Bin aus Stuttgart angereist, sehr positiv überrascht worden. Preis Leistungsverhältnis 10/10!!! Türkische Moschee direkt gegenüber!! Hype Restaurant Cloud Kitchen direkt gegenüber!! Super Parkhaus 21€ für 24h, man kann öfter rein und raus fahren ohne Probleme! Allem in allem sehr zufrieden, war über die Badewanne im Bad überrascht und über den Zimmer Tresor, die ich nur von 5 Sterne Hotels kenne. Danke schön für den netten Aufenthalt!!!

To start with the shower head didn’t work due to lime scale, toilet wouldn’t stop flushing, curtains off the track, window catch broken and bed sheets were torn. We phone and mentioned all of the above problems and no one can so we personally went to report it at reseptioamd still no one came.

He estado 3 noches y no han limpiado la habitación ningún día. Según su política, la limpieza se realiza cada 3 noches, pero en mi caso considero que esto es un punto negativo. Por lo demás, todo perfecto: la habitación es cómoda y el buffet de desayuno tiene una buena variedad.

Hotel was in eerste instantie top. Mooi, netjes, handige overdekte parkeer garage, vriendelijk geholpen bij aankomst. Entree kamer was ook fijn mooi groot en netjes. Fles water en koffie faciliteiten. De volgende ochtend 09:00 ondekte ik dat een paar handdoeken naar mijn wens niet schoon waren. Dus had ze op de grond gegooid (beleidhotel) in de avond rond 18uur kwam ik weer terug en lagen ze nog op de grond! Geen schoonmaak niets! 3 a 4 keer gevraagd voor een cleaning en onwisselen handdoeken maar geen gehoor. Volgende ochtend heb ik niet eens kunnen douchen. Nou echt nooit meer! Ben wel wat anders gewend van NH.

Es war alles gut und wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Das einzige was ich als Verbesserung mitgeben würde ist die Hygiene im bad, Duschkopf und Toiletten Schüssel.

The bedrooms are only cleaned every four nights. This isn't a problem unless you have a coffee machine and glasses /cups. You won't get any more clean glasses/cups or milk or coffee capsules unless you specifically ask for them. Also the breakfast options are more for vegetarians - more vegetarian options. You can order bacon but not if there is a lot going on. Today Sunday, there wasn't a lot going on but I still wasn't allowed bacon. Fried eggs without bacon is not nice. Would I go again? No, because I would like more meat options - especially bacon.

Nice hotel, handy for the train & tram so quick to get to town or the airport. Have stayed before but this time a couple of minor issues - difficulty connecting to wifi & a loose shower bracket, so we knocked off 1 star.

The workers were super nice but i wasn’t pleased of the hotel itself … at first I checked in into my room and I noticed that the AC wasn’t working so I asked Them to change the room, but it took really long time to do so and after that, I moved into another room with an AC that needs really long time to make the room Colder in the second room there wasn’t any soap essentials, and it wasn’t clean enough

Hotel really nice, modern, good size room with good bathroom. Few flaws that could easily be addressed: 1) the shower glass door does not seal with the shower plate since between the glass door and the plate there is 1cm gap. Due to this gap water leaks on the bathroom floor. 2) the airco doesn't cool properly. It was quite warm in the room.

Die negativen Punkte sind das Personal, das uns nicht geholfen hat, mit 6 großen Koffern hineinzukommen (wir waren 2 Personen) und das Reinigungspersonal, das an die Tür geklopft hat, als wir im Zimmer waren, und bis wir uns angezogen hatten, öffneten sie die Tür. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht, ebenso wenig wie der Kühlschrank (Minibar).

Die negativen Punkte sind das Personal, das uns nicht geholfen hat, mit 6 großen Koffern hineinzukommen (wir waren 2 Personen) und das Reinigungspersonal, das an die Tür geklopft hat, als wir im Zimmer waren, und bis wir uns angezogen hatten, öffneten sie die Tür. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht, ebenso wenig wie der Kühlschrank (Minibar).

