The room sizes are perfect, providing spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly connected to shops. The food quality is excellent, with a wide variety of options available in the buffet at both breakfast and dinner. If you want to visit any place, there is dedicated staff with very knowledgeable guides. The hotel has its own dinner cruise on the Nile. The dining experience in their revolving restaurant at the top is a must, offering exceptional food quality.

Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questo hotel, la posizione sul Nilo è invidiabile, la camera ampia e confortevole con balcone e vista, colazione vastissima a dir poco, tantissimi ristoranti di cui uno al 41mo piano con vista sulla città a 360 gradi (si gira in modo impercettibile durante la cena) che va provato senz’altro come esperienza ! La piscina è molto grande e si gode di ottimo relax e tintarella! Secondo me scegliere questo hotel può rendere l’esperienza della città del Cairo (caotica e piena di degrado) molto piacevole !!!

The hotel is an oasis in Cairo, very safe place, big rooms, comfortable with amenities and awesome restaurants. They also have a shopping center!!! I will def go back to this hotel on my next stay in Cairo.🏝️

Revolving restaurant is amazing. Great views and food very romantic. Staff are very helpful and polite. Location is ideal if travelling to pyramids and museums both around 30 mins drive. About £5 in an Uber. Room is adequately clean and comfortable but could do with a refurb however nothing to complain about. I did visit the Spa and gym. Good machines and good facilities overall. All in all a good hotel I would stay again if in Cairo The only downside was my room was cold as the ac was left on full and the heating didn’t work and I struggled to lock the balcony door. I didn’t follow up as it was a short stay so maybe they could have fixed it if given the chance.

Great hotel. Good location, good gym, free sauna and steam room. Good breakfast. Made to order omelettes. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good linens. Amazing views of the Nile. Make sure to go up to the revolving restaurant. Even if you don’t eat there. Go for the views. It’s very beautiful. I would stay here again. Great service nice people.

Had a great few nights here, beautiful view over Cairo and good location. Facilities are great, lovely pool area, lobby and convenient shops and cash points in the hotel. Our room was spotless, quite large and the bed was so comfortable it was a struggle to get out of it! Breakfast for room service was the only downfall, we didn't quite get what we ordered and it was more expensive than advertised, aswell as arriving early. The spa was fantastic and the staff very helpful and attentive. Massages were very relaxing. Helpful note - jacuzzi and sauna is separated for men and women so if you are travelling as a couple you can't use together but it was still really lovely. The revolving restaurant at the top was also fantastic, great sweeping 360 degree view of the Nile and the city and the steaks are cooked to perfection. All of the staff here were helpful, friendly and polite. You can also store your luggage when you check out so you can maximise your last day. I would definitely stay here again, thankyou so much for a wonderful stay!

This is a well located hotel with impressive facilities. The lobby smells amazing and the pool is fantastic. The staff was largely polite and helpful. We could see the pyramids from our balcony. The rooms could use a facelift, and the breakfast buffet was underwhelming.

Room was disgusting and wasn’t cleaned upon arrival, when check in was at 15:00, we arrive at 04:30 am the following morning and was provided a room that was not clean and was filthy.

The view was beautiful. Staff were friendly. The rooms were outdated and dirty. Broken fixtures and run down hotel. Our balcony doors wouldn’t close and bathroom had broken fixtures. Power plug sockets also broken. A chaotic lobby.

My stay at the grand Nile tower was absolutely amazing. The building is beautiful and perfectly located right on the Nile. When I booked I was a little worried because there were some bad reviews but honestly I don’t see why. My room was impeccable. The bath had a rain shower that felt like standing under a waterfall. The toilet also has a bidet and handheld sprayer. The bed was very comfortable. But the best part was the balcony. Stunning views of the Nile and Cairo while also providing some privacy. The staff were also great, very helpful but not obtrusive. I stayed on the club level so breakfast and dinner is available if you want it. It was quite delicious. Another nice perk was that the sailboats leave from a little dock right across the street so I could walk to it. They also had live music at night. And there is a mall with a theater attached as well as several restaurants though I didn’t go. There’s a riverboat docked too that I think does river cruises but I didn’t check it out. Overall a great place and would definitely stay here again.

