This property is nestled on a secluded shady street convenient to all of Pueblo. The home is expertly appointed with any housekeeping amenity you might need. Coffee pot ready with my favorite Cafe Bustelo! The back yard has tall shady trees that provide a beautiful place to sit and relax. There is a peaceful elegance about this home and I enjoyed every minute.

Well, it is a cute, kind of bungalow style, house with roominess and very clean. It is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners information and request sheet were concise and helpful. We enjoyed hanging out in the back yard which is a decent sized yard with a few areas to sit and relax. There were several amenities that were available that we did not use so can't comment on them. Thank you, Richard and Noelle for a very nice stay!

This small home, located in a quiet neighborhood, is comfortable, cozy, inviting, and updated with a serene modern decor. A well-stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, plus a well-landscaped back yard with a seating area are bonuses. The owner was attentive and available for any concerns and questions. It is located next to a beautiful park, local attractions, restaurants, and for us, family. We happily and highly recommend this property!

This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. It has a very comfortable bed and all the amenities a house needs. I love that they let you use the garage and garage door opener. Very close to the zoo, park and state fairgrounds. Highly recommend.

This house has been beautifully restored. It's well eqipped and quiet. The backyard is an oasis and has an amazing old cottonwood tree in it. We sat out each morning with our coffee and enjoyed the yard and the temps (cooler than Florida!). The city park is maybe a third of a mile away and is a good walking destination. We would absolutely stay here again.

Peaceful property with a beautiful yard and well-appointed rooms. The description of the property if accurate. The house is immaculate with such inspiring touches, I wanted to come home and redo some of my own art and decor. The living room and dining room are perfectly furnished. The bedroom is just as the pictures depict. The King-sized bed is so comfy! The kitchen is stocked with all the pans, utensils, dining sets that a couple needs. We enjoyed cooking our meals there. We loved the tech in the house. It is a nice romantic setting. It is a great place to stay to go to the Royal Gorge and other southwest recreation areas. We planned to do more outings while staying there but it was so comfy and peaceful, we ended up relaxing there with a movie our first night and our 2nd night, after our excursion on the Royal Gorge Train. Truly, just what we needed, peace and relaxation. Noelle and Richard were easy to communicate with and very kind with all our questions. We would stay at Park Place again in a heartbeat, and absolutely plan to.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this wonderful, spotlessly clean, updated, charming, home in a quiet neighborhood in Pueblo. (The only downside was that we stayed for only one night!) Communication with the owners was easy. We were thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. Thank you for making this a bright spot in a month-long road trip to New Orleans and home again to Oregon. We applaud you for your attention to detail, and for the work and maintenance you so obviously put into this gem of a rental. Next time we'll stay longer. :)

We really enjoyed this newly remodeled property. The decor was beautiful and loved the dimmable lights. The property was in an older quiet area on a cul-de-sac where properties are well cared for. We had everything we needed and appreciated the coffee, tea, etc. that the owner provided. Great getaway! P.S. be sure to visit the Rosemount Museum!

This little charmer was EXACTLY as advertised and shown in photos!! No surprises! It is an absolutely perfect little vacation rental for 2 in a very quiet neighborhood. We wanted for NOTHING. Everything was provided for our use and pleasure. It was close to entertainment, shopping and sightseeing. We had a chance to meet Noelle in person and she is a sweet, kind, gracious and attentive host without being nosy or overbearing. If we are blessed to be able to return, we plan on staying here again.

It is a home out of a showroom, yet comfortable and cozy. The office is the same, if you work from home, peaceful. Everything is fully stocked, kitchen and bathroom amenities, and you want for nothing. Comfy bed and couch for an afternoon nap. Perfection!!

This was one of the nicest and cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at. The home was stocked with everything that we needed. We cooked most of our meals there and packed lunches for outings. Everything that we needed for that was provided. The owners texted on arrival and asked if there was anything that we needed. Because I was waking up with bloody noses in the morning, I requested a humidifier and it was provided. The house rules were nothing more than the same rules that I have for my own home. The bed was very comfortable. The location was central for trips to the wild animal refuge, Great Sand Dunes and Colorado Springs. My husband and I enjoyed being there.

Came into town for a family birthday event and had a great experience at this property! The check in and out process is very easy- wonderful communication with the hosts and clear instructions on arrival to answer all questions and make you familiar with the house quickly! The home is very clean and all amenities are well thought out, an overall amazing experience! Thanks again!

We were somewhat familiar with Pueblo but weren’t familiar with this area so had to use maps to get to the property and it was so easy. It is the cutest house and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The instructions for everything were perfect and the house was modern and clean. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but next time we are in town we will definitely stay here! Thank you!

Owner was prompt in replies. The place is immaculate! Everything you need and more was available. Beautiful backyard too! Nice attached garage. Loved the washer and dryer. I would stay here again in a heart beat :)

Perfect for 1 or 2, with everything you might need. Check-in/out is a breeze and the host checked on me to see if I needed anything. I feel like it really mattered that I was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are generously supplied, comfortable bed and the living room is a cozy hang out. Everything is new and maintained well. It’s on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, tidy neighborhood. Bonus points for friendly neighbors!

