The hotel has an amazing location and great view, but so do all the hotels in Praia do Meireles. I used other hotels before, and I will not use this one again. Here is why: •⁠ ⁠In 40% of the showers we used (we stayed there for 6 nights) - there was no hot water available!!! (confirmed by reception) •⁠ ⁠Check-in: a 45-minute queue with no apology or complimentary drink (we received a bottle of water from the lady when I complained) * The noise sealing is horrible! - The couple in the room below us had sex, and it sounded like they were in our bed. •⁠ ⁠We ordered food from outside, and the hotel would not give us normal plates and cutlery, only disposable items. * Soaps and shampoos are not filled. •⁠ ⁠The hotel asks guests to save water with towels, but the glasses in the room are made of Styrofoam.
