The hotel overpromise in site what had in their hotel. For my experience the breakfast was a joke, no gym in the hotel and the discount for west Edmonton waterpark was only for non third-party user. So i can't get discount be a Expedia user. Plus, they double charge for the damage opposite. One Expedia site and at the hotel.

We waited forever to check in even thought there was only 1 person ahead of us. By the time we got to the desk, the line up was to the door. They should have more staff on hand. They charge 10$ per day for underground parking. Every other hotel we stay at includes underground parking . It is convenient to west edmonton mall though

Hotel is great, staff is great, parking is not so great. You can pay ($10 or $15 - I forget) for underground parking which IS great, but if you don’t want to pay extra make sure you are there early as space is limited in their street level lot.

Outdated hotel, room smelled overly like chemicals, the bathroom layout is uncomfortable and the hotel looks like the slapped paint on a very outdated hotel. The elevator jumps EVERYTIME you use it so beware. If you use a debit card for incidentals it will be $250

Short two night stay, served the purpose. Proximity to the mall was excellent and staff were friendly. The parking availability in the main lot is extremely limited. The most disappointing part of the stay was the continental breakfast. Very limited seating available along with minimal food. The food that was to be available was always out. Will consider staying there again but will have to make other arrangements for breakfast and pay for underground parking

Good day. Shower head has black mold, ceiling in bathroom could see black mold coming through paint. Toilet was over filling and not shutting off. Most of the regular receptacles, 120V are wearing out as cords plugged into are falling out. Bath fan does not remove moisture from shower in bathroom, heavy condensation on walls and ceiling after shower with Bath fan running. The cause of other things growing in bathroom. Checked window and found out it was closed but not locked on first floor, could be set up for a thief to enter room. I left the window locked. Room 105. Bed was comfortable, Service personnel are Great!

Our room was fairly dirty, we found so many long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom and on the white towels. The lobby is bright with many fun colours and with the location being so close to the WEM, those are the pluses.

Hotel was unreasonably noisy, people above us were pounding on the floor at bedtime. Others were coming in at 1 am and 4 am talking making way too much noise. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for as long as I can remember.

Our room was very clean, however on the third floor, we were placed right across from the dining hall and right beside the ice machine and microwave. To say we didn’t sleep was an understatement. We had to listen to the microwave and ice maker at all hours of the night, people running through the hallways yelling, and overall was a very rough night.

Rooms were ok. A little on the small side. We requested close to elevator, being seniors. Breakfast room was between elevator and our room, so that was very convenient. Slow at front desk during checkin.

Very clean and quiet, two minute walk to the mall, very convenient and economical for the area. The mattresses were harder than I am used to and there weren't any modifications available so not the best rest. Kids were fine, however, and service was solid.

When we walked in the front desk lady was just great. Unfortunately it is an extremely busy hotel and she was all by herself. I’d say they could use at least one other staff, especially on busy days. There was no soap in our room at all. Again, wanted to ask for some but every time o went up the front desk she was so busy. There was a loud bang in our room all night, maybe from pipes or heater. Who knows. Extremely convenient location to the mall though.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The hotel is in rough shape - everything is old, no updates have been done, there are no safes or microwaves in the rooms. The hotel doesn’t have a fitness facility. Breakfast consisted of: toast, pancakes, boiled eggs and yogurt. That is all. Staff is very rude and would not accommodate simple requests like: extra water/coffee/hot chocolate for the room or holding our luggage. They were even annoyed when we asked for extra towels for our room.

The property had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, there was zero flexibility with the front desk. The property all around was full of garbage or alcohol cans/bottles and our tv remote didnt work. Close to the mall but not safe to walk to and from at night

Lots of undesirable people around due to the massive bus stop on the corner. Plenty of sketchy interactions walking from the mall back to the hotel, one person even followed us in because we did t have a lighter to give him. We will not be back

I liked how we could just walk across the street to the mall The breakfast was terrible. Very few choices, very little seating , not a big enough room

Great location. That's why we booked here. However, I was disappointed with the late breakfast time start 7:30-10am everyday, including weekdays. The breakfast area is very small. Really like how close it is to the mall, and there is 24h McDonald's in walking distance when we had to get early breakfast.

Short two night stay, served the purpose. Proximity to the mall was excellent and staff were friendly. The parking availability in the main lot is extremely limited. The most disappointing part of the stay was the continental breakfast. Very limited seating available along with minimal food. The food that was to be available was always out. Will consider staying there again but will have to make other arrangements for breakfast and pay for underground parking

There was no one in the front desk for 10 minutes when i was checking in. Parking was very limited and underground parking required payment. The breakfast area did not have sufficient tables and chairs. The shampoo bottle in our room was empty. Our room has a slight smell of cigarette. The only positive is the location is near WEM.

The space was clean. The continental breakfast was well done. My only concerns were: 1) the countertop in the bathroom was built over the toilet tank, so it was quite uncomfortable to sit on. 2) we were trying to switch rooms to be on the same floor as our family & not a lot of effort went into making that happen, we basically gave up trying. 3) there was a lot of noise from the street and other rooms on the first floor.
