Es war sehr warm nachts trotz mitgebrachter Ventilatoren. Das Waschbecken war verstopft, auch die Dusche floss nur langsam ab. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal durchgehend sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist mit 15€/Tag sehr entspannt erreichbar und beparkbar. Ruhiges Hotel in bester Lage zum Dom.

It was very hot during our stay in Koln - over 38C. There was no air-conditioning and no lift. so getting up the stairs to the unit was a challenge. There was a fan which operated all night and the window was wide open - noise was less of a problem than heat. The hotel was well located near the Central Station, which was important as we were travelling by train. The station also provided access to some shopping for drinks etc. The main shopping centre was within walking distance.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Innenstadt/Altstadt, LANXESS-Arena uvm sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer so wie das ganze Hotel sind super schön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Badezimmer könnten evtl modernisiert werden. Sie waren aber zweckmäßig und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück ist eine 10/10. es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall einen Parkplatz zu buchen, wenn man mit PKW anreist.

O quarto era enorme (reservamos o studio) e com uma mini cozinha funcional! O chuveiro muitooo bom com água quente de verdade (está muito frio), aquecedor de toalhas e toalhas macias! A temperatura do quarto esteve muito confortável o tempo todo! Acho que o único ponto a melhorar são os travesseiros (poderiam ser mais confortáveis). Ficamos no segundo andar e não tinha elevador! Se vc estiver com malas pesadas, são 4 lances de escada! Equipe super atenciosa e cordial! Excelente localização (ao lado da estacao trem) o que facilita muito se vc está apenas de passagem pela cidade!

Nettes Hotel, mit schönen Appartements und sehr nettem Personal. Zentral gelegen, direkt in Bahnhofsnähe. Zwar wenige Hoteleigene Parkplätze, aber genügend Parkhäuser in kurzer Laufreichweite... Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen!!

Location is excellent. Within a very short walk to the station and all the sights. Spacious room with private bathroom and kitchenette. Downside is there is no lift in the building. We would however stay there again.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but fairly small. Unfortunately all I could heal all night was the footsteps of the guests in the room above me, which sounded a bit like they were part of the Riverdance crew.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut. Weniger gut war, dass es keine Klimaanlage oder zumindest einen Ventilator gab. Die Luft im Zimmer stand und es hat auch nichts geholfen, das Fenster aufzumachen, da es draußen viel zu heiß war. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und das Bad ist sehr klein, die Toilette befindet sich direkt neben der Duschkabine und wenn man die Toilette benutzt muss man aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Kopf stößt, weil der Abstand zur Wand davor so gering ist. Der Abzug im Bad war auch sehr verstaubt und der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war schwer zu bedienen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war nicht angemessen.

Staff friendly and professional. Great breakfasts. Location good for centre of Cologne (although walking through train station at night not particularly pleasant). Annex room dark, tv not working properly (stuck on one channel), toilet continued to flush all night. We asked ot be moved to main part of hotel which was much nicer.

Sauberes Zimmer, klein aber fein, Frühstück war super, nicht groß aber ein vielfältiges Angebot und aufmerksames Personal Super ist die Nähe zum Hbf und zur Stadt und trotzdem ist es ruhig, Preis-Leistung stimmt auf alle Fälle

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a few minute walk from the Dom. Simple, but very clean with good beds. Staff should be specially mentioned (reception, breakfast room) as it was superb, very helpful and delivered the best service ever! Very good breakfast: layout, choice, very good coffee. Can not fault it in any way. To be mentioned, that the reception and the breakfast room is in a sister hotel on the same road (1min walk). The check-in late at night can be that bit trickier (reception closed) and you will need to walk down the road for the breakfast.

Mysigt hotell med centralt läge nära centralstationen. Jättetrevlig personal! Rummet var litet och mysigt inrett i gammaldags stil. Finishen var ”sådär”. En stor spricka i laminatgolvet och damm på listerna. Det var stopp i toaletten som svämmade över på badrumsgolvet. Det var svårt att få tag på personal sent på kvällen. Det fanns ett nummer att ringa men när vi behövde det var det svårt att hitta.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber. Mit sehr kleinem Fernseher und kleinem Bad. Aber insgesamt ok, da dies vorher bekannt war. Das Frühstück gab es ca. 100m weiter. Vielfältig und gut. Die Lage, trotz der Nähe zum HBF, nicht unsauber oder unsicher. Für eine recht günstige und zentrumsnahe Übernachtung empfehlenswert.

I stayed here over Gamescom. It was clean, but as with many hotels in Cologne, it is small rooms, and hot without any air condition. Breakfast was decent, service good, but overall way to expensive for what it is. But so are most places in Cologne during the Gamescom week.

The hotel is in a great location, block and a half from the central train station (Hauptbonhof), and the Cathedral. We had a studio apartment. The staff was incredible. The breakfast was fantastic, with outstanding and I mean outstanding, service. The desk staff were very helpful in giving directions and printing tickets to events that we purchased online. We would stay there again without question.

Staff friendly and professional. Great breakfasts. Location good for centre of Cologne (although walking through train station at night not particularly pleasant). Annex room dark, tv not working properly (stuck on one channel), toilet continued to flush all night. We asked ot be moved to main part of hotel which was much nicer.

