I was expecting more from this hotel. The check-in process and staff was superb. Friendly and helpful. Same during the all-inclusive meals at the restaurant. Bed is comfortable. Now the not so good part, room was not clean enough. Lots of killed mosquitos marks on the wall ( blood marks ) . Shower didnt have enough pressure. The bathroom was not well cleaned - when we first entered it , you could see the sink and mirror were dirty. One night there were couple people outside drinking and singing after midnight and hotel didnt do anything to stop the loud enviroment. With tours leaving so early, it's hard to sleep with that noise. AC was leaking water at the entry hall in our room. You have to fight for a parking spot if you have a car. Limited parking and have to park in so many different locations inside the hotel area. One day we parked at some place that was not allowed and the staff just put the chain on top of the car , blocking the road.

My recent stay. While my experience wasn't entirely negative, there were a few aspects that I believe could be improved. I would prefer not to leave a negative public review, but I wanted to share my thoughts directly. I was particularly disappointed with the situation regarding the room safe and air conditioning. Upon arrival, I was initially informed that the air conditioning could not be turned on for the first two days of my stay. It wasn't until late on the third day that I was told the system could be rebooted and activated, which was eventually done. I also encountered an issue with the room safe, which seemed poorly maintained. I requested assistance at reception and was given a key, but it was the wrong one. It took two days to resolve this issue and get access to the safe. On a positive note, the food was really good. However, the drinks machines were quite poor; for example, the Pepsi tasted very watered down. I would also like to commend the staff, who were always polite and very helpful, especially regarding our additional needs. As my mum has disabilities, they assisted us in arranging wheelchair hire from a local company and purchasing a walking stick, which was greatly appreciated. My biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. I never went for a swim during my entire stay because the pool did not appear very clean. I understand that they may have been trying to clean

This hotel is really gorgeous and the decor is amazing, the rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was one of the best pools and was deep at one side which was fantastic. The shuttle bus stop right at the hotel door is great to take you in to town (30 minutes ) and the front desk staff were helpful! The biggest let down for us was the food, we went all inclusive and I wouldn’t pay for this again, food choices were very limited especially to us as an Irish couple, I feel anyone from northwest Europe, America etc would struggle with the food. I think the buffet system doesn’t suit this hotel and a normal restaurant would’ve been great- even just the option . The bar staff outside by the pool were not friendly or welcoming especially to all inclusive staff it felt as though they were much more pleasant to those without the all inclusive package which was strange. There aren’t very many dining options or bars nearby also. The walk to the beach was good! Lastly, the hotel entertainment would have been great but on our nights was all in French so it was hard to join in on this.

Séjour très agréable au IOLIDA Resort. Accueil à 3h00 du matin par HELENA qui nous a reçu d'une manière très sympathique et très arrangeante. La suite du séjour a été sur la même tendance, personnel efficace, aux petits soins. Chambre parfaite, ménage fait quotidiennement avec changement de serviettes ... Restaurant de bonne qualité. Hotel Club O-Voyages avec des animateurs forts agréables et compétents.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Service in allen Bereichen. Das Essen ist besonders hervorzuheben und im Vergleich zu einigen anderen Hotels um Längen besser und sehr Abwechslungsreich. Abends muss man mit Animation eines französischen Reiseveranstalters rechnen.

My stay at Iolida was great. The food was very tasty, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. While some options were a bit repetitive, there were still plenty of different plates to enjoy. The drinks were excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped and matched the description perfectly. There was a minor issue with the shower, as the drainage worked poorly and occasionally flooded the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell from outside at times. I did not use the pool as the water was too cold for me, however the area outside pool is ok. Despite these small issues, I had a wonderful holiday overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Helt ok, men fortjener ikke 5 stjerner. Renholdet på rommet var under pari. Ble rettet på etter at vi klaget. Hotellet brukes til store turgrupper/pakkereiser som tidvis lager mye støy på sine underholdnings arrangement. All inclusive men maten var ikke noe å rope hurra for. Man får kantinefølelse i restauranten. Rommet stod til forventning

