Nice 4 star hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Valet parking is provided as a default with reasonable price for Geneva. Great location to the lake and train station as well.

Après plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel ces deux dernières années, je le recommande sans hésiter. Rien ne laisse à désirer, l’accueil est prévenant, les chambres sont spacieuses et de bien insonorisées (sauf pour le couloir peut-être), le bar et le restaurant sont de qualité, un parking est disponible. Mais ce qui donne une touche supplémentaire à cet hôtel est la qualité de son personnel, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité … de la femme de chambre qui me propose spontanément une couette qui me convient mieux à la disponibilité du voiturier en passant par l’amabilité du desk. Ce sont souvent ces petits riens à priori qui donnent la teinte d’un séjour. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner car j’ai rarement vu un buffet aussi complet et fourni et pourtant je suis habitué aux petits déjeuners des hôtels scandinaves, une référence en la matière. A ne pas manquer. Bref, je choisirai de nouveau cet hôtel pour mon prochain séjour.

Hotel is clean and conveniently located near Lake Geneva. It is also very close to the UN. The staff is very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping to bar/restaurant. I had an extended stay and can say that all of the staff that works different times of day/week is amazing. Michael at the bar was excellent and does an amazing job with customer service. The only thing I would say about this hotel that is negative is the exercise room. I partly chose tho a hotel because it has a dedicated exercise room. Unfortunately it is dated and lacks sanitizing wipes for equipment. However it is very clean. It could use new dumbbells and more than 10kg on the dumbbell side. Other equipment is also dated but included: stationary bike, rower, universal machine, treadmill, dumbbells, and some other type of machine. The good news is that if you’re into fitness and running you can join the many runners that run around Lake Geneva over lunchtime.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre est lumineuse, bien agencée, quant au personnel il est très arrangeant en cas de problème et également très sympathique. La salle de sport est correcte, il y a assez de matériel pour faire une séance complète en vacances.

The property was a good place to stay for easy access to Geneva in a quiet back street. From arrival the service was great, and staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and offered the services expected for a hotel of this cost - comfortable beds, decent bathroom and hot drinks. The restaurant offered a good range of breakfast options. It was difficult to find the property parking, so used the nearby Parking Butini, and found it to be much cheaper.

Easy and Chill environment for a brief and or more extended stay in downtown Geneva. I enjoyed the space and would stay again. Lovely staff and an excellent little gym for a workout.

Cela fait trois années que je descends trois fois par an dans cet hôtel. C’est avec ce recul que je puis le recommander sans réserve. Pas de fausses notes : les chambres sont bien meublées et spacieuses, le service de chambre est parfait, le personnel est attentif et efficace. L’hôtel est doté d’un vrai bar et d’un restaurant de qualité. Je recommande particulièrement le petit-déjeuner avec un buffet mémorable. L’accès est aisé, un parking est à disposition et l’hôtel à 10 mn à pied du hub de Cornavin. In fine, une bonne expérience est toujours possible, l’important est qu’elle se perpétue au long d’autres séjours … c’est pourquoi j’y reviens régulièrement.

Slowest elevator, and only 1 of the 2 was operational. I was given a room next to the elevator - and although the elevator noise was limited, people waiting for the elevator outside my door were noisy at both late night and in the morning.

Very modern hotel in pristine condition. In walking distance from the lake. The room is very modern, with coffee machine. Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Expect delays when using the elevator.

