今年除夕在这家百年酒店度过。曾经的索菲特宫殿酒店，和北京饭店诺金一样曾是雅高麾下的历史遗产酒店，后被收入本土品牌，保养的却比北诺好太多了，套房里陈列了不少19世纪的古董，连房间钥匙都是20世纪初英国制造的原件 这次入住的是Junior Suite，尽管名字如此低调，但却是次顶级套房，总共只有四间。位于二层的两间均设有露台，一间为湖景，一间为塔景，三楼的两间没有露台，且酒店没有电梯，建议提前邮件沟通要二层的房间 服务中规中矩，礼宾蛮热情的，主动提行李。前台比较公式化，早餐厅服务员不错，下午茶餐厅的服务有待提高。餐饮方面正餐不推荐，又贵又难吃。下午茶坐在露台连廊或法式花园里喝喝茶氛围蛮好，但不要对吃的有任何期待。早餐品种非常少，和国内的全季差不多，但味道ok 总体我给这家酒店打8.7/10分。无疑是大叻最奢华、最值得入住的酒店

This is an exceptional property that transports you through time back to the 1920's and the Colonial Period of Vietnam. I'm talking white glove service from bellman in caps and tails. Very cool experience and they try very hard to provide top-notch service. The location is walking distance to the night market which is a bit of a problem because the night market is LOUD. I can't fault the hotel for that, but we booked the priciest suites which faced the lake, but the night market is on the other side of the lake, so perhaps rooms facing the other direction would be quieter. The property could really use a swimming pool, but otherwise, it was an exceptional experience. Note that the afternoon tea and the breakfast buffet are loaded with lots of good-looking options, but most of them are disappointing when it comes to taste and texture. Great coffee drinks for the afternoon tea, though. I highly recommend trying the Dalat pizza -- not like anything else I've ever had, but we loved it and got several at the night market. And the temperature in Dalat was insanely pleasant after the heat and humidity of Ho Chi Minh City.

This was my first trip to this fine property and quite honestly, I could not imagine going to DaLat and staying anywhere else. The service was excellent, the room and the view was perfect, and the bar fixed just a wonderful Gin and Tonic. While sitting out on the expansive veranda during a soft summer rain that blew in, I felt transported back in time. I remarked to my fiance that I felt like I was in a Graham Greene novel. Just sitting there enjoying my G and T made the long trip to Vietnam worthwhile. We took advantage of the breakfast in the morning and the high tea in the evening. Everything about the hotel was just perfect. The room was great, the view was stellar, and food was wonderful. The manager, the assistant manager, and the front desk staff were all so nice and professional. The bellman were great as well. I can not thing of a single negative thing about this grand old hotel.. My only regret was that we only stayed for a couple of nights. When I return to DaLat you can be assured that I will staying at the Palace Hotel with all of its charm and elegance.

The hotel is on top of the hill with a wonderful view of Xuân Huong lake. The property has lush greenery with flowers in bloom! Excellent breakfast buffet and afternoon tea! The room was very spacious with balcony! Our room was a little noisy and so they gave us a complimentary upgrade! We stayed here for 5 nights and looking forward to stay here again on our next trip!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and the decoration throughout the hotel was welcoming. The staff were exceptionally nice and very professional, always ready to help with a smile. We had an early morning flight and requested a special breakfast box to take with us. The hotel was fantastic in accommodating our request—the breakfast was prepared on time and included a delicious selection. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very very dirty moldy showers. They reuse disposable slippers. I requested a new one and they brought up another used one with visible foot imprints. No way is this property 5 stars.