Coffee pot ready with my favorite Cafe Bustelo! The back yard has tall shady trees that provide a beautiful place to sit and relax. There is a peaceful elegance about this home and I enjoyed every minute.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is very clean and has all the amenities one needs. I really enjoyed the location as it's next to the park and very quiet. When I am in Pueblo visiting family, I will be sure to book this VRBO every time.

First, the place was immaculate and just downright cute, inside and out. Second, the hosts were great about all needs and questions. Also, it was quiet and close in the city to great food and walking distance to the zoo and city park. Will definitely return when business brings us back.

This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. It has a very comfortable bed and all the amenities a house needs. I love that they let you use the garage and garage door opener. Very close to the zoo, park and state fairgrounds. Highly recommend.

This little charmer was EXACTLY as advertised and shown in photos!! No surprises! It is an absolutely perfect little vacation rental for 2 in a very quiet neighborhood. We wanted for NOTHING. Everything was provided for our use and pleasure. It was close to entertainment, shopping and sightseeing. We had a chance to meet Noelle in person and she is a sweet, kind, gracious and attentive host without being nosy or overbearing. If we are blessed to be able to return, we plan on staying here again.

It was in a great location for our visits. The backyard was beautiful. We weren’t at the house long enough to enjoy it. Felt safe. Quiet neighborhood! Would love to book it again.

Perfect house and location for a family event. We loved the proximity to City Park for morning or evening walks and ability to get anywhere in 10min. House has everything you need and is spotless. Backyard is huge to enjoy the evening. Will rebook when back in Pueblo!

We really enjoyed this newly remodeled property. The decor was beautiful and loved the dimmable lights. The property was in an older quiet area on a cul-de-sac where properties are well cared for. We had everything we needed and appreciated the coffee, tea, etc. that the owner provided. Great getaway! P.S. be sure to visit the Rosemount Museum!

This was one of the nicest and cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at. The home was stocked with everything that we needed. We cooked most of our meals there and packed lunches for outings. Everything that we needed for that was provided. The owners texted on arrival and asked if there was anything that we needed. Because I was waking up with bloody noses in the morning, I requested a humidifier and it was provided. The house rules were nothing more than the same rules that I have for my own home. The bed was very comfortable. The location was central for trips to the wild animal refuge, Great Sand Dunes and Colorado Springs. My husband and I enjoyed being there.

Well, it is a cute, kind of bungalow style, house with roominess and very clean. It is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Peaceful property with a beautiful yard and well-appointed rooms. The description of the property if accurate. The house is immaculate with such inspiring touches, I wanted to come home and redo some of my own art and decor. The living room and dining room are perfectly furnished. The bedroom is just as the pictures depict. The King-sized bed is so comfy! The kitchen is stocked with all the pans, utensils, dining sets that a couple needs. We enjoyed cooking our meals there. We loved the tech in the house. It is a nice romantic setting. It is a great place to stay to go to the Royal Gorge and other southwest recreation areas. We planned to do more outings while staying there but it was so comfy and peaceful, we ended up relaxing there with a movie our first night and our 2nd night, after our excursion on the Royal Gorge Train. Truly, just what we needed, peace and relaxation. Noelle and Richard were easy to communicate with and very kind with all our questions. We would stay at Park Place again in a heartbeat, and absolutely plan to.

We come to Colorado several times throughout the year. This is by far one of the best stays we have had. The house is just magnificent! It’s so clean and decorated beautifully. They have thought of almost everything you might need, including all of the stuff you need to make a beautiful meal instead of eating out the whole time. The backyard is also beautiful and relaxing. It’s easy to find and access. Communicating with the owners is easy. It’s within walking distance of a park with all kinds of things to do. If you’re coming to stay in Pueblo, book this house. You won’t be disappointed.

The property is lovely. Very quiet neighborhood located near city zoo and park. Hosts were very kind and accomodating. This is an ideal stay if you are visiting Colorado Springs or any of the surrounding sites.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem tucked in the quiet Aberdeen neighborhood across from the Elmwood public golf course. The value of this house is extraordinary. What a quiet neighborhood. The photos just begin to tell the story. A full kitchen; stocked with just about every kitchen accessory needed to make an intimate dinner for yourself and a friend or spouse. All of the appliances are newer including a washer & dryer. And just when you think you need to get something… check the cabinets. Most everything you need is there. I have stayed at a lot of places but this one has what you need. Snacks, along with some cold bottled water to refresh you, plus coffee and tea to get you up. And the house, as you journey from room to room, clean and I mean clean. A wonderful office den; check the drawers for the fun magazines. The book case has games to play or a puzzle to assemble. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, overhead fan and adjustable lighting from a remote. By the way the bed was so comfortable, I slept through my alarms. The bath features an updated and well laid out shower. So comfortable. You feel like you never left home. Noelle, the host, was so easy to chat with or communicate with email or text. Oh, and check out the back yard. And it is nestled perfectly close to the zoo, the State Fair grounds, golf, the Riverwalk, Downtown, and Pueblo’s famous restaurants. On our next trip to Pueblo, we will be asking Noelle, if we can stay again.
