Great place to stay very conveniently located, with roadhouse next-door and everything you need , food, drinks etc, I always stay at the opal inn, and the staff are great thanku

Had issues with no soap in room, didn’t end getting some as reception closes at 7pm, couldn’t locate staff to get some. Sliding doors in ancient shower broken, couldn’t close to have shower properly so water going outside on floor. Very old and tired room. Had issues getting parking of vehicle, ended up right outside door on walking path, blocking. Was noisy in area during early part of night due to army crews staying in adjacent rooms. Had a nice meal in dining of hotel resturant, basic bangers and mash, 15% off. Had to ask 3 times to get receipt for meal. Was humbugged by local aborigines as leaving venue.
