Very comfortable, homey place to stay. Had homemade pumpkin bread waiting for us. Nice swing and outdoor area. Main house had fall decorations out. Nice peaceful area.

We hiked all day in Bryce Canyon and then enjoy our little Bunkhouse! Everything was well thought, from the beautiful bathroom, to the cute kitchen and the comfortable beds. We loved this quiet place and enjoyed our dinners on the patio every night! This is the perfect location when visiting Bryce 🥰

The bunkhouse was a perfect little home for our five days in the area. A short drive to Bryce for hikes and sunset and an even shorter drive to Kodachrome Basin state park which is also wonderful for hiking. An outing to escalante petrified forest state park was easy and totally worthwhile, with an extra little drive east on scenic 12, and the best little Mexican food truck (Georgie’s). We loved hiking during the day and making dinner, relaxing, playing games, and watching Tv in the quiet evenings. Cherie and Bill are wonderful hosts, concerned about making sure our stay was great, loaned a snow brush (!), and brushed off our car!! I highly recommend this cottage and these wonderful hosts!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Country Bunkhouse. The cottage was cute and my kids loved that there were TVs in every room. Cherie was so sweet and noticed my kids running around the backyard playing tag, so she brought cornhole out for us to use. Plus, there were fresh baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us when we checked in.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Country Bunkhouse. The cottage was cute and my kids loved that there were TVs in every room. Great experience! The hosts had left us home made apple bread and notes, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Pantry/fridge was stocked with helpful items so it was easy to prepare meals in the kitchenette. Beds were incredibly comfortable (I even noted the brand because I want to get the same for my house). Nice spaces to sit outside as well. Very convenient to Bryce Canyon and Willis Creek slot canyon (a gem - recommend going early). But the best was how helpful, caring and responsive the host was when we had a minor medical emergency.

We loved our stay here! It is decorated so cute, and is bigger than the pictures make it look. Our family of 6 fit very comfortably. There were lots of games to play inside and room outside for energetic kids to ruin around. The host responded quickly when a small need arose and even left us some delicious pumpkin bread on the table as a welcome snack. Highly recommend!

Super cozy. Great spot for family with kids. Had fresh bread and lawn games set out for us. Had everything we needed for a fun visit to Bryce Canyon! Very accommodating and quaint little spot. Close to Tropic which has coffee/pizza/convenience store and gas. Would return and recommend!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this is one of our favorites! The bunkhouse is super cozy, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Because everything we needed was there and everything was so well organized, it did not feel small for our family of two adults and two very active boys. There was a big yard outside for them to run around and toss a football. This was a perfect base to explore Bryce and Kodachrome Basin State Park. It was great to meet the owners who were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

The house fit all our needs. The owner maintained excellent communication from booking to check out. She provided bath supplies which was a pleasant surprise. She even made us cookies and set out games. Really generous.

We came to hike at Bryce Canyon. The Country Bunkhouse was a perfect place for me and two teenaged boys. The place was very clean and the hosts were amazing! It was about a 25 min to Bryce Canyon. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at the Country Bunkhouse was wonderful. Checkin was easy. It was very clean. The beds were comfy. They supplied a folder of relevant materials; grocery shopping, local hiking areas and info on National Parks in the area. If we ever visit the area again we hope it would be available, as we would definitely stay again.

My husband and I had the best stay at the Country Bunkhouse. It was the cleanest rental we have ever been in! I usually like to try new rentals when we visit a location more than once. But I would definitely rebook here. Thank you!

It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.The directions provided by host were necessary to find the property since navigation apps sent us to towns on either side of Cannonville. One bedroom is in the front living area which I did not notice in the posting.

We had a wonderful time at The Bunhouse! The place was just what we needed, on our busy roadtrip. Very comfy beds, Well equipped kitchen, the decor of the house was super cute, and made it feel very homey! The drive to Bryce was about 20 minutes, but if you are looking for a less touristy place to stay, this is the place!

Really great stay at Cherie's little rental Perfect for 2 people or great for 2 adults and 2 kids. There's bedding for 6 technically, just not sure how that would work overall since there's no couch or anything in the main area. But honestly, you're there for access to Bryce and the surrounding beauty so after a long day of adventure it should be a shower (or a hot bath in that GREAT tub!), food and then rest. The BEST homemade oatmeal cookies myself or my partner ever had we're waiting for us on the table when we got there. There's a small but efficient kitchen, comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom. It's everything we needed for our 2 perfect days in the park. Would certainly rent again if we ever went back!

The bunkhouse is cozy- great location. There were just 2 of us, and it was good. Even though there are beds for 6 -2 double beds and 2 bunkbeds -it would be a bit tight. The kitchen is just fine (we ate in all the time). The bathroom is beautiful ! I wonder if Cherie (a great host) might consider a sofa bed in the living area, instead of a queen size bed? There would be a place to sit and watch TV, or read a bit comfortably. But all in all -it was just great !