베트남 물가가 싸니까 가성비로 3만원대 호텔부터 다양하게 선택할 수 있지만 저는 달랏의 역사적 배경에 주목했고 프랑스 점령기때 실제 프랑스 귀족들이 사용하던 대저택을 리모델링을 거쳐 호텔로 사용하고 있다는데에 매력을 느꼈어요. 실제로 호텔 로비에는 이 호텔을 다녀간 유명인들의 사진들이 전시가 되어 있을 정도에요. 100년 된 호텔 이지만 내부는 현대식으로 올수리가 되어 있어 이용하는데 불편함은 전혀 없었고,(물론 한국의 최첨단 호텔을 생각하시면 안됩니다ㅎㅎ) 직원분들도 친절 그 자체, 영어도 왠만큼 다 하셔서 의사소통도 원활했구요. 턴다운도 바로바로 말하지 않아도 외출하고 돌아오면 깔끔하게 되어 있었고, 조식, 애프터눈티 포함으로 갔는데 음식도 기대 이상으로 잘 나왔어요. 특히, 반미란 쌀국수 종류 다르게 해서 그때그때 해서 만들어 주시는데 왠만한 맛집 뺨치게 맛있었어요 저는. 중요한 위치도 쑤안흐엉 호수 바로 코앞이고 야시장도 걸어서 충분히 갈 수 있는 거리구요. 나중에 보니 에그커피 유명한 짜쓰어123이나 닭구이+대나무밥 맛집인 가느엉껌란, 가성비 좋은 마사지샵 중에 한곳인 엇케어도 다 그 근방이더라구요. 미리 알았으면 충분히 걸어갈만한 거리였지만 택시를 타도 5-10분 내외이고, 고마트며 랑팜같은 마켓이나 랑비엔 광장은 그냥 바로 옆이에요. 암튼 저한테 위치는 오히려 야시장 안에 위치한 나혼산에 나온 콜린호텔이나 TTC? 호텔보다도 좋았어요. 야시장 근접한 호텔은 밤에 너무 시끄럽겠더라구요. 저는 야시장쪽에서 저녁 먹거나 마사지받고 소화 시킬겸 항상 걸어서 호텔 들어왔는데 호수 끼고 산책겸 오다 보면 날도 좋고 그 시간이 그렇게 좋더라구요. 암튼 이번 달랏여행에서 호텔 두군데 다 성공이었지만 팰리스 헤리티지는 달랏이 첫 여행일면 완벽한 조건의 숙소가 아닐까 합니다 :)

Very classy hotel and extremely good service. Coincidentally my parents stay here for their honeymoon in 1960. It’s been beautifully updated, but still has a very French history and charm to it. Also has a great view of the lake. Very peaceful place to stay coming from Saigon.

This is a beautiful, ornate, first-class hotel. The room furnishings are high quality. The service is also high quality. It's about a 5-minute walk to the lake and seven minutes to the night market.

Location: 5/5 Hotel is in a great location with a superb view of the lake. Room: 4/5 We stayed in the wing that was built in 2017. However, due to poor maintenance, it seemed to have degraded much more than its age. The rooms are nicely decorated and large. The wooden doors and windows with plantation style shutter doors is a nice touch. General Areas: 3/5 The hotel has great potential and must have been very nice many years ago. But due to lack of maintenance or poor repair works, it made the hotel look more like a 3-star hotel. You can see areas where they sloppy fixed the marble steps or duct taped things. Services: 3/5 Services is a key area for improvement. The staff is nice but lacks proper training. They seemed very stiff and did not smile much. It’s definitely a lack of good management issue. Our room came with afternoon tea and sweets. While the cakes/cookies section was extensive, they limited us to ONE free coffee or tea per person. Really? A 5-star hotel? Breakfast: 4/5 There is a decent selection of breakfast items. However, it was not as tasty as many other hotels/resorts we stayed at in Asia.

The hotel is on top of the hill with a wonderful view of Xuân Huong lake. The property has lush greenery with flowers in bloom! Excellent breakfast buffet and afternoon tea! The room was very spacious with balcony! Our room was a little noisy and so they gave us a complimentary upgrade! We stayed here for 5 nights and looking forward to stay here again on our next trip!

