Mixed stay overall. Positives first: The room cleaners were excellent. The daytime security guard was professional and welcoming. The lady at breakfast was very kind. Areas for improvement: For a city hosting AFCON, I expected some event awareness (decorations/banners), but there was none. Food options were limited, with several items unavailable. I also experienced unprofessional behavior from front desk staff on two occasions. Additionally, I requested a glass of water at dinner but was billed for a bottle that could not be reversed, despite asking for it to be returned. Recommendation: With Morocco hosting the 2030 World Cup, better staff training and a more guest-focused, international approach would greatly improve the experience. P.S. The Front Desk Manager was pleasant, but guests shouldn’t be asked to leave reviews during their stay.
