Grosvenor Suites

O hotel fica em uma construção antiga, típica de Edinborough. Nosso quarto era espaçoso e bem organizado, com uma pequena cozinha que nem utilizamos. A localização é perfeita, fica a uma pequena distância caminhando da Royal Mile e da Princes Street. Foi uma estadia muito agradável

A great location, quiet rooms, nice with an equipped pentry.

Chambres propres, situation bien placé et au calme.

We had to stay out in the cold for 1hour and 30minutes at 1am once we arrived because they gave us the wrong code for the front door and we could not check in. They never picked up our call when we called to their supposedly 24/7 available phone number and never responded to our messages/emails. Also the curtains in our room were ripped with stains on the bedsheets. Not the best experience, but the location is nice.

The property is located near Haymaket Station. Located in a crescent close St Mary’s Cathedral. The property was clean and the rooms more than adequate, the shower was powerful and the room warm. There was some kitchen facilities, kettle, toaster and microwave. Only issue was we did not receive code to gain entry and had to contact them, we didn’t see the WiFi passcode in the passageway. Our room was on floor 3, which was a bit of a challenge carrying case up the stairs, having arthritis problems. We counted just under 100 steps. Overall we were happy with our stay and would certainly stay again.
