Zimmer, Frühstück, Bestens. Das Personal äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Parkplatz bestens. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt möchte ich ein Zimmer auf derRückseite des Hotels.. Bei geöffnetem Fenster leider sehr laut, Straße und gegenüberliegende Bahngleise, Nähe zum Bahnhof. Habe aber in der Unterkunft das Zimmer nicht moniert.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zum Konzert dort und dafür war die Lage hervorragend. Man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen. Ein Parkplatz war im Hof des Hotels vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

Conveniently located near the south-Dresden train station (not main one). Doesn't look like much from the outside, but beautiful inside with very comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Streetcars nearby for reaching the historic inner city of Dresden - takes less than ten minutes to get there. Great value.

Gorgeous old hotel with very classic details but still with all modern amenities. Great location just 3 minutes from the train station. Staff was fluent in English and German and very helpful. Would definitely return.

Check-in was very good, they let us in around 1pm. Our room was facing the road and the train station, which meant when the windows were open, we could hardly sleep. The rooms have no air conditions so in summer you are forced to open the windows. When I told the manager about the issue, she said that the rooms facing the train station have a lower price, which of course is unknown to me, because Hotrel.com did not give me the option to chose a room on the other side. I then asked the manager to give us some kind of a discount, for example free parking or breakfast, she declined, which I did not find friendly at all. I have to advise the guests to make sure not to take the rooms facing the road in summer otherwise you will not be able to sleep. For me, it was very hard, because I had to drive 500 km the next day and not having slept the night before, it proved very challenging to say the least. I believe Hotel.com should make some compensation to us for not giving us the option to chose the right side of the hotel.

Uns hat besonders die Freundlichkeit/Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter gefallen, ganz offen und herzlich egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück - wir kommen sehr gern wieder :-)

ノイシュタット駅からすぐなのですが、とてもホテルっぽくなくて入口がわかりにくかったですが、扉を開けた時に広がる優雅な空間とのギャップが良かったです。ただ、部屋の鍵を開けるのにコツがいりすぎてちょっと困りました。

We had a really nice stay at the Bayerischer Hof! The location was really convenient for us traveling with a toddler so we were able to take the train in and out of the Neustadt station basically across the street. The breakfast was really nice and they let us add it on the day of which was helpful during our stay as we adjusted to the jet lag. There’s a tram stop really close to the hotel which what we used to get around Dresden with ease. Definitely would stay here again!

The location was really convenient for us traveling with a toddler so we were able to take the train in and out of the Neustadt station basically across the street. The breakfast was really nice and they let us add it on the day of which was helpful during our stay as we adjusted to the jet lag. There’s a tram stop really close to the hotel which what we used to get around Dresden with ease. Definitely would stay here again!

Un merveilleux établissement, classe et élégant. Le personnel est à son image, discret et serviable. Une très bonne adresse en tout cas, très bien située entre la gare de la neuveville et la vieille ville.

Just having stayed here last fall for our first visit to Dresden, we picked a great Hotel close to the Dresden Neustadt train station. Our return this December was just as great s our first visit, only longer. our room was perfect for us and the breakfast is more than you could ever dream of. We will return here every time we visit visit our family in Dresden.

I was in for a treat when I booked this hotel. I was just looking for a place to stay in Dresden for one night, close by the railway station, but my expectations were exceeded! I got a very spacious room, clean, everything there what I needed. I booked it with breakfast - and it was surely one of the best I got in the last years. If you are can find something missing on that buffet, it must be really special. Sooo many options. You can also tell that the hotel is run by someone who cares. It seems that all staff knew what they were doing, everyone friendly, welcoming. The interior is a bit more on the classic side, all well maintained, but not like big chains with corporate design rolled out to all hotels. So the place is special. Next time in Dresden I will book this again. 100%

Right in front of Neustadt station . I was a bit worried about the noise when I checked in, but I hardly heard anything during the night. The amenities I needed was available at the front desk, huge clean room, the only problem I had was pillows, but otherwise everything was fine.