Dieses Hotel ist hauptsächlich Dekoration. Kommt man an, dann ist man vorerst durchaus in seiner Erwartungshaltung bestätigt. Ein herrlich altmodisches Kolonialstilhotel, mit adrettem und bemühtem Personal. Der gebuchte Flughafenshuttle hat nicht funktioniert, nach längerem Warten hat man das Taxi genommen, keine Tragödie. Das Empfangspersonal ist ob dieses Missgeschicks ganz geknickt. Kein Problem, das kann ja passieren. Das Zimmer ist nett, kitschig opulent, aber das erwartet man ja, wenn man schon einmal in so einem Kasten übernachtet. Das Bad ist geräumig. Oberflächlich passt es. In der Nacht ändert sich die Meinung drastisch. So schlechte Betten hat man selten in einem Hotel. Die Matratzen sind - so macht es den Eindruck - noch aus der Errichtungsphase des Hotels, 1922. Die Angst aus dem Bett zu fallen, sobald man die Durchhängungskuhle beim Umdrehen verlässt, groß. Beim Nachmittagsbier auf der Aussenterrasse, beim Frühstück oder bei irgendwelchen Fragen aller Art zeigt sich - der vergessene Flughafenshuttle war kein Versehen. Er war nur ein Beispiel für die fast schon mitleiderregende Inkompetenz des - immer sehr freundlichen - Personals. Sie verstehen kaum Englisch und sind meistens heillos überfordert. Location: 5/5 Hotel is in a great location with a superb view of the lake. Room: 4/5 We stayed in the wing that was built in 2017. However, due to poor maintenance, it seemed to have degraded much more than its age. The rooms are nicely decorated and large. The wooden doors and windows with plantation style shutter doors is a nice touch. General Areas: 3/5 The hotel has great potential and must have been very nice many years ago. But due to lack of maintenance or poor repair works, it made the hotel look more like a 3-star hotel. You can see areas where they sloppy fixed the marble steps or duct taped things. Services: 3/5 Services is a key area for improvement. The staff is nice but lacks proper training. They seemed very stiff and did not smile much. It’s definitely a lack of good management issue. Our room came with afternoon tea and sweets. While the cakes/cookies section was extensive, they limited us to ONE free coffee or tea per person. Really? A 5-star hotel? Breakfast: 4/5 There is a decent selection of breakfast items. However, it was not as tasty as many other hotels/resorts we stayed at in Asia.

This was my first trip to this fine property and quite honestly, I could not imagine going to DaLat and staying anywhere else. The service was excellent, the room and the view was perfect, and the bar fixed just a wonderful Gin and Tonic. While sitting out on the expansive veranda during a soft summer rain that blew in, I felt transported back in time. I remarked to my fiance that I felt like I was in a Graham Greene novel. Just sitting there enjoying my G and T made the long trip to Vietnam worthwhile. We took advantage of the breakfast in the morning and the high tea in the evening. Everything about the hotel was just perfect. The room was great, the view was stellar, and food was wonderful. The manager, the assistant manager, and the front desk staff were all so nice and professional. The bellman were great as well. I can not thing of a single negative thing about this grand old hotel.. My only regret was that we only stayed for a couple of nights. When I return to DaLat you can be assured that I will staying at the Palace Hotel with all of its charm and elegance.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and the decoration throughout the hotel was welcoming. The staff were exceptionally nice and very professional, always ready to help with a smile. We had an early morning flight and requested a special breakfast box to take with us. The hotel was fantastic in accommodating our request—the breakfast was prepared on time and included a delicious selection. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The suite is large and the view is gorgeous. The staff is very attentive and courteous. Food buffet needs more selection. Tea time service needs to be more attentive. Front desk needs to carry small changes in case customers need money for tips. Over all it’s a very unique antique hotel. Make you feel like a king for a day

Very classy hotel and extremely good service. Coincidentally my parents stay here for their honeymoon in 1960. It’s been beautifully updated, but still has a very French history and charm to it. Also has a great view of the lake. Very peaceful place to stay coming from Saigon.

This is a beautiful, ornate, first-class hotel. The room furnishings are high quality. The service is also high quality. It's about a 5-minute walk to the lake and seven minutes to the night market.

