値段相応なので、なんとも言えませんが、6泊したのですが、なぜかベットメイクしてくれていない日もありました。 基本的には、部屋が狭い。 クーラーが無いので窓を開けっぱなしにしていて、蚊が入ってくるのがいやだった。 テレビは壊れているのか？映らなかった。 焼きたてパンの朝食は、美味しかった。

El hotel es funcional y está muy bien ubicado, pero le faltan servicios como aire acondicionado y el baño de la habitación era muy pequeño.

Staff was attentive, and the continental breakfast was beautiful. My only gripe was no USB charging in the room, and I did not have a German plug adapter. Very efficient, no lift, and about a ten minute walk from the train station.

Lage ist gut, etwas laut aber noch im Rahmen. Zimmer sind in eseinigermaßen sauber. Sollten aber (teils dringend)renoviert werden. Es gibt keine Hoteleigene Parkplätze, man muss entweder auf der Straße mit Parkuhren stehen oder in ein umliegendes Parkhaus ausweichen

Appalling. DO NOT STAY here. Cashing in on ANuga bedrooms are disgusting dirty blood on walls. No lift. No apology. Booked 2 double rooms and were given 2 single rooms. Waiting for a response from manager but nothing. Threadbare carpets. Toilet in the shower. No space to swing a cat. Disgusting.

Schlimmer geht es nicht. Achtung auf Zi 209. Es gibt in einer Besenkammer mehr Platz. Kein Fahrstuhl. Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, keine Kofferablage, kein Nachttisch mit Lampe oder wenigstens Schalter für Zimmerlicht. In das kleine Bad kommt man nur gezwängt durch eine halboffene Tür. Der Fernseher steht auf einer kleinen Ablage. Keine Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Nach Meldung bei der Rezeption (per Handy, da kein Telefon auf dem Zimmer) der Hinweis: Der Hausmeister kommt Morgen. Keine weitere Möglichkeit heute. Und das bei nur einer Übernachtung!! Und mächtige Messepreise.

Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet die aber nicht funktioniert, kein Fenster zum kippen .Zimmer war ein Brutkasten.

The property is much in need of refurbishment. The rooms are dated, unclean, falling apart and have minimal ventilation.

Temizlik cok kotu. Banyoda onceki misafirlerden kıl, tüy vardı. Hijyen sıfır. Tek artısı konumu iyi.

Very old uncared for. Carpets old and dirty, walls and doors very dirty. Bathroom and beds were clean.

Unclean room and worn out carpets. Very small room, I could hardly fit through door into bathroom

Toilet was gross with mold under the rim (lots of mold), shower door broken (stuck), black mold in corners of bathroom, cracks in grout, peeling paint, unstuck fibreglass wallpaper, no heating (in winter), mystery brown mark on wall, old crappy furniture and found hairs on the sheets. Needs a proper deep clean because it was disgusting (single room on third floor). I skipped the breakfast as there is no way I would eat there given the state of the room. Also, bring own toilet paper as the stuff they have is like sandpaper. It was serviceable but I would not stay here again.

Well you get what you pay for! The location is excellent. 10 minutes to the cathedral, 10 minutes to all of the Christmas markets and all of the best activities. However the room itself was extremely small, the mattress was not comfortable, the hair dryer did not work properly, the toilet moves when you sit on it, the shower has mold in it, and the room smells when you turn on the heater (not that we needed it even though it was 30 degrees Fahrenheit out. The room gets hot.) The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the staff is nice.

Das war das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel in dem ich bislang unter gekommen bin. Ein etwas schläfriger aber sehr netter Rezeptionist wies uns die Zimmer zu. Diese waren wirklich winzig und dazu noch sehr dreckig. Fernseher vorhanden aber nicht angeschlossen. Der kaputte Kabelkanal hing noch daneben. Das Bad so klein, dass man beim sitzen auf der Toilette die Tür auflassen musste. Das absolut schlimmste war aber die Sauberkeit. Überall flecken im Teppich. Im Bad ließ sich der Dreck auf dem Boden mit dem Fuß verschmieren. In der Ecke des Bads "Dreck" der stark an Überreste von erbrochenem erinnerten. Das Klo zwar Oberflächlich sauber, aber innen drin voller Urinstein. Die Tür + Zarge vom Wischen kaputt. Der absolute Supergau erwartete mich, als ich die Klobürste kurz vor dem Check-Out benutzen wollte. Unter dem Deckel der Bürste erwarteten mich Fekal-Klumpen die SOFORT Würgereiz verursachten. Ich habe so etwas in einem Hotel noch nicht erlebt und kann die vielen guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Da wir zwei Einzelzimmer hatten kann ich aber nicht vermuten das alle anderen Zimmer besser sind, da mein Reisepartner ähnliches vorgefunden hat.. Das Frühstück dagegen war ganz okay und die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten in der Innenstadt und trotzdem ruhig genug.

The conditions of the rooms and the facilities where terrible. Mold in the roof, dirt on all walls and looks like someone have died on the floor carped. The door to the next room kicked in and broken. Shold not ever been named as a hotel. In top ten on my listbof worst places, top 5 of so called hotels. Had booked for two night's, moved on after one whitout geeting any refunds. + for super sentral location so for just 6hour of drunk sleeping it might be ok for a reduced price.

J´ai initialement été logée dans une petite chambre en rez de chaussée donnant sur le couloir et sans possibilité d´ouvrir la fenetre, et j´ai donc demandé a changer. On m´a donné une autre chambre plus petite en rdc donnant sur la rue et un peu bruyante. La TV ne fonctionnait pas et on m´a répondu que c´etait normal, mais sans me le signaler avant...Je pense que les chambres en étage sont mieux. Sinon, le personnel est agréable, et le petit dej excellent.

