L hébergement est plutôt vieillot avec un équipement non fonctionnel comme le mini bar. Pas d’eau chaude le soir du 31/12. L’ascenseur fonctionne avec du dysfonctionnement (panne de lumière). Pour finir la carte de notre chambre qui se désactive à notre retour, le personnel de la réception qui monte en chambre pour nous ouvrir la porte à l’aube du nouvel an. Vraiment pas une bonne expérience. A éviter hormis pour l’aspect géographique qui est avantageux.

Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles. L’option petit déjeuné est une arnaque, j’aurai vraiment dut regarder les commentaires. Au lendemain du nouvel an, vers 20h-21h, le réceptionniste dormait sur la table du petit déjeuné !!! Mais on est où là ?! L’hôtel est vieux et pas mal de travaux doivent être réalisés. Uniquement bien par rapport à l’emplacement sinon aucun intérêt.

There was a unique lift, and I could enjoy a traditional hotel life. Initially, meanwhile, there was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front and asked about it, but there was no response. Next morning I caught the clearning staff worker and could get it.

10 minutes walk to city centre, nice hotel with very friendly staffs. Breakfast is continental selections with bacon and eggs, good enough to start our day. The room we stay with nice balcony overview the street. The bathroom is very tidy and clean but a bit old fashion. We saw the room next door with fresh look bathroom, maybe next time should request the renovated bathroom room. Overall very nice hotel.

The stay was excellent. The staff were very polite and well accommodating. Easy lift access. The hotel is well connected with public transportation. A mall just opposite has a coop, pharmacy and a few other things for easy grab. The only issue I faced was the toilet, little less lighting, the loose shower fixture, and the curtains were a little weird. However, I feel the stay was good value for the money.

It was a good stay, staff friendly and generally helpful. We did ask for extra pillows and towels, only 1 bath and 1 hand towel in the room, for two people, but did not receive the asked for items. Hotel in a good location for the train station and central city area. The hotel interior was a little tired but perfectly clean.

The room's AC didn’t work and was noisy. The mattress in the bedroom was terrible. The bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation, so it always smelled bad. In general, I don't recommend this hotel anymore.

El señor de la recepción muy amable. Falta limpieza en la habitación. Dejaron una sola toalla de cuerpo y manos y éramos dos huéspedes. El sifón de la ducha no funcionaba bien y se hacía “piscina” en la tina.

No air conditioner as advertised. For the record there is an air conditioner, it does turn on, it just blows warm air at an incredibly low speed, so it does not actually conditions the air. The front desk people were not particularly polite but at least they upgraded me to a larger room, sadly the air conditioner there was just as useless so I had to leave the hotel, only spent one very miserable night there, I left the next morning

Friendly Staff, but a hotel that's in dire need for renovation. Rooms are tiny, carpets are damaged beyond repair and the hotel just generally needs a complete overhaul. Feels like nothing has been invested into this hotel for decades.

Very well situated and the staff are super friendly. Nice greating. Arrived earlier than expected and tgey offered us a room before our check-in in order to rest after a long flight. I definitely recommend the hotel. Take note that there is no air-conditioning. As the night gets cooler we opened our windows and we were fine. Thank you diplomate hotel

Terrible breakfast (I could’ve made more food if I was at home) and the facilities were super outdated - I couldn’t believe that it was a 4* hotel! The room card stopped working 4 times during my 2-night visit and although the front desk were happy to help me, the first time I had to wait for over 15-20minutes! Overall a bad experience

The way I was greeted by the receptionist is unacceptable. Not only he was rude and not welcoming but he was not willing to help in any manner. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel. All the staff was super nice. Room was bigger then expected for a European hotel. We wished we would have gotten the breakfast deal, next time. A big plus I was the free bus-tram passes. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was not good. We were not given the wifi password at check in and tried calling the reception from our room - the phone in the room was dead! Had to go back down and ask for the password. Next day we found out whenstaying in a Geneva hotel you get free transportation all over the city. We were not told about this at check in. When we asked for it the next day we were given each a ticket to use. This should have been given to us at time of check in. Rest of the staff were nice and helpful and breakfast was very nice.

Hotel diplomate is in the heart of Geneva. Easy access to business offices and town . Transport facilities are good too. Please make sure you request a quiet room , off the road side room to avoid the tram noise. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is ok. But you have to get in early before it runs out :-)

Das Zimmer war alt, Bodenbelag hatte löcher. Das Licht im Badezimmer hatte funktioniert, leuchtete jedoch extrem schwach. Ohne Lich aus dem Zimmer kaum etwas zu sehen. Frühstücksbuffet war auch eher bescheiden und am zweiten tag wurde die Thermoskanne vom Kaffe, am vortag, nicht ausgewaschen und mit T Wasserfür tee gefällt. Tee mit Kaffee geschmack

Hotel diplomate is in the heart of Geneva. Easy access to business offices and town . Transport facilities are good too. Please make sure you request a quiet room , off the road side room to avoid the tram noise. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is ok. But you have to get in early before it runs out :-)

Terrible breakfast (I could’ve made more food if I was at home) and the facilities were super outdated - I couldn’t believe that it was a 4* hotel! The room card stopped working 4 times during my 2-night visit and although the front desk were happy to help me, the first time I had to wait for over 15-20minutes! Overall a bad experience

10 minutes walk to city centre, nice hotel with very friendly staffs. Breakfast is continental selections with bacon and eggs, good enough to start our day. The room we stay with nice balcony overview the street. The bathroom is very tidy and clean but a bit old fashion. We saw the room next door with fresh look bathroom, maybe next time should request the renovated bathroom room. Overall very nice hotel.

Check in was not good. We were not given the wifi password at check in and tried calling the reception from our room - the phone in the room was dead! Had to go back down and ask for the password. Next day we found out whenstaying in a Geneva hotel you get free transportation all over the city. We were not told about this at check in. When we asked for it the next day we were given each a ticket to use. This should have been given to us at time of check in. Rest of the staff were nice and helpful and breakfast was very nice.

No air conditioner as advertised. For the record there is an air conditioner, it does turn on, it just blows warm air at an incredibly low speed, so it does not actually conditions the air. The front desk people were not particularly polite but at least they upgraded me to a larger room, sadly the air conditioner there was just as useless so I had to leave the hotel, only spent one very miserable night there, I left the next morning

The stay was excellent. The staff were very polite and well accommodating. Easy lift access. The hotel is well connected with public transportation. A mall just opposite has a coop, pharmacy and a few other things for easy grab. The only issue I faced was the toilet, little less lighting, the loose shower fixture, and the curtains were a little weird. However, I feel the stay was good value for the money.
