Taj Fisherman’s Cove Resort & Spa, Chennai

I stayed in a deluxe room. It was neat and clean. Had a small desk setup, which was useful for my work. Size was average. Will be difficult to accommodate additional cot for child. Restroom was clean. Bathtub was luxury add. Toothbrush, paste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer. But no shaving kit. Had balcony, but it is not private. The partition has open design through which you can see neighbours balcony. Inroom minibar items and snacks are way too expensive. Room service menu way way too expensive, five star price. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Well maintained pool. Beach was clean and had spaces to lie down and relax. They free buggy service to move around inside the property. Parking space was small, valet parking, car was parked under hot sun. Overall good experience, but expensive stay Not sure if it is worth the money we pay. I suggest you look for a better deal and book.

It was a horrible experience from the start - comms were so bad that they held us for 45 min to get visa details , they upsell villa and the place lacked cleanliness , bathroom drain did not work , bugs all over the room , swimming pool was dirty , I hardly believe it is reported as 5 star -
