Hurtigt stop på vej sydover. Fint hotel. Jeg var heldig at finde en gratis parkeringsplads lige foran indgangen. Værelserne er nyistandsatte og meget lækre. Der var elkedel tebreve på værelset.

とても綺麗なホテルでした。ホテルの管理人さん、ホテルローズさん関連のスタッフさん、清掃員さんみなさんの人柄だったり接客が良くとても過ごしやすく快適でした。駅やスーパーも歩いて1、2分のところにあり、とても利用しやすいと思います。ひとつ言うとすればホテルの入り方が難しかったなと思います。。！私が日本人ということもあるかもしれませんが(笑) ほんとに素敵なホテルでした！こちら周辺のホテルお探しの方は強くおすすめします。

Zuerst es sah nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Dennoch sah es auf den ersten Blick sauber aus. Dann zieht man die Decke hoch und wird eines besseren belehrt, es kamen einen gleich fremde Haare entgegen. Zudem waren falten auf dem Bettlaken die nicht vom bügeln kommen, man könnte also meinen, dass jemand darin lag. Was widerlich ist. Daraufhin, hat man sich die genauere Begutachtung des Badezimmers erspart, die Fernbedienung war verstaubt und voller Flecken. Ich persönlich bin keine Nacht geblieben ich hatte mir umgehend ein neues Hotel gebucht, denn das ist eine Frechheit.

Booking said twin room and it was a very small queen bed in a tiny room. No reception available you are provided with a code to get into the hotel and to the room itself. Hotel is in a rough area but only a short walk from the central station which was the main reason for booking. Prices hiked during Euro 24 but would make a good budget hotel if the price reflects due to location.

2 stops from the HBF was all I could say about the place. Middle of Summer and no aircon was very poor. Never saw a member of staff, and couldn’t open a window as traffic noise was to much. Don’t bother!

Online Check-In funktionierte nicht, weil keine E-Mail vorab zugesendet wurde. Ab 14 Uhr durfte man einchecken und ab 14 Uhr war keiner an der Rezeption - demnach schlechter Service. Nicht zu empfehlen - nur die Putzkräfte waren freundlich.

Had to make phone calls to get access to hotel and room as we had not received an email with the key code. Expedia were of no real help. It was another guest that helped us out. Once we were in the were no complaints and presently surprised. Breakfast was very good

Es gab nichts wo ich sagen würde das hat mir wirklich gefallen. Das Zimmer hatte die Standardausrüstung. War aber viel zu teuer. Frühstück war auch sehr schwach. Dazu kommt noch die üble Gegend wo sich das Hotel befindet. Nochmal werde ich mich dort wahrscheinlich nicht einquartieren.

Had to make phone calls to get access to hotel and room as we had not received an email with the key code. Expedia were of no real help. It was another guest that helped us out. Once we were in the were no complaints and presently surprised. Breakfast was very good

Bon emplacement. Bon déjeuner. Mais, chambre pas bien nettoyée (cheveux dans l'oreillé et odeur mauvé). Bruit de l'extérieur. Avec un peu de soin l'hôtèl peut devenir meilleur.

Es gab nichts wo ich sagen würde das hat mir wirklich gefallen. Das Zimmer hatte die Standardausrüstung. War aber viel zu teuer. Frühstück war auch sehr schwach. Dazu kommt noch die üble Gegend wo sich das Hotel befindet. Nochmal werde ich mich dort wahrscheinlich nicht einquartieren.

avoid, no service at place apart breakfast lady. however check in was horrible and we have to wait an hour for activation of our pin code , luckily we met another guest who spoken both German and English as only customer service was available in German otherwise we would slept on the street !! not to mention that check in email came in German, i didn't understand and clicked for online check in and had to give my credit card details even i paid already for the room by paypal. unfortunately it wasn't only credit card check but second charge! room was so hot, quite clean though, and breakfast not that bad but i wouldn't never back to this place or recommend to anyone.

Die Bilder weichen von der Realität ab. Oberflächlich sind die Zimmer ganz schön, aber wenn man genauer hinschaut liegen einige Mängel vor. Dazu ist alles extrem hellhörig und an der Toilette waren Rückstände vom vorigen Gast. An der Rezeption ist niemand erreichbar, telefonisch kamen wir aber durch. Die Tiefgarage hat eine sehr steile Auffahrt, wir haben zweimal mit dem Auto aufgesetzt und auch in der Garage ist es sehr eng und mit einem etwas größeren Auto kaum möglich dort zu parken. Lediglich der CheckIn funktionierte reibungslos per Code. Wir können den Aufenthalt leider nicht empfehlen und würden beim nächsten Mal lieber wieder ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben.