Très bel hôtel ! Deux restaurants fantastiques avec personnel au top . Petit dej parfait . Vue sur le Nil magique Mais souci propreté dans la chambre (tâches sol salle de bain sèche cheveux avec substances collées, shampoing et lait vides … , . Pour ce prix cela reste difficilement acceptable …

We had the room on 35th floor and the view was stunning. It’s a huge hotel, so don’t expect personable service. One of the best hotel we had in our entire Egypt trip. Pros: - Nice spacious and clean room - Beautiful Nile view. - Next to a local small mall which has a mini mart selling tidbits and drinks. - They have a few restaurants within the hotel. - Easy to get around but best to call an Uber to pick you up. - We ordered room service which delivered the food very fast on time. Bill was settled on the spot when food is delivered. Cons: - Restaurants seem to be competing heavily for business. We were asked constantly to go into each restaurant as we walked past. - The balcony door doesn’t close well. As the wind was very strong, the room was rather cold even after we turn off the aircon. This was during April. - Hotel is extremely busy, which is expected. - Public toilet stinks. - Shower area is within the bathtub. Climbing in and out is a problem as the bathtub is very high. I’d imagine that a problem for older folks.

部屋のバルコニーやレストランから見えるナイル川の眺めは大いに気に入りましたが、設備はかなり老朽化していて、特にカードキーが使えなくなって、フロントへ行かなくてはならないことが、2晩の滞在中に3回ありました。フロントとコンシェルジュの対応もあまり感心できませんでした。朝食は初日に案内された地下のビュッフェと2日目の一階のビュッフェで品目数が大いに異なりました。Wi-Fiのスピードは速かったです。

The only hotel right on the Nile - our room balcony was literally on the Nile. The bedroom has floor to ceiling glass and we could see Nile on the right side and also straight from bed. We could see the Pyramids at distance.

Had a great few nights here, beautiful view over Cairo and good location. Facilities are great, lovely pool area, lobby and convenient shops and cash points in the hotel. Our room was spotless, quite large and the bed was so comfortable it was a struggle to get out of it! Breakfast for room service was the only downfall, we didn't quite get what we ordered and it was more expensive than advertised, aswell as arriving early. The spa was fantastic and the staff very helpful and attentive. Massages were very relaxing. Helpful note - jacuzzi and sauna is separated for men and women so if you are travelling as a couple you can't use together but it was still really lovely. The revolving restaurant at the top was also fantastic, great sweeping 360 degree view of the Nile and the city and the steaks are cooked to perfection. All of the staff here were helpful, friendly and polite. You can also store your luggage when you check out so you can maximise your last day. I would definitely stay here again, thankyou so much for a wonderful stay!

Check in processing is slow and takes long time. It should be here is my ID and here is your room key as anywhere abroad. Long lines of guests waiting to check in while each guest takes significant time to process the check in. In front of main entrance there is aggressiveness and shouting in not making Uber cars or any car wait for their customer for at least two minutes and making cars not stop and keep going in circles around the entrance until the customer arrives to main entrance.

My luggage and bag was left in the middle of lobby on my departure for an hour while I was having my breakfast and waiting for my ride to the airport. I had my passport and money in the bag. Amazing experience. Best customer service. Mr Niveen Sammi was the most professional hotel manager and provided us with the best services and information. she was so nice and helpful and answered all our questions with a kind smile. The room was clean with a beautiful Nile view. The hotel has all the amenities and is in a very good location.

The property is the usual Hilton style. My suite was excellent with the view of the Nile. The service was horrible. Did not have WIFI for almost three days. Communicated the issue to all staff and manager but responded after three days. Checkout was a nightmare waited in line for an hour. Very chaotic at the reception no order at all. Will definitely not book this hotel again

Revolving restaurant is amazing. Great views and food very romantic. Staff are very helpful and polite. Location is ideal if travelling to pyramids and museums both around 30 mins drive. About £5 in an Uber. Room is adequately clean and comfortable but could do with a refurb however nothing to complain about. I did visit the Spa and gym. Good machines and good facilities overall. All in all a good hotel I would stay again if in Cairo The only downside was my room was cold as the ac was left on full and the heating didn’t work and I struggled to lock the balcony door. I didn’t follow up as it was a short stay so maybe they could have fixed it if given the chance.

Hotel is beautiful and staff are helpful very secure but surrounding neighborhood is rough. If you only stay in the hotel and take Ubers you will be fine. I would not recommend walking in this area. Restaurant for breakfast in lobby area and rooftop are excellent with good food and great service. Great views of the Nile.

A very well designed and built hotel with a good room size and excellent bathroom. An excellent view of the Nile from the rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good section of food. The one shortcoming is that there is no alcohol in the hotel. The roads around the hotel are not pedestrian friendly and its best to take an uber to move around.