The hotel is on top of the hill with a wonderful view of Xuân Huong lake. The property has lush greenery with flowers in bloom! Excellent breakfast buffet and afternoon tea! 베트남 물가가 싸니까 가성비로 3만원대 호텔부터 다양하게 선택할 수 있지만 저는 달랏의 역사적 배경에 주목했고 프랑스 점령기때 실제 프랑스 귀족들이 사용하던 대저택을 리모델링을 거쳐 호텔로 사용하고 있다는데에 매력을 느꼈어요. 실제로 호텔 로비에는 이 호텔을 다녀간 유명인들의 사진들이 전시가 되어 있을 정도에요. 100년 된 호텔 이지만 내부는 현대식으로 올수리가 되어 있어 이용하는데 불편함은 전혀 없었고,(물론 한국의 최첨단 호텔을 생각하시면 안됩니다ㅎㅎ) 직원분들도 친절 그 자체, 영어도 왠만큼 다 하셔서 의사소통도 원활했구요. 턴다운도 바로바로 말하지 않아도 외출하고 돌아오면 깔끔하게 되어 있었고, 조식, 애프터눈티 포함으로 갔는데 음식도 기대 이상으로 잘 나왔어요. 특히, 반미란 쌀국수 종류 다르게 해서 그때그때 해서 만들어 주시는데 왠만한 맛집 뺨치게 맛있었어요 저는. 중요한 위치도 쑤안흐엉 호수 바로 코앞이고 야시장도 걸어서 충분히 갈 수 있는 거리구요. 나중에 보니 에그커피 유명한 짜쓰어123이나 닭구이+대나무밥 맛집인 가느엉껌란, 가성비 좋은 마사지샵 중에 한곳인 엇케어도 다 그 근방이더라구요. 미리 알았으면 충분히 걸어갈만한 거리였지만 택시를 타도 5-10분 내외이고, 고마트며 랑팜같은 마켓이나 랑비엔 광장은 그냥 바로 옆이에요. 암튼 저한테 위치는 오히려 야시장 안에 위치한 나혼산에 나온 콜린호텔이나 TTC? 호텔보다도 좋았어요. 야시장 근접한 호텔은 밤에 너무 시끄럽겠더라구요. 저는 야시장쪽에서 저녁 먹거나 마사지받고 소화 시킬겸 항상 걸어서 호텔 들어왔는데 호수 끼고 산책겸 오다 보면 날도 좋고 그 시간이 그렇게 좋더라구요. 암튼 이번 달랏여행에서 호텔 두군데 다 성공이었지만 팰리스 헤리티지는 달랏이 첫 여행일면 완벽한 조건의 숙소가 아닐까 합니다 :)

今年除夕在这家百年酒店度过。曾经的索菲特宫殿酒店，和北京饭店诺金一样曾是雅高麾下的历史遗产酒店，后被收入本土品牌，保养的却比北诺好太多了，套房里陈列了不少19世纪的古董，连房间钥匙都是20世纪初英国制造的原件 这次入住的是Junior Suite，尽管名字如此低调，但却是次顶级套房，总共只有四间。位于二层的两间均设有露台，一间为湖景，一间为塔景，三楼的两间没有露台，且酒店没有电梯，建议提前邮件沟通要二层的房间 服务中规中矩，礼宾蛮热情的，主动提行李。前台比较公式化，早餐厅服务员不错，下午茶餐厅的服务有待提高。餐饮方面正餐不推荐，又贵又难吃。下午茶坐在露台连廊或法式花园里喝喝茶氛围蛮好，但不要对吃的有任何期待。早餐品种非常少，和国内的全季差不多，但味道ok 总体我给这家酒店打8.7/10分。无疑是大叻最奢华、最值得入住的酒店

Location: 5/5 Hotel is in a great location with a superb view of the lake. Room: 4/5 We stayed in the wing that was built in 2017. However, due to poor maintenance, it seemed to have degraded much more than its age. The rooms are nicely decorated and large. The wooden doors and windows with plantation style shutter doors is a nice touch. General Areas: 3/5 The hotel has great potential and must have been very nice many years ago. But due to lack of maintenance or poor repair works, it made the hotel look more like a 3-star hotel. You can see areas where they sloppy fixed the marble steps or duct taped things. Services: 3/5 Services is a key area for improvement. The staff is nice but lacks proper training. They seemed very stiff and did not smile much. It’s definitely a lack of good management issue. Our room came with afternoon tea and sweets. While the cakes/cookies section was extensive, they limited us to ONE free coffee or tea per person. Really? A 5-star hotel? Breakfast: 4/5 There is a decent selection of breakfast items. However, it was not as tasty as many other hotels/resorts we stayed at in Asia.

