Hotel was not ready they should have just waited to open it. Was bare and could see aesthetically it was not finished. Some staff made cocktails nice but wasn't consistent. long wait for drinks.

De strand stonk naar riool, ga op het rooftop en kijk maar naar beneden je ziet pijpen door het water heen. Eten is niet goed, je krijgt rauw kip. Kabels lopen langs de kidspool.

A renovated hotel, but it still has its flaws. We lived on the fifth floor and there was a terrace above us, every day around midnight and in the morning we heard very loud furniture moving. We were always told that it would not happen again, but it did. On the other hand the noise of the music could not be heard from the bar but this could. The food was very good, but I would not say it is a five star hotel, more like a four. I did not like the unfinished work after the renovation and also the lack of precision - catching wasps in ordinary PET bottles that still had labels, etc. A big drawback was also that there were only two elevators for the entire hotel. Even though they opened recently, they can't keep it clean anymore. The staff were nice though.

Positives: Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Reinigung war größtenteils in Ordnung. Negatives: Das Hotel ist sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmerschlüssel waren altmodische Schlüsselschüsseln statt moderner Magnetkarten. Es gab keinen reservierten Parkplatz für Hotelgäste. Das machte es sehr stressig, einen Parkplatz zu finden, besonders wenn man täglich mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Der Zimmersafe war ebenfalls veraltet und nur gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr nutzbar, was ich in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel noch nie erlebt habe. WLAN war nur in der Lobby verfügbar, und die Betonwände des Gebäudes schirmten jeglichen Handyempfang ab, sodass weder Datenroaming noch Telefonate im Zimmer (4. Stock) möglich waren. Das Hotel verfügt nur über zwei Aufzüge für hunderte Gäste, wodurch man oft lange warten musste. Dies ist besonders problematisch für Gäste, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße sorgte für viel Lärm. Die Pools waren klein und überfüllt, und auch der hoteleigene Strand war sehr klein und laut, vor allem durch viele schreiende Kleinkinder. Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts wurde unter den Betten nicht gereinigt, was zu einer Ansammlung von Schmutz führte. Die All-Inclusive-Softdrinks aus den Automaten waren nicht gut, sodass ich mich auf Wasser beschränkte. Die
