Excellent service rapide efficace. Hôtel agréable pour visiter Cozumel. Très bien situé. Stationnement privé à 150 mètre à 10$ par jour. Piscine et vu agréable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 2 nuits. Je voyageais avec mon conjoint et ma fille de 3 ans.

We had a pleasant stay at Casa Mexicana Cozumel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was good overall, especially the freshly made pancakes. However, we weren’t big fans of the breakfast concept. Instead of serving yourself, you had to ask the chef to put the food on your plate, which felt a bit inconvenient and unnecessary. We only stayed for two nights, so we didn’t have much time to enjoy all the hotel’s facilities, but it was an excellent base for exploring Cozumel. The town itself is charming and has some fantastic taco places, especially if you venture beyond the most touristy spots. The only downside to our stay was that our rooms overlooked the open restaurant area. Unfortunately, some parents allowed their children to run around and scream early in the morning, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful start to the day. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it did affect our experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again when visiting Cozumel.

There are hotels, and then there are places that become part of your story. Casa Mexicana is that place for us. Since 2016, we have returned several times every year, and with each visit, we are reminded why we never want to stay anywhere else in Cozumel. The moment we walk through the doors, we are greeted with genuine smiles and kindness that make us feel like family. The staff is simply extraordinary. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail are unmatched, and they truly care about their guests. The hotel is always spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, and everything that makes Cozumel so special. What keeps us coming back, though, is the people. Over the years, many of the staff have become familiar faces, and every visit feels like coming home. Their dedication to making every stay memorable is something you don’t find very often anymore.
