Paradise Bay Resort

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao terminal de barcas, estacionamento amplo e com saguão recém reformado, porém com quartos e corredores em péssimas condições e sem manutenção. Ar-condicionado não gelava, o ar que saia dele era saturado de poeira e o quarto cheirava a mofo. O frigobar vazava água. O banheiro inundava após o banho, pois não havia proteção adequada. Mobiliário velho em má condição. A fechadura da porta quebrou e mesmo a funcionária teve dificuldade em abrir. Os corredores tinham carpetes sujos e mofados, com forte odor. Café da manhã abaixo das expectativas para um resort. O hotel não condiz com as 4 estrelas que afirma ter. Resultado de duas noites foi uma forte crise alérgica no casal. Péssima experiência. Hotel well located, close to the ferry terminal, ample parking and renovated reception hall, but with rooms and corridors in poor condition and without maintenance. The air conditioning in the room didn't cool at all, the air coming out of it was saturated with dust and the room smelled musty. The fridge was leaking water. The bathroom was flooded after showering as there was no adequate protection. Old furniture in poor condition. The door lock broke and even the employee had difficulty to open. The hallways had dirty, moldy carpets with a strong odor. Breakfast below expectations for a resort. The hotel does not live up to the 4 stars it claims to have. The result of two nights was a strong allergic crisis in the couple. Horrible experience.

A very warm welcome from the reception team, choice of four lifts to the rooms. Overwhelming choice of delicious food at both breakfast and evening meal which includes complimentary unlimited beer,water and various wines as well as soft drinks. The rooms are very spacious with fantastic views of the bay. All the staff are really helpful.

All the staff are so welcoming, the large bedrooms were very comfortable and clean and the variety of food was overwhelming and delicious.