This is an exceptional property that transports you through time back to the 1920's and the Colonial Period of Vietnam. I'm talking white glove service from bellman in caps and tails. Very cool experience and they try very hard to provide top-notch service. The location is walking distance to the night market which is a bit of a problem because the night market is LOUD. I can't fault the hotel for that, but we booked the priciest suites which faced the lake, but the night market is on the other side of the lake, so perhaps rooms facing the other direction would be quieter. The property could really use a swimming pool, but otherwise, it was an exceptional experience. Note that the afternoon tea and the breakfast buffet are loaded with lots of good-looking options, but most of them are disappointing when it comes to taste and texture. Great coffee drinks for the afternoon tea, though. I highly recommend trying the Dalat pizza -- not like anything else I've ever had, but we loved it and got several at the night market. And the temperature in Dalat was insanely pleasant after the heat and humidity of Ho Chi Minh City.

This was my first trip to this fine property and quite honestly, I could not imagine going to DaLat and staying anywhere else. The service was excellent, the room and the view was perfect, and the bar fixed just a wonderful Gin and Tonic. While sitting out on the expansive veranda during a soft summer rain that blew in, I felt transported back in time. I remarked to my fiance that I felt like I was in a Graham Greene novel. Just sitting there enjoying my G and T made the long trip to Vietnam worthwhile. We took advantage of the breakfast in the morning and the high tea in the evening. Everything about the hotel was just perfect. The room was great, the view was stellar, and food was wonderful. The manager, the assistant manager, and the front desk staff were all so nice and professional. The bellman were great as well. I can not thing of a single negative thing about this grand old hotel.. My only regret was that we only stayed for a couple of nights. When I return to DaLat you can be assured that I will staying at the Palace Hotel with all of its charm and elegance.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and the decoration throughout the hotel was welcoming. The staff were exceptionally nice and very professional, always ready to help with a smile. We had an early morning flight and requested a special breakfast box to take with us. The hotel was fantastic in accommodating our request—the breakfast was prepared on time and included a delicious selection. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The suite is large and the view is gorgeous. The staff is very attentive and courteous. Food buffet needs more selection. Tea time service needs to be more attentive. Front desk needs to carry small changes in case customers need money for tips. Over all it’s a very unique antique hotel. Make you feel like a king for a day

지어진지 오래된 고풍스런 건물입니다. 다만 본관엔 엘베가 없어서 2층엘 걸어서 올라가야합니다 .삐걱거리는 복도소리와 룸내 마루바닥은 다른사람에게 소음피해를 주지않을까 조심스럽습니다. 오래된 프랑스식 궁전에서의 하룻밤을 생각한다면 굳입니다. 아침일찍 일어나 현관로비에서 바라다 보이는 호수 전경과 일출은 매우 아름답습니다.조식도 괞찮습니다. 달랏은 고산지대라 치즈와 요플레가 맛있다는것 기억. 헉! 5성급 화장실에 옛것을 지키자는 마음에선지 비데가 없다는게 ㅜㅜ. 단점.직원들의 응대도 굳 입니다 걸어서 크레이지 하우스와 야시장 호숫가. 꽃공원 을 둘러 볼수 있어서 굳.

The staff was on point with us, always asking if we needed anything and prepared to assist. The rooms were very clean. We were given fresh water every morning & a cute dessert every afternoon in the room. We were offered free breakfast and teatime buffet both were very tasty and offered a great selection of both food and drinks. The only negative is that there are a few areas needing touch up, ie: one of the doors in our room was broken. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel doesn’t really feel like a five-star property. It’s quite old and somewhat run down—closer to a 3+ star experience. However, the views are breathtaking and the building has a lot of historical charm. The gym is very small, with outdated machines and unfortunately full of mosquitoes, so it’s not very usable. We also had mosquitoes in the room. The balcony door had a gap underneath, which made the room windy at night and likely allowed mosquitoes to come in. The first room we were given was nothing special. After we complained, we received an upgrade, but the room still felt old and quite dark. Some things were broken, like a cabinet handle. They only provide a very old iron with no steamer. The afternoon tea was nice but not something you’d want to do every day. Breakfast was average and didn’t feel very fresh, with flies around the buffet. On the positive side, the bell staff were lovely—always cheerful and dressed nicely in traditional outfits. The garden is beautiful and a great place for a walk or some exercise with all the stairs. The location is also convenient, close to the night market, the square, the lake, a supermarket, a small mall and many restaurants around. We stayed three nights, but one night would have been enough. I wouldn’t stay here again, though it might still be worth visiting during the day for the view.