Zimmer vorab im Onlinecheck ausgewählt => aus Erfahrung ein Zimmer, welches am weitesten vom Aufzug entfernt ist. Leider beim Checkin das Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug erhalten - mein ausgewähltes wäre nicht mehr verfügbar. Dadurch wurde meine Nachtruhe immer wieder durch Gäste gestört, die sich teilweise lauter (nach Weihnachtsfeier) unterhielten und laut lachten während diese den Aufzug verließen... Beim Frühstück hätte ich gerne einen Artikel vom Frühstücksmenü bestellt. Leider war kein Personal vor Ort, um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen, es kam erst jemand, als ich bereits fertig war...

I am a regular at the NH hotel chain, but I was shocked by my stay in Dusseldorf. First, they asked me for a deposit of 200 euros, and this is the first time that an NH hotel has asked me for this. It seems that the dealings have become subject to moods. I don’t know. Second, the parking fee has become very expensive, meaning today it is 21 euros. Third, the level of cleanliness has declined greatly. Even when I return to the hotel, I see that the coffee cups have not been washed, even though I warned them about cleaning. They don’t even bring coffee unless I call them. This is annoying. Fourth, and most importantly, the air conditioning is broken, and I booked an expensive hotel because I was looking for an air-conditioned hotel, but I did not get this. The percentage of my booking the hotel again is 1%, and I do not recommend booking this hotel in particular.

Klassisches Hotel der Mittelklasse- alles sauber alles da , nichts besonderes , nichts persönliches, nichts angenehmes. Man kann dort übernachten. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Wir mussten ganz früh morgens zum Flughafen und das war in wenigen Minuten möglich. Der Preis dafür ist die Lage an einer großen Straße, die Straßenbahn hört man auch mit geschloßenem Fenster, das ist aber erträglich, aber das Fenster aufmachen und auch die laute Klimaanlage verzichten- unmöglich.

Zeer onvriendelijke welkom aan de receptie. Mensen moeten basic cursus omgaan met zijn gasten toch krijgen. In de bar gelukkig heeft personeel meer verstaan.

Der Aufenthalt war super klasse ! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check In ging schnell. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und hatten viel Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben war Kellner am Abend an der Bar! Er war sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Ein einwandfreier Service . Auch am nächsten Morgen wurden wir freundlich vom Personal beim Frühstück empfangen. Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt!! Alles in allem war das Hotel super klasse. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

To start with the shower head didn’t work due to lime scale, toilet wouldn’t stop flushing, curtains off the track, window catch broken and bed sheets were torn. We phone and mentioned all of the above problems and no one can so we personally went to report it at reseptioamd still no one came.

The workers were super nice but i wasn’t pleased of the hotel itself … at first I checked in into my room and I noticed that the AC wasn’t working so I asked Them to change the room, but it took really long time to do so and after that, I moved into another room with an AC that needs really long time to make the room Colder in the second room there wasn’t any soap essentials, and it wasn’t clean enough

The hotel is really beautiful, have quite modern rooms and furniture. The wifi was excellent and the temperature at the installations is very cozy this time of the year. The few bad spots were the huge line for making the check in, the pillows that are the worst ( the only uncomfortable item of the room) and the they didn't clean the room when asked

Hotel was in eerste instantie top. Mooi, netjes, handige overdekte parkeer garage, vriendelijk geholpen bij aankomst. Entree kamer was ook fijn mooi groot en netjes. Fles water en koffie faciliteiten. De volgende ochtend 09:00 ondekte ik dat een paar handdoeken naar mijn wens niet schoon waren. Dus had ze op de grond gegooid (beleidhotel) in de avond rond 18uur kwam ik weer terug en lagen ze nog op de grond! Geen schoonmaak niets! 3 a 4 keer gevraagd voor een cleaning en onwisselen handdoeken maar geen gehoor. Volgende ochtend heb ik niet eens kunnen douchen. Nou echt nooit meer! Ben wel wat anders gewend van NH.

