The view is the best I've had in Vegas. I attend a few conferences a year in Vegas for work and have stayed in a different place each time. This was my favorite. The view of the Paris Eiffel tower, the Bellagio fountains and the Sphere is great. I watched the Sphere instead of watching TV! The location is central along the strip and tucked in with the Bellagio, Cosmopolitan and Aria all within a few minutes walk from the room. I plan to stay here again and again.

I would absolutely book again. The communication was great, the unit was clean, and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and more quiet than most hotels.

This room was disgustingly dirty and should not be rented to the public again in the interest of human health and safety. Dirty countertops in all areas had spots, smears and gunk that had not been cleaned. Toilet had feces on the underside of the rim. Grime on handle areas of closet doors that was clearly layers of filth that had NEVER been cleaned. Refrigerator was broken on one side. What little food we put in there-spoiled. About half of the lights in the room did not work. The was a full trash can left under the kitchen sink left by the previous occupant. If anyone reads this review, do yourself a favor and don't EVER rent this room.