Wir waren als Paar Mitte Juni für eine Woche dort. Untergebracht waren wir in einem neu renovierten Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude. Es war sehr modern und sauber. Allerdings fehlte es an Staumöglichkeiten. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Getränke sind viel zu süß. Jeder Cocktail schmeckt gleich. Das Publikum besteht zu 90% aus Franzosen. Das spiegelt sich auch in der Animation und im Abendprogramm wieder. Was wirklich enttäuschend ist, ist die Poollandschaft. Der Pool ist sehr lieblos und auch schmutzig. Wenn man an die Poolwand kommt, hat man blaue Farbe am Körper. Außerdem stinkt das Wasser. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Das hat aber auch damit zu tun, dass Dassia weder ein schöner Ort ist, noch einen schönen Strand hat.

Breakfast was both fresh, and well refreshed each morning. Same for dinner in the evening. Rooms we're lovely and clean, had great linen.and a good size balcony. Staff were V friendly and accomodating.

There was a minor issue with the shower, as the drainage worked poorly and occasionally flooded the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell from outside at times. I did not use the pool as the water was too cold for me, however the area outside pool is ok. Despite these small issues, I had a wonderful holiday overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wirklich herausragend waren die sehr zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Zimmer waren sauber. Das Buffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Waren 14 Tage da und traurig als wir gehen mussten.

Schönes renoviertes und sauberes Hotel. Essen allerdings eintönig und hat mir persönlich nicht besonders geschmeckt. Leider auch wenig griechisches Essen. Mitarbeiter haben teilweise einen gestressten/genervten Eindruck gemacht. Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer auch aus dem Abfluss im Bad unangenehm gerochen. Mietwagen ist für Strandbesuche etc. zu empfehlen.

I have booked this hotel mainly due to the fact that has been recently renovated. I have to say that overall the hotel looks nice but not enough to justify the price paid. We had a garden view room and the level of cleanliness was not the best. Upon entering, we found the toilet seat with a darker stain that wouldn’t come off even after cleaning, and some hair on the wall near the sink. On the last day, there was a worm crawling in the room, probably coming in from the garden even though we never left the window open. But the worst thing was when we hung our beach towels to dry on the terrace rack. In the morning, we found them on the ground, soaked with cat urine. There are many stray cats on the island, and many of them stay near the hotel. We informed the hotel, but they don’t have a laundry service. They gave us used beach towels that they use for the pool instead. The room door does not block the noise from the corridor. Early in the morning, you can be woken up by the sounds of other guests talking. Breakfast has a good variety of sweet/salty food but not high quality. I'd prefer a smaller variety of food but higher quality.

Left a day early, it was that BAD. This is a 2 star hotel quality at best. Firstly we were charged by the hotel after having paid in full on Hotels.com. We went back two days in a row to try get it sorted - and a few days later they have not refunded - still trying to secure a refund for the incorrect payment. The photos are very deceiving . There is a very very strong sewer / chemical smell in the room that lead to all of us feeling sick with a sore throat. Room is very run down and dirty. I was expecting more from this hotel. The check-in process and staff was superb. Friendly and helpful. Same during the all-inclusive meals at the restaurant. Bed is comfortable. Now the not so good part, room was not clean enough. Lots of killed mosquitos marks on the wall ( blood marks ) . Shower didnt have enough pressure. The bathroom was not well cleaned - when we first entered it , you could see the sink and mirror were dirty. One night there were couple people outside drinking and singing after midnight and hotel didnt do anything to stop the loud enviroment. With tours leaving so early, it's hard to sleep with that noise. AC was leaking water at the entry hall in our room. You have to fight for a parking spot if you have a car. Limited parking and have to park in so many different locations inside the hotel area. One day we parked at some place that was not allowed and the staff just put the chain on top of the car , blocking the road.

