great villa and location. Love the layout, easy access to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable. Beautiful views from the unit of the ocean and sunrise. Pool was great for the kids. Convenient to restaurants, grocery store and Fernandina Historic district. Great walking on beach and neighborhoods.

This is a gem. Great location on Amelia Island - ocean front views are amazing, and you can walk to the Ritz Carlton. Loved all the beach gear we had access too - chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. The host, Paul, was professional, polite and gave great instructions. Highly recommend.

The view of the beach and short walk to the beach were exceptional. The home was very dated and desperately needs updating. The bathroom counters are so low that one has to bend over uncomfortably to use the sink. The beds are EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable. This makes for a miserable experience for a week stay. The carpet was dirty and needs to be cleaned. The upstairs bedrooms were very hot and you need to have a box fan running at all times to have any cool air circulation. The closet door was falling off the hinges in the master suite. The views from the den and master bedroom were very nice. I would not rent this condo again because of the numerous areas that need attention.
