Savoy Park Hotel Apartments

PROS: - room was quite large and contained a kitchenette and balcony - the rooftop pool, although quite small, was a nice extra - assistance with porterage and luggage storage - staff were professional and helpful CONS: - pre-trip communication was poor, staff stopped responding to my messages; this caused some stress for me. - PAPER THIN walls. Unfortunately my neighbours on one side kept me up all night, other neighbours playing loud music in the morning. The hotel addressed the latter and it improved, for which I was grateful. I should have asked for help the night before, but did not. - water in 'hot' tub was not hot SUMMARY: All in all a pleasant stay, but due to the thin walls I would hesitate staying again. It is a great property otherwise.

The staff is extremely friendly, and meticulous with their work. The food is really good and affordable and healthy. They have different cuisines, less spicy and prepared very healthy. They clean the room every single day and keep it very tidy. I highly recommend this hotel for families with elders or with kids too. Their brunch is the best for money.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and not very far from the airport. I would stay again. The TV didn’t seem to work and the kitchen light wouldn’t turn on at night, but those were just a couple small glitches and not enough of a problem to have spoiled the stay.

Room was quite clean but was a bit dated. Staff was very friendly and responsive. The overall hotel rooms had a bit of a moldy/musky smell. The parking is very tight especially if you drive a larger car or a 7-seater SUV.