Great staff. Easy walk to cathedral and station. Room was super-small/cramped. I don’t care that it’s dated, but everything seemed thoroughly beat up. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was moldy, shower head was broken. Hard to recommend.

It's a very small und cosy hotel with small and cosy rooms in a very nice (if you love it urban) nice area of cologne. Nothing for people with claustrophobic or demanding tendencies, but for those who love a fair price and charming place without bells and whistles absolutely perfect.

Hotel muy simple que cubrió nuestras necesidades. Una cama no muy cómoda y un baño, aunque pequeño suficiente.

Typisches Hotel für Kurzbesucher. 5 Minuten von der Schildergasse. Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, Teppich in die Jahre gekommen, TV ging nicht. Nach 10 keiner an der Rezeption, daher auch keine Möglichkeit der Hilfe bei Problemen. Duschvorhang nur mit Klemmstange befestigt, ist mir fast auf den Kopf gefallen. Wegen des alten Teppichs für Hausstauballergiker nicht zu empfehlen. Insgesamt mit über €100,- zu teuer für das gebotene

The way to the hotel was not too long of a walk from Köln Hbf but since the streets are doing renovations, you have to walk around to a nearby street. Also the hotel was two annex, main one and the other one located on a map shown in the main office, look at your key room # and see which building you’re in… room was clean but whats up with the Curtains??? I feel like people can peek in and also no soundproof walls? I can hear others clearly talking and door shutting across the hallway… The shower and bathroom door does not fit… make it a slide in door so you don’t obstruct the toilet but I bet thats because of German building code??? yeah not a great feature… also no tables and no amenities in the room (no hot water boiler, etc.) Great thing is even if you forget to tell them ahead of time that you’ll be late for check-in (cell signal was bad for me and DB always ruining plans), they will put your keys in a lockbox outside and the code is sent to you separately before arriving… really nice! also if you need to leave the hotel early morning too that day before the main office opens, just put the keys back in the lockbox and reset number and your good to go

Great people who work there. Bathroom needed a reconstruction. Pillow was very soft. Neighbourhood is ok. Lots of shops and the Dom is at walking distance.

Look, the rooms are old, a bit tired, but perfectly fine if you're the type of traveller like me who mainly just wants a decent bed and somewhere to shove their suitcase during the day. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great. You can't really ask better for location either - walking distance to almost everything, and easy public transport access.

他にも口コミに書いている人がいましたが、1階の部屋でしたが水回りの生臭さと芳香剤のような臭いがひどく、窓もないため換気ができず息が詰まりました。 チェックアウトの際、フロントの男性がずっと電話で話をしており、インボイスをお願いしたのですがなかなかすぐに対応くださいませんでした。 用事があったため10分ほど離れて戻ったところまだお電話されていましたが、インボイスについて尋ねたところ、スーツケースにインボイスの入った封筒を叩きつけられました… お電話は仕方ないと思いますが、このようなことがあるので急ぎで移動の用事のある方は余裕を持ってチェックアウトされることをおすすめします。 お部屋の匂いとインボイスの渡され方は不快に感じたため、次回は利用しないと思います。

Inchecken verliep niet naar wens. Medewerker werd constant gestoord en gaf daar gevolg aan. Locatie prima voor stad en kerstmarkt.

Einziges was ich nicht toll fand, war das Enrollment (als Mitglied anmelden). Man muss erst fragen ob ichs überhaupt will, zweitens muss der Gast dafür noch unterschreiben, dass die Daten und Mail Adresse vom Hotel bearbeiten dürfen. Drittens: wenn's ehe gemacht ist, muss man erklären was ist "to being a Member", um welche hotels es geht, welche Vorteile hat... Ich als Rezeptionist sage ich, das ist "No Way". Ich bitte meinen Mitgliedgliedskonto löschen. Danke

La ubicación esta ideal, a 6 minutos caminando de la catedral. Hay muchas tiendas a sus alrededores para comer, comprar. El staff nos apoyo cuidando las maletas en lo que salía nuestro tren.

In the old city close to the DOM CHURCH, the best atracción in KOLN , super pedestrian pads and lots of the best stores, shopping and supermarkets, highly recommended for that rate you can go better

This was a small but quite handy hotel in the central Cologne with an affordable prices.

It’s an ideal base for a short break, less than 15 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and Cathedral, s minutes from shops, restaurants cafes and bars. Nothing fancy, but the price was very reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Prima hotel. Gunstige ligging in centrum en toch rustig. Goede service, vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt. Kamer wel oké, goed bed. Badkamer te klein en te ouderwets.

A touch of old fashioned elegance with linens and china used for breakfast service. Comfortable beds and linens. Bathroom a bit small, exhaust system noisy. Some recaulking around shower needed. Otherwise, a good bargain for Cologne.

If you want a basic short term stay this hotel is ideal because it is a short walk to the Cathedral and river. Alan the duty manager was very obliging and only too eager to help. Our room was very small with nowhere to store suitcases, but it was very clean and suited our purpose. The breakfast area was immaculate and the food presentation was very good with plenty on offer. We would stay there again.

Ganz einfaches Hotel, Zimmer sehr klein, Möbel, Wände und Bad abgenutzt aber sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Es war wie immer ein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Nur der Fernseher war Betriebsbereit. Nur warum man für die Zukunft das Frühstück raus genommen hat erschließt sich mir nicht. Das Frühstück war immer sehr gut.