Very clean and welcoming. Pumpkin spice bread was waiting for us when we got there. There are lots of restaurants close by but it still feels like it is out of town. Very convenient location to Bryce Canyon. Beds were very comfortable. The location is very safe and we slept with the windows open which was great. The only thing I would have changed is I wish there was a couch in the living room instead of a bed, but it was not that big of a deal. Overall, we really liked it!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this quaint getaway. The bunkhouse was cozy and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The host thought of everything: fresh cookies, extra blankets and towels, plenty of dishes and entertainment for the kids. The best addition was the welcome packet that included restaurant suggestions and all the local places to explore. We would not have known about the slot canyon hike in Willis Creek if it weren't for the info provided by host. It turned out to be the best part of our trip! Thank you!

Great experience! The hosts had left us home made apple bread and notes, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Pantry/fridge was stocked with helpful items so it was easy to prepare meals in the kitchenette. Beds were incredibly comfortable (I even noted the brand because I want to get the same for my house). Nice spaces to sit outside as well. Very convenient to Bryce Canyon and Willis Creek slot canyon (a gem - recommend going early). But the best was how helpful, caring and responsive the host was when we had a minor medical emergency.

Cherie and her Country Bunkhouse are amazing! The house is so cute and perfectly clean. Beds were comfy and the location is a cute tiny town. Easy access to Bryce and the town of Tropic has a couple restaurants and a grocery store. The hosts are so kind and friendly and very knowledgeable about Bryce! Perfect place to stay!

The house fit all our needs. The owner maintained excellent communication from booking to check out. She provided bath supplies which was a pleasant surprise. She even made us cookies and set out games. Really generous.

We had a wonderful time at The Bunhouse! The place was just what we needed, on our busy roadtrip. Very comfy beds, Well equipped kitchen, the decor of the house was super cute, and made it feel very homey! The drive to Bryce was about 20 minutes, but if you are looking for a less touristy place to stay, this is the place!

Perfect for 2 people with a basic studio kitchen for casual dining in. Clean and tastefully decorated. Well laid out, cozy but not cluttered. Very clean. Nice yard (too bad it rained 4 of the 5 days we were there!) Quiet residential neighborhood. Not super close to Bryce NP, but not real far either. If it were closer then you'd be crowded or noisy.

We did try IDKBarbeque and loved it. Our only issue was that our GPS maps wouldn’t pull up the address. I ended up using the address for the Grand Staircase Inn and found it that way.

Very “charming” stay here. Beautifully decorated and so quiet and comfortable. Lovely scenery all around. Close to Bryce, the Grand Staircase, Red Canyon, and more. Also close to grocery store and shops. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.The directions provided by host were necessary to find the property since navigation apps sent us to towns on either side of Cannonville. One bedroom is in the front living area which I did not notice in the posting.

The location was great, quiet and away from the bustle of Bryce Canyon city but close enough to the park entrance. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the accommodations and liked having a little kitchen. The rooms were clean and cute. It was a lovely stay and we’ll definitely book next time we’re in the area! It was a great deal considering hotel rooms are as much or more per night.

Great that it had 2 bedrooms and a well-stocked Kitchen. Was a bit farther from Bryce Canyon than I expected but a scenic 12 mile drive. In a quiet little town. Limited restaurant choices.

We were beyond satisfied with our stay at the Country Bunkhouse! My two 20-something sons and I stayed there for a couple of nights while visiting Bryce Canyon and would gladly return. Cherie and her husband were gracious, kind and welcoming hosts – from the homemade pumpkin bread waiting for us on arrival to suggestions Bill gave my astrophotographer son for where he could set up his equipment in the area. The bunkhouse is just adorable – clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed with comfy beds, plenty of bath linens (most places never have enough washcloths!) and kitchen necessities. The binder Cherie has assembled with info about the area was appreciated and helped us get our bearings quickly. The bunkhouse is a fairly quick drive from Bryce and close to other area points of interest. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one!

The country cottage has all the special touches to make your stay memorable from pressed sheets, awesome smelling sheets and towels and high end toiletries and home baked pumpkin bread. A book of great trails for hiking was provided as well as nearby restaurants. We were initially surprised that there is only a kitchenette but it contained everything needed to eat breakfast and dinner in the cottage. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed and will feel spoiled.

Toutefois, nous avons été charmé par ce très joli bungalow champêtre, tranquille, confortable, très propre, bien aménagé et pourvu de tout le nécessaire. Un petit bijou. Nous nous y sommes sentis en sécurité. Aucun restaurant, aucune épicerie à Cannonville. On doit se rendre à Tropic à un peu plus de 5 minutes en voiture où l'épicerie est aussi très limitée.

Really great stay at Cherie's little rental Perfect for 2 people or great for 2 adults and 2 kids. There's bedding for 6 technically, just not sure how that would work overall since there's no couch or anything in the main area. But honestly, you're there for access to Bryce and the surrounding beauty so after a long day of adventure it should be a shower (or a hot bath in that GREAT tub!), food and then rest. The BEST homemade oatmeal cookies myself or my partner ever had we're waiting for us on the table when we got there. There's a small but efficient kitchen, comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom. It's everything we needed for our 2 perfect days in the park. Would certainly rent again if we ever went back!

Perfect stop between Bryce and Capitol Reef. The owner had a notebook with great information. We went on a fabulous hike to Willis Creek. The bunkhouse was so charming. We appreciated the history of Cannonville. My husband and I so enjoyed the pumpkin bread. What a treat. Would definitely stay again.