The only complaint, and it was NOT the fault of the hotel - our view was spectacular, but due to it's direction never got the sun. So, felt a little cold and dark. But this is only a minor quibble. The hotel is awesome and the food selection was incredible! One other thing. I did not like that there was only one beer option - and it was not really very good beer.

Breakfast was both fresh, and well refreshed each morning. Same for dinner in the evening. Rooms we're lovely and clean, had great linen.and a good size balcony. Staff were V friendly and accomodating.

All of the above. The rooms were great, the all inclusive food was healthy varied and plentiful and the staff were kind and took time to add lots of little touches that really made the holiday.

Wir waren als Paar Mitte Juni für eine Woche dort. Untergebracht waren wir in einem neu renovierten Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude. Es war sehr modern und sauber. Allerdings fehlte es an Staumöglichkeiten. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Getränke sind viel zu süß. Jeder Cocktail schmeckt gleich. Das Publikum besteht zu 90% aus Franzosen. Das spiegelt sich auch in der Animation und im Abendprogramm wieder. Was wirklich enttäuschend ist, ist die Poollandschaft. Der Pool ist sehr lieblos und auch schmutzig. Wenn man an die Poolwand kommt, hat man blaue Farbe am Körper. Außerdem stinkt das Wasser. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Das hat aber auch damit zu tun, dass Dassia weder ein schöner Ort ist, noch einen schönen Strand hat.

My recent stay. While my experience wasn't entirely negative, there were a few aspects that I believe could be improved. I would prefer not to leave a negative public review, but I wanted to share my thoughts directly. I was particularly disappointed with the situation regarding the room safe and air conditioning. Upon arrival, I was initially informed that the air conditioning could not be turned on for the first two days of my stay. It wasn't until late on the third day that I was told the system could be rebooted and activated, which was eventually done. I also encountered an issue with the room safe, which seemed poorly maintained. I requested assistance at reception and was given a key, but it was the wrong one. It took two days to resolve this issue and get access to the safe. On a positive note, the food was really good. However, the drinks machines were quite poor; for example, the Pepsi tasted very watered down. I would also like to commend the staff, who were always polite and very helpful, especially regarding our additional needs. As my mum has disabilities, they assisted us in arranging wheelchair hire from a local company and purchasing a walking stick, which was greatly appreciated. My biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. I never went for a swim during my entire stay because the pool did not appear very clean. I understand that they may have been trying to clean

This hotel is really gorgeous and the decor is amazing, the rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was one of the best pools and was deep at one side which was fantastic. The shuttle bus stop right at the hotel door is great to take you in to town (30 minutes ) and the front desk staff were helpful! The biggest let down for us was the food, we went all inclusive and I wouldn’t pay for this again, food choices were very limited especially to us as an Irish couple, I feel anyone from northwest Europe, America etc would struggle with the food. I think the buffet system doesn’t suit this hotel and a normal restaurant would’ve been great- even just the option . The bar staff outside by the pool were not friendly or welcoming especially to all inclusive staff it felt as though they were much more pleasant to those without the all inclusive package which was strange. There aren’t very many dining options or bars nearby also. The walk to the beach was good! Lastly, the hotel entertainment would have been great but on our nights was all in French so it was hard to join in on this.

Séjour très agréable au IOLIDA Resort. Accueil à 3h00 du matin par HELENA qui nous a reçu d'une manière très sympathique et très arrangeante. La suite du séjour a été sur la même tendance, personnel efficace, aux petits soins. Chambre parfaite, ménage fait quotidiennement avec changement de serviettes ... Restaurant de bonne qualité. Hotel Club O-Voyages avec des animateurs forts agréables et compétents.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are 5 star standard. The hotel is very clean Staff are incredibly friendly. The food is fresh and traditional The all inclusive Drinks are poor, watered down. They use local alcohol that isn’t good at all. The soft drinks are watered down too. The cocktails are terrible. Other that the hotel is lovely. Close to everything