Nicely presented accommodation. Good breakfast and effificent and friendly staff. Good location. 5 mins by foot from main station. Quiet street. Old property and not sound proof inside so there is noise coming from floorboards etc. I wasn't aware I needed to check in at a different property. It may have been in an email from the accommodation but any correspondance I received was in German which I don't understand. Checking in meant keying in a 10 digit code to a door pad which is fine but there was no light in the hall and I couldn't see the door key pad. The number was too long for me to remember and light with my phone's torch. This was very frustrating as the check in process became very drawn out.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a few minute walk from the Dom. Simple, but very clean with good beds. Staff should be specially mentioned (reception, breakfast room) as it was superb, very helpful and delivered the best service ever! Very good breakfast: layout, choice, very good coffee. Can not fault it in any way. To be mentioned, that the reception and the breakfast room is in a sister hotel on the same road (1min walk). The check-in late at night can be that bit trickier (reception closed) and you will need to walk down the road for the breakfast.

Nähe Bahnhof und Innenstadt, Einzelzimmer eher zweckmäßig aber ausreichend, das Frühstück war hervorragend und besonders das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, ganz besonders das Frühstücksteam.

Mysigt hotell med centralt läge nära centralstationen. Jättetrevlig personal! Rummet var litet och mysigt inrett i gammaldags stil. Finishen var ”sådär”. En stor spricka i laminatgolvet och damm på listerna. Det var stopp i toaletten som svämmade över på badrumsgolvet. Det var svårt att få tag på personal sent på kvällen. Det fanns ett nummer att ringa men när vi behövde det var det svårt att hitta.

It was very hot during our stay in Koln - over 38C. There was no air-conditioning and no lift. so getting up the stairs to the unit was a challenge. There was a fan which operated all night and the window was wide open - noise was less of a problem than heat. The hotel was well located near the Central Station, which was important as we were travelling by train. The station also provided access to some shopping for drinks etc. The main shopping centre was within walking distance.

Sauberes Zimmer, klein aber fein, Frühstück war super, nicht groß aber ein vielfältiges Angebot und aufmerksames Personal Super ist die Nähe zum Hbf und zur Stadt und trotzdem ist es ruhig, Preis-Leistung stimmt auf alle Fälle

Nettes Hotel, mit schönen Appartements und sehr nettem Personal. Zentral gelegen, direkt in Bahnhofsnähe. Zwar wenige Hoteleigene Parkplätze, aber genügend Parkhäuser in kurzer Laufreichweite... Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen!!

Location is excellent. Within a very short walk to the station and all the sights. Spacious room with private bathroom and kitchenette. Downside is there is no lift in the building. We would however stay there again.

Eenvoudige kamers, wel proper. Geen airco wat met de hete temperatuur een nadeel was om 's nachts te kunnen slapen. Wij hadden de pech dat het toilet verstopt zat zodat wij enkel 's morgens naar het toilet konden in het hotel waar het ontbijt was. Bij het melden hiervan aan de receptioniste, bleef zij er maal koeltjes bij. Ik hoop dat dit achteraf werd doorgegeven. Ontbijt is met veel te veel mensen in veel te kleine ruimtes. Je kan bijna niet bij het buffet en het is er veel te krap. Wel grote flexibiliteit voor het verkrijgen van een parkeerplaats en toegang tot de kamers. Ook goede ligging, dichtbij het centrum en de Rijn.

The hotel is in a great location, block and a half from the central train station (Hauptbonhof), and the Cathedral. We had a studio apartment. The staff was incredible. The breakfast was fantastic, with outstanding and I mean outstanding, service. The desk staff were very helpful in giving directions and printing tickets to events that we purchased online. We would stay there again without question.
The hotel is in a great location, block and a half from the central train station (Hauptbonhof), and the Cathedral. We had a studio apartment. The staff was incredible. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Innenstadt/Altstadt, LANXESS-Arena uvm sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer so wie das ganze Hotel sind super schön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Badezimmer könnten evtl modernisiert werden. Sie waren aber zweckmäßig und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück ist eine 10/10. es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall einen Parkplatz zu buchen, wenn man mit PKW anreist.

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, das Bad bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aufgrund der Lage, des freundliche Personals und des sehr guten Frühstücks aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert.

Very close to the central station and a supermarket so great location. The breakfast was ok. If you have a sweet tooth you will probably like it a lot. Eggs made fresh was a nice service. Friendly staff. I had a room right next to the entrance and the door slammed at all hours. The room had a fan but no AC, and hardly any warm water in the shower.

First the positive about this apartment building converted into a hotel: excellent, central location, nice decor, and great breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, three key elements that make for a standard hotel room were missing: Wi-Fi signal didn’t go beyond one bar and mostly didn’t connect at all; wall mounted television was unplugged with the power outlet 2 meters up the wall with no way to reach it; the shower, even after letting it run for five minutes plus did not provide anything beyond tepid temperature. The room was extremely warm despite the two wall heaters being turned off. I really wanted to like this place more, but unfortunately can’t give it more than two stars.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett war aussergewöhnlich gut. Diese Unterkunft kann ich in jeder Hinsicht für einen Städtetrip empfehlen, da sie auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für die Stadt Köln bietet.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett war aussergewöhnlich gut. Diese Unterkunft kann ich in jeder Hinsicht für einen Städtetrip empfehlen, da sie auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für die Stadt Köln bietet.

Ett bra hotell, men receptionisten var lite snorkig. Rummen var fina om än små för enkelrummen, men man behöver inte mer än det som fanns.