Ich kann nur Gutes über das Hotel berichten. Die Lage ist gut, die Altstadt Düsseldorfs ist in 12-15 Minuten per Bahn erreicht. Die Zimmer waren ruhig, wirken modern, sauber und der Service war auch gut. Alles genau so, wie ich es erhofft hatte. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung weniger geboten. Gegen Aufpreis verfügt das Hotel jedoch über eine Tiefgarage.

Das NH Düsseldorf City-Nord ist ein sauberes, gepflegtes Mittelklassehotel in der Nähe zur Uni und zur Messe mit einem passablen Frühstück. Ich habe etwas Räucherlachs oder Fisch beim Frühstück vermisst. Die Anbindung an die Autobahn ist hervorragend. Die Autobahn Ab-/Auffahrt ist nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Ich bin aus persöhnlichen Gründen verreist. Für mich ist das Hotel super geeignet, da mein Sohn um die Ecke wohnt und ich ihn vom Hotel aus zu Fuß besuchen kann. :-)

This is a comfortable hotel outside but near the Old City of Düsseldorf. It is easily accessible by car to the airport and the central train station. There is also a train station nearby. The optional breakfast is very expensive even for a hotel breakfast. There is a great sushi restaurant a half a block away.

Pluspunten: - nette kamer en ruim - ik heb een kamer gekregen met mijn wensen. - personeel is fantastisch en service gericht. Top! - parkeren is makkelijk en is onder de accommodatie. - de ligging van de accomodatie is goed en je kan naar alle kanten gaan. Minpunten: - de enige minpunt is ontbijt. Ontbijt is aan de magere kant qua assortiment en hoeveelheid. Ik had meer verwacht.

He estado 3 noches y no han limpiado la habitación ningún día. Según su política, la limpieza se realiza cada 3 noches, pero en mi caso considero que esto es un punto negativo. Por lo demás, todo perfecto: la habitación es cómoda y el buffet de desayuno tiene una buena variedad.

The bedrooms are only cleaned every four nights. This isn't a problem unless you have a coffee machine and glasses /cups. You won't get any more clean glasses/cups or milk or coffee capsules unless you specifically ask for them. Also the breakfast options are more for vegetarians - more vegetarian options. You can order bacon but not if there is a lot going on. Today Sunday, there wasn't a lot going on but I still wasn't allowed bacon. Fried eggs without bacon is not nice. Would I go again? No, because I would like more meat options - especially bacon.

Nettes Personal, mit der Tram Station fast vor dem Haus 12 min zur Altstadt, Tiefgarage vorhanden, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ein kleines Minus gibt es für einen dreckigen Vorhang und ein vergessenes Handtuch vom Vorgänger.

The room was not ready at check in time and was not very clean. We were also woken up by a man shouting at us in German about changing the lock and wouldn’t come back at another time. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were wonderful and made our stay feel so special.

The hotel was good but I had several issues with their pricing. 24 euros per day for parking. 28 euros per person for breakfast was a bit outrageous (cloud kitchen across the street was great). Then the wifi was not even good enough for opening some basic web pages and if you wanted to watch netflix it would be 9 euros per day! During the night it was a bit warm and the aircon does not work if it’s below 22 degrees outside which is fair but the rooms are not that cool. We had to leave the window open during the night which was really noisy with drunk people shouting after midnight, the cars honking and trams being very loud as well.

Stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert at the arena. Perfect location for local trains, trams or buses straight into town centre. Also easy to get a train to and from airport. 200m from station to hotel. We didn’t have breakfast but there was a great cafe across the road. Rooms were large, modern and clean and the beds were also great , didn’t wake up with a sore back which I find is the norm in hotels. Definitely recommend