Wir waren als Paar Mitte Juni für eine Woche dort. Untergebracht waren wir in einem neu renovierten Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude. Es war sehr modern und sauber. Allerdings fehlte es an Staumöglichkeiten. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Getränke sind viel zu süß. Jeder Cocktail schmeckt gleich. Das Publikum besteht zu 90% aus Franzosen. Das spiegelt sich auch in der Animation und im Abendprogramm wieder. Was wirklich enttäuschend ist, ist die Poollandschaft. Der Pool ist sehr lieblos und auch schmutzig. Wenn man an die Poolwand kommt, hat man blaue Farbe am Körper. Außerdem stinkt das Wasser. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Das hat aber auch damit zu tun, dass Dassia weder ein schöner Ort ist, noch einen schönen Strand hat.

The only complaint, and it was NOT the fault of the hotel - our view was spectacular, but due to it's direction never got the sun. So, felt a little cold and dark. But this is only a minor quibble. The hotel is awesome and the food selection was incredible! One other thing. I did not like that there was only one beer option - and it was not really very good beer.

This hotel is really gorgeous and the decor is amazing, the rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was one of the best pools and was deep at one side which was fantastic. The shuttle bus stop right at the hotel door is great to take you in to town (30 minutes ) and the front desk staff were helpful! The biggest let down for us was the food, we went all inclusive and I wouldn’t pay for this again, food choices were very limited especially to us as an Irish couple, I feel anyone from northwest Europe, America etc would struggle with the food. I think the buffet system doesn’t suit this hotel and a normal restaurant would’ve been great- even just the option . The bar staff outside by the pool were not friendly or welcoming especially to all inclusive staff it felt as though they were much more pleasant to those without the all inclusive package which was strange. There aren’t very many dining options or bars nearby also. The walk to the beach was good! Lastly, the hotel entertainment would have been great but on our nights was all in French so it was hard to join in on this.

Breakfast was both fresh, and well refreshed each morning. Same for dinner in the evening. Rooms we're lovely and clean, had great linen.and a good size balcony. Staff were V friendly and accomodating.

All of the above. The rooms were great, the all inclusive food was healthy varied and plentiful and the staff were kind and took time to add lots of little touches that really made the holiday.

My stay at Iolida was great. The food was very tasty, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. While some options were a bit repetitive, there were still plenty of different plates to enjoy. The drinks were excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped and matched the description perfectly. There was a minor issue with the shower, as the drainage worked poorly and occasionally flooded the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell from outside at times. I did not use the pool as the water was too cold for me, however the area outside pool is ok. Despite these small issues, I had a wonderful holiday overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Helt ok, men fortjener ikke 5 stjerner. Renholdet på rommet var under pari. Ble rettet på etter at vi klaget. Hotellet brukes til store turgrupper/pakkereiser som tidvis lager mye støy på sine underholdnings arrangement. All inclusive men maten var ikke noe å rope hurra for. Man får kantinefølelse i restauranten. Rommet stod til forventning

Wirklich herausragend waren die sehr zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Zimmer waren sauber. Das Buffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Waren 14 Tage da und traurig als wir gehen mussten.

We had a wonderful stay and everything went very well. The hotel was very pleasant, good location, our room was always clean and comfortable, and all the staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. We had a very nice experience!

Very good hotel. Be aware if you have food preferences (no pork etc), the all inclusive food does not always fully describe the meat type. For example it can say beef but be mixed minced beef and pork. If the sign says chicken, there can also be bacon in it. The staff is very helpful in explaining the dish, so we would just ask them. The beach near the hotel is not so good, so you have to either take the bus or only use the pool. If you want a beach vacation, there is better placed hotels.

Nothing special, relatively clean but signs of tear and wear everywhere. Breakfast good in variety, poor in the quality. This is mass tourism relatively small hotel/resort. I wouldn’t come back.