There are multiple Hilton properties in Cairo. Ours was located in Garden City that was convenient to the downtown area with a wonderful view of the Nile. The door staff were very friendly and the security in place made us feel secure. Rooms were very clean with nice amenities available.

Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questo hotel, la posizione sul Nilo è invidiabile, la camera ampia e confortevole con balcone e vista, colazione vastissima a dir poco, tantissimi ristoranti di cui uno al 41mo piano con vista sulla città a 360 gradi (si gira in modo impercettibile durante la cena) che va provato senz’altro come esperienza ! La piscina è molto grande e si gode di ottimo relax e tintarella! Secondo me scegliere questo hotel può rendere l’esperienza della città del Cairo (caotica e piena di degrado) molto piacevole !!!

We had the room on 35th floor and the view was stunning. It’s a huge hotel, so don’t expect personable service. One of the best hotel we had in our entire Egypt trip. Pros: - Nice spacious and clean room - Beautiful Nile view. - Next to a local small mall which has a mini mart selling tidbits and drinks. - They have a few restaurants within the hotel. - Easy to get around but best to call an Uber to pick you up. - We ordered room service which delivered the food very fast on time. Bill was settled on the spot when food is delivered. Cons: - Restaurants seem to be competing heavily for business. We were asked constantly to go into each restaurant as we walked past. - The balcony door doesn’t close well. As the wind was very strong, the room was rather cold even after we turn off the aircon. This was during April. - Hotel is extremely busy, which is expected. - Public toilet stinks. - Shower area is within the bathtub. Climbing in and out is a problem as the bathtub is very high. I’d imagine that a problem for older folks.

Great service, attentive staff and nice view on the Nile. The breakfast is wonderful with egg station, waffle/pancake station and a variety of food. Quite the spread. I would recommend to get it when you book your room. It avoid the hassle to get it outside of the hotel. We also tried the Nubian restaurant at night for more local food. This restaurant is part of the hotel so very practical at night. Room was okay. But all good as we only need two to three days maximum in Cairo. Frankly two days is enough.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Cairo Hilton. The hotel is an impressive landmark on the banks of the Nile, and you can easily imagine it being a truly world-class property in its prime. The location on the river is excellent and offers fantastic views. However, the hotel now feels heavily used and is beginning to show its age. As smoking is permitted in some rooms, my room had a noticeable tobacco smell, which was disappointing. The security presence at the entrance also felt overly rigid and, at times, unwelcoming. While security is important, some staff appeared inexperienced, and a warmer, more customer-focused approach would create a much better first impression. There were also several maintenance and service issues. The bins in the room were broken, and housekeeping was inconsistent, with room servicing feeling somewhat temperamental during my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Cairo Hilton. The hotel is an impressive landmark on the banks of the Nile, and you can easily imagine it being a truly world-class property in its prime. The location on the river is excellent and offers fantastic views. However, the hotel now feels heavily used and is beginning to show its age. As smoking is permitted in some rooms, my room had a noticeable tobacco smell, which was disappointing. The security presence at the entrance also felt overly rigid and, at times, unwelcoming. While security is important, some staff appeared inexperienced, and a warmer, more customer-focused approach would create a much better first impression. There were also several maintenance and service issues. The bins in the room were broken, and housekeeping was inconsistent, with room servicing feeling somewhat temperamental during my stay. Hôtel très vieux dans un quartier sale où on ne peut pas se balader au bord du Nil. Hotel gérer par des Saoudiens donc il n’y a pas d’alcool. Les gens fument ou ils veulent!!! Le service dépend de votre religion au club. Les responsables du club sont très compétents. Certains serveurs vous ignorent complètement et vous font ressentir le mépris de ne pas être arabe. Les lits sont très durs et peu confortables, vielles moquettes dans les chambres. La chambre est de couleur beige vieux, le mobilier daté des années 80 et il n’a y a aucune decoration. Le balcon est bienvenu, nous avions une vue sur les pyramides et le Nil. Le mobilier du balcon est très sale et inconfortable. La salle de bain est verte, il n’y a pas de douche seulement une baignoire très haute. C’est difficile d’en sortir sans glisser. Il y a beau avoir 8 ascenseurs c’est très long pour en obtenir un. La piscine est grande et bienvenue lors de grosse chaleur. Les coussins de transats sont immondes de crasse. Ils n’ont certainement jamais été nettoyés. Check in et Check out très pro, nous avons pu échanger notre dernier petit déjeuner lors de notre arrivée très tôt le premier jour. C’est très mal insonorisé.
