Très joli hôtel ! Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, la chambre est jolie, propre et agréable avec les 2 grands fenêtres par lesquelles on vois la jolie cours. J'ai aussi apprécié les bouteilles d'eux d'accueil et le parking a été gratuit :) Il se trouvait dans un quartier résidentiel, donc pas de chose à visiter à pied. Mais c'était calme et reposant. C'est une bonne adresse pour voyager en Allemagne en voiture.

I left a "please clean" sign on the door on the 2nd day, but it was ignored. The breakfast was fairly basic, lacked fresh fruit

Ich bin immer mal wieder hier Gast. Meist dann, wenn ich auch um UKD zu arbeiten habe. Die Nähe ist ein echtes Argument. Derzeit wird die Rezeption und der Empfangsraum renoviert. Leider ist versäumt worden, dass der ÖRR seine SD-Programme eingestellt hat. Ein Sendersuchlauf der TV-Geräte täte jetzt not. Das Menü dazu ist für Gäste gesperrt. Mich hat es nicht wirklich gestört, da ich nur eine Nacht dort war.

La persona que nos recibio fue muy amable y servicial con nosotros, nos habló en español, y nos trató MUYY BIEN Pero el hotel parecia que le hacia falta personal de limpieza, cuando llegamos, no tenia toallas la habitación, se vea que no habían hecho el aseo completo, ya que en la alfombra quedo basura del otro huésped. También en el baño, el lavabo estaba un poco tapado, ya que el agua se iba muy lento. Lo pudimos destapar después.

Mir war es wichtig nah am Uniklinikum zu sein, da ein Familienmitglied dort lag das ich besuchte. Keine 10min Fussweg, sehr praktisch. Amsonsten sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und sehr sauber.

J'ai aussi apprécié les bouteilles d'eux d'accueil et le parking a été gratuit :) Il se trouvait dans un quartier résidentiel, donc pas de chose à visiter à pied. Mais c'était calme et reposant. C'est une bonne adresse pour voyager en Allemagne en voiture.

Très joli hôtel ! Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, la chambre est jolie, propre et agréable avec les 2 grands fenêtres par lesquelles on vois la jolie cours. Mir war es wichtig nah am Uniklinikum zu sein, da ein Familienmitglied dort lag das ich besuchte. Keine 10min Fussweg, sehr praktisch. Amsonsten sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und sehr sauber.

Ich bin immer mal wieder hier Gast. Meist dann, wenn ich auch um UKD zu arbeiten habe. Die Nähe ist ein echtes Argument. Derzeit wird die Rezeption und der Empfangsraum renoviert. Leider ist versäumt worden, dass der ÖRR seine SD-Programme eingestellt hat. Ein Sendersuchlauf der TV-Geräte täte jetzt not. Das Menü dazu ist für Gäste gesperrt. Mich hat es nicht wirklich gestört, da ich nur eine Nacht dort war.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk people were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. The room was well sized. It is outside the city center near the university but easy access to the tourist area.

The garden-view room was comfortable, but lacks air-conditioning. We had 28 C days and 22 C nights, so tolerable, but just note this. They said they are only cleaning every 2 days due to Covid. I left a "please clean" sign on the door on the 2nd day, but it was ignored. The breakfast was fairly basic, lacked fresh fruit

I really enjoyed stay here. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff that prepared it is to be commended. If I would ever return to Düsseldorf I would certainly stay and recommend it for short stays.

Keine Klimaanlage bei 4 ☆, kein Kühlschrank oder Bar im Zimmer. Getränke in der Hotelbar waren nicht gekühlt bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur , das Angebot an Getränken war sehr überschaubar und dem Personal nicht bekannt. Die für den nächsten Tag zugesagte Reparatur des Kleiderschrankes, der sich einseitig nicht öffnen ließ, fand nicht statt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüfett war für den Preis überschaubar. Am Sonntag war es katastrophal : Brötchen, Brot, Käse und Aufschnitt usw - alles war vergriffen und wurde kaum aufgefüllt. Fruchtjoghurt gab es diesen Morgen gar nicht. Es lag am mangelnden Personal. Eine !! MItarbeiterin - die sich sehr bemühte - war für Rezeption und Frühstück gleichzeitig allein zuständig ( Bedienung, Geschirr abräumen und waschen, Tische neu eindecken, Speisen und Getränke neu auffüllen, Kaffee kochen, Sonderwünsche erfüllen z.B. Rührei zubereiten....) und das bei einen ausgebuchten Hotel ! Das Positive war ein modernes Badezimmer und eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Fazit: von den 4 ☆ sind wohl 2☆ untergehend.😒
