Awesome spot! Superb location, clean and comfy. Room was great with a balcony overlooking the quiet terrace. Terrace was quiet and great spot to work outside for a couple hours in the sun :) Room had a fridge which was very welcome. All in all, very happy with this hotel!

Brilliant property location between the train station and city square (~5 min each way). Lovely facility, the sunroom is fantastic on a cool day, and the ground floor suites opening into a garden area would be lovely to take a coffee!

A lovely stay, centrally located good hotel on a canal with only 5 minutes walking distance from Central Train Station. The room has a good amount of space and opens to a nice courtyard, or with the view of the canal. It is a good spot to exploit the city all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Nette accomodatie, geen parkeergelegenheid bij het Hotel (alleen vergunninghouders) Lastig met uitladen koffers etc. Parkeren alleen mogelijk in dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage. (10 min. lopen) Goed ontbijt, Heb mijn twijfels over de brandveiligheid, Geen vluchtplan, Geen touwladder (in de nok van het Hotel) te kleine badkamer. Verder een keurig Hotel voor een nachtje met vriendelijke bediening.

This property was nice however the room wasn’t clean there was hair on the bed and the fridge wasn’t working. Parking in the area is 30 euros or you need to park 10mins away at the shopping centre for 20 euros would have been nice to know this before I booked the place.

Fantastic hotel, amazing facilities and wonderful staff. The room was large and comfortable - equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. We managed to park right outside the door- at a price, 30€ per 24 hours. No choice of paying for a shorter period, but very convenient. A car park just along the canal on the other side- unsure of the price. Main square with shops, restaurants and historic buildings just a short walk away. Hotel staff went above and beyond expectations to be helpful.

Pros: The hotel is in a nice neighborhood in a great part of Delft. We were in room 2, which is basically in the lobby. We had doors that opened to the patio, which would be lovely during warmer weather. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. Cons: The shower didn’t drain, because the shower floor has a ridge in it that traps the water. The people above were up late and then up early and there was a lot of noise overhead. A man was on the phone at 2am in the lobby, right outside our door. I think it would be a good idea to NOT stay in room 2 if possible.

De locatie van het hotel is perfect en het oogt op het eerst gezicht mooi. Binnen viel het ons wel tegen. We sliepen op de tweede verdieping aan de straatkant. Het was erg warm in de kamer en erg gehorig, zowel vanuit het hotel als vanaf buiten. De badkamer is erg klein, je kunt er met z’n tweeën niet in staan. Bedden waren prima. De kamer was netjes maar erg stoffig. Het ontbijt vonden we tegen vallen. Er waren maar enkele verse producten aanwezig. Qua locatie is het hotel perfect, maar verder zou ik het niet aanraden.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is need of updating however. The room was really dusty and carpet and furniture worn out. The sink and mirror in the bathroom were set too high.

hotel datato, la stanza sottotetto dove sono stato sistemato - double superior era piccolina, con la moquette (!!!!!!), uno dei termosifoni non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato, nel bagno si sentiva un odore pessimo. avvertito il personale ha mandato la cameriera a pulire il bagno con prodotti chimici che hanno - addirittura - peggiorato la situazione. la prossima volta andrò da un'altra parte.........

Overall a good Hotel. We had the Senior Suite with Sauna which was very nice to have. The reception was very kind and answered all our questions. The cleaning quality could be improved in my eyes. There Werę a lot hairs in the shower and Overall a Bit dusty as Dirty pillows. Some of the room parts might get Refreshed as they seem to be older.

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main tourist and restaurant areas of the town and the main railway station/tram stop. A good choice was available on the breakfast buffet.

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay. This was a special birthday weekend and the room we booked as advertised was not what we received at all. We were supposed to have a beautiful room with a canal view but instead were put in a ground floor room with frosted windows so you could not see the canal. The room had an unpleasant odour and was dusty. The bathroom was outdated. The staff were excellent and accommodating when we told them this is not what we booked. We took another smaller room with no canal view, and we received a free breakfast. Unfortunately, it didn't make up for the disappointment, because we still didn't have what we had actually paid for. This room at least had a better smell but it was dusty and the shower was old and rusty. My advice is phone in advance to make sure the room you book actually matches how it is advertised on the website. I think this hotel is in need of a revamp: old, outdated carpets and bathrooms, and in general the hotel needs a good dust and vacuum.

I booked a delux room with canal view, i received ground floir dungeon with view of the street and the street a view of me! There was a bad smell (I was informed that was the carpet by reception) and a door direct to the street. Which as a single traveller made me feel unsafe. I left immediately, as no other room was available. Expedia handled the situation so well.

Great location and hotel is nice BUT we were given a room that sounded if was next to the hotel water tanks. Every time someone went to the toilet or shower you have the sound of water rushing through pipes and filling water tanks, there was also construction at the back of the hotel which started at 7am. Would be nice to be informed of this before so you can make informed decisions when booking

Amazing room with canal view (but make sure to request a room on the 1st floor in advance, otherwise you could be on the groundfloor and be directly by the street, or 2nd floor and have the smallest windows). Would have appreciated to have a few more items, such as conditioner, nicer toilet paper, some slippers and a kettle in the room

Beautiful hotel in stunning location My friend and I had rooms overlooking the canal, but be aware there it can be noisy with passersby in the early hours! My (huge!) room was on the ground floor near reception, so there was a little more noise from outside, but was quieter than I expected first thing in the morning (although that was at the weekend).

