Personnel agréable, trouvant des solutions( lavage de linge!). L hôtel quand a lui est vétuste, ne pas se fier aux photos... La piscine est sale, pas d entretien du jardin, quand au petit déjeuner, la dame qui installe les clients passe juste la main pour enlever les miettes entre les différents clients...

Just about everything in Rapa Nui (including much of the water) needs to be brought by boat or plane from Chile and often from farther afield. As a result, things are used and repaired until they fall apart. This shows in some areas of the hotel. If you take that into consideration, this hotel is very well run. We appreciated the suggestions and help from the staff, as well as the free transfer to and from the airport.

The room was very basic, with no extra amenities in the room. Off to a bad start, the hotel failed to pick us up at the hotel and made no effort to cover the cost, but other than that staff were friendly. Free breakfast was good.

The room was ok. Bathroom was very stinky with no air circulation. Very few pool chairs and people left their towels there all day. Breakfast was poor. One piece of bacon left and they didn’t replace it while we were there.

Casi 200 dólares por una estancia de 50. Están súper feas las habitaciones, las toallas rotas y sucias. El desayuno terrible. Sin agua caliente el primer día. El personal muy amable. La isla salvó la experiencia pero el hotel cero recomendable.
