Le personnel ne semble pas parler anglais ce qui peut-être difficile si vous ne maîtriser pas bien l'espagnol.

L'hôtel a une vue splendide sur le lac, est très bien équipé et moderne. Cependant, nous n'avons jamais réussi à trouver le parking ... nous avons du nous garer plus bas et monter à pied. Le personnel ne semble pas parler anglais ce qui peut-être difficile si vous ne maîtriser pas bien l'espagnol.

Wonderful view from all the rooms and the dining room. Freshly renovated hotel. Good new mattresses. Courteous staff. High up, so only 2 minutes walk to the village centre and to the entrance to the medieval fort. The construction is basically of concrete stuck to an almost vertical hillside. The dining room, entrance and reception are at the top, the rooms below. It was very quiet in our room until people started moving their chairs in the dining room at breakfast.

Great upside down hotel. Only downside is noise from dinjng room above 1st floor rooms as people mive chairs etc but no big deal. Helpful staff and great location with fab views over the reservoir. No outside space though. Recommended.

This was a great hotel to say in. There was plenty of parking when we went. The breakfast was good and dinning room has great views as well. Staff is friendly and always available to help. The town center is a short 50 meters away and the castle is 20 meteres away. Very comfortable and clean rooms, we would stay here again for sure when exploring the area.

This hotel is probably the highest building on a mountaintop city. Staff was excellent, food was good, and views were breathtaking. Parking is avail in moderation. But like a lotnof historic Europe, it is not for the faint of heart. The road is only wide enough for one way traffic and alternates directions with the use of a traffic light. Rooms are completely adequate, but the overall hotel is a little sterile. Everything is concrete and everything is painted white. Not the most cozy, but close to everything including the castle, museum, shopping and dining. Did I mention views?

Fantastic location and view! Arriving by car was a little confusing because the primary route was closed. Eventually was found it. The employee at check in was not helpful and only provided partial information. I think he was busy and a bit overwhelmed, because later in the evening his mood was much improved. Dinner was good with plenty of food. The breakfast was better, with excellent coffee.

Ett mindre rum med fantastisk utsikt, lyhört och lite sådär i badrummet. Frukosten var knapphändig och lunchen vi försökte äta gjorde att vi inte beställde mer mat på stället. Den soppan man serverade var mest varmvatten med lite riskorn man råkat tappa i soppan, inte den lokala soppan vi föreställde oss enligt menyn.