The room overlooking the camel was lovely: seeing the sun break through the clouds with the church in the background. The location was also fantastic: so easy to walk from train station and to so many great areas within Delft. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was just what I needed to start the day.

Do not under any circumstances accept Room 3., supposedly an upscale room. It faces street level with windows and no shades, just blackout curtains and it has a door to the outside with a window that shows you in bed to everyone on the street. Some people mistake it for a door to the hotel and try to come in when you are asleep. The inside room door opens right into the breakfast room, so you will be awoken before 7 am.

Grote kamer, perfecte locatie in de stad. Hotel mist net de finesse. Heel veel plekken zijn er schoonheids dingetjes. Bedden waren wel goed. Ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was aardig en gastvrij.

The staff was exceptional-friendly, helpful and going above expectations. We will be delighted to recommend to others and stay again. Our room with two separate sleeping areas at the top of the house was wonderful.

The staff at Royal Bridges was so friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and they made sure we could check in late (2:30 a.m.) They also made sure my wife had ice daily for her surgically repaired knee, provided helpful advice on things to do in Delft, transportation,museums and much more. Great staff and comfortable room too!

Hotel is okay but the housekeeping staff made it miserable. Who enjoys going on a leisurely vacation to be woken up every morning by a pound banging at the door at 10am by housekeeping? Even happened with a “do not disturb” card hung on the door knob one of the days.

The room overlooking the camel was lovely: seeing the sun break through the clouds with the church in the background. The location was also fantastic: so easy to walk from train station and to so many great areas within Delft. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was just what I needed to start the day.

It was an unique place. Room was clean. The reception was not friendly or helpful. Didn't know much when asked about parking or other things. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay. Had an issue with a flickering light that was repaired. Generally clean and we enjoyed the patio. Asked for a kettle and received it.

Our room overlooked the canal and had large windows to enjoy the view. We were right around the corner from the train station - easy walk with luggage. 5 minute walk to excellent dining. The facility was a little shop worn, but very clean. It's a college town and there were some rowdy drunks outside a couple of nights, so bring earplugs. The staff was friendly and helped us with all our needs.

Very attractive and well-appointed room. Be advised that the breakfast consisting of yogurt, crisp bread, etc. is left in your room refrigerator, not served in a dining room. Also, the soaking tub needs a grab bar because it is very slippery.

De locatie van het hotel is perfect en het oogt op het eerst gezicht mooi. Binnen viel het ons wel tegen. We sliepen op de tweede verdieping aan de straatkant. Het was erg warm in de kamer en erg gehorig, zowel vanuit het hotel als vanaf buiten. De badkamer is erg klein, je kunt er met z’n tweeën niet in staan. Bedden waren prima. De kamer was netjes maar erg stoffig. Het ontbijt vonden we tegen vallen. Er waren maar enkele verse producten aanwezig. Qua locatie is het hotel perfect, maar verder zou ik het niet aanraden.

This hotel has a great location & accommodating staff. While their breakfast is pricy for what you get (15 euros pp), they have a 24-h boutique coffees machine which is fabulous. There are pleasant spots in the courtyard - and adjacent to - where you can work, read, or chat. The property clean, albeit worn on the edges in places. The room itself was good, not great. It needed a little bit of a facelift (for a hotel rated as well as the Royal Bridges). Still, considering you are in the heart of historic Delft and how friendly the staff was, I would certainly stay here again.

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main tourist and restaurant areas of the town and the main railway station/tram stop. A good choice was available on the breakfast buffet.

Grote kamer, perfecte locatie in de stad. Hotel mist net de finesse. Heel veel plekken zijn er schoonheids dingetjes. Bedden waren wel goed. Ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was aardig en gastvrij.

hotel datato, la stanza sottotetto dove sono stato sistemato - double superior era piccolina, con la moquette (!!!!!!), uno dei termosifoni non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato, nel bagno si sentiva un odore pessimo. avvertito il personale ha mandato la cameriera a pulire il bagno con prodotti chimici che hanno - addirittura - peggiorato la situazione. la prossima volta andrò da un'altra parte.........

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Royal Bridges Hotel. Our canal view room was very spacious and had 3 double windows that opened fully overlooking the canal. The hotel location was excellent, right in the centre, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. The on tap tea and coffee in the reception area was brilliant and a little court yard area to sit out in the shade was very welcome. This is an excellent hotel, we will be back.

Nice room on ground floor which opened on to what looked like a communal courtyard with a table and chairs for each room. We did not have breakfast but there was free coffee which we had in the sun room there was also a drinks vending machine for cans of coke and bottles of water etc. Front door led straight onto the canal and the town centre was only a few minutes walk away. Would i stay here again yes, 1/2 way between the train station and town centre.

Right in the heart of Delft, and walkable to the Royal Delft pottery within ten minutes or so. Wonderful helpful staff. A sense of location.