Beautiful, clean, hotel located near the lake

I really struggle to agree with the positive reviews for this hotel. Let’s try to be fair, it claims to be a 4 stars plus and it is not that cheap either. Location: not the best, not sure if it was the room with no sound proofing or the area itself, but you could often here people shouting from the street and the noise was not pleasant. Facilities: apart the entrance that is nice, the rest of the hotel doesn’t really offer much. The gym is far too small. Room: it may have been nice at the beginning, but now you have dirty carpet, mouldy bathroom, uncomfortable bed and pillow, weird shower, poor lighting. Breakfast: embarrassing for this class of hotel. Service: which service? No one at breakfast ever asked me if I wanted an expresso or something else, I had to chase the waiter to get one. Final note: if you have booked with Expedia and you are gold or above, do not expect to get any perks. Not only, as seen in at least another review, it seems they give you the worst rooms instead. Expedia should remove this hotel from their VIP list as this stay had nothing VIP at all.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel during the spring season. The hotel enforces a policy of turning off the air conditioning during this period, which caused significant discomfort. Despite complaints from many guests, management refused to change this policy. Due to the BRS conference and high demand from delegations of 186 countries, finding alternative accommodation at a reasonable price was not possible. Although a fan was provided, my room faced a main street with constant noise—made worse by roadworks that started daily around 6 a.m. Additionally, the hotel withheld a deposit of over CHF 1,000, which I found excessive. I stayed for about 15 nights, and unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned—I had to clean it myself. On a positive note, the receptionists and staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and the Geneva International Conference Center.

Hotel was clean & staff friendly, but coffee machine and iron did not work. Bath tub was a bit high off the ground so was tricky getting out of the shower. Bedroom Carpet had stains and should be replaced. Food was good.

This hotel was so clean. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very comfortable room. The workout room was great and do clean. About a mile walk into Old Town. Great restaurants and cafes neatby

Umfang entspricht der Kategorie. Empfang sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sauberkeit und Zustand der Einrichtung nicht auf diesem Stand. Beispiel: Familienzimmer "Fingerabdrücke von Kinder auf Spiegel." Sanitärarmaturen verkalkt. Riss im Glas der Dusche und so. "Man kann damit umgehen, aber ab 4* sollten solche Sachen nicht sein".

Elegant and fresh hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Wifi could be faster, but still usable.

The property was very good. Not all light switches worked. We could not turn off the bathroom lights. The switch was not repaired during our stay. The workaround was to turn off electricity for the night. Fortunately the air conditioning continued to work, as did the plug-ins, just not the lights. Location was very convenient.

The room is clean and modern, but the insulation between rooms is not good. We can hear the next door open and close their doors. The sink in the bathroom is too small and water is very easy to be spilled out.

The room was comfortable. Bed was spacious. Just the one pillow. Nice bathroom and very good shower albeit it was a bit finicky switching between monsoon shower and spray. Good choice of shampoos etc. The room was cleaned and bedding changed to a very high and thoughtful standard which was really appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located for the lakeside, transport and main train station. No view from the hotel itself. There are mood lights which sound very nice but we found them rather unnecessary. In addition they had the habit of switching on at the control panel independently in the middle of the night which was ironic and contrary to mood lights. Woke me up. The staff were okay. Friendly but not exceptional at the desk. Housekeeping always said good morning. We arrived at noon and were kindly allowed to store our bags. Staff on reception told us our bags would be taken to our rooms for three o clock which is check in time. We returned after three to find bags still behind the counter and when we went to our rooms they were still being prepared and housekeeping were in them. Breakfast was okay. As you would expect. Nothing exceptional. One small thing was there were no small jugs to pour the milk from. This meant that when you brewed your tea yiy either had to go back the counter to pour from a large milk jug into a small cup. IE too much milk and spillage or pour into a second cup and transfer into your teacup at the table. Awkward.

Great location, nice room, quiet and comfortable. Not adequate for someone that has trouble Getty in and. Out of a bathtub as it is quite high.

Room was huge, a great view and super comfortable bed. The bath tub in the room was also a nice relaxing touch. The location is very close to the lake and Christmas market. Staff are wonderful as well and gave me an upgrade! I'd definitely come back.

Room was small but clean. Would have like coffee make in room vs the kertle and instant coffee. Staff did a great job giving us a room w 2 beds and was cooler. Staff was awesome, always helpful.

Room 1112 by the elevator was noisy. The bed transformed into 2 twins but did not match the frame when set up as a king. Dangerous when bed flipped.

A nice hotel in Geneva! We had a nice stay. Clean room and nice location. Did not like glass bathroom door. A bit awkward and lack of privacy while on toilet! Shower is a bit more private. Might be ok for solo but a bit awkward for families! Also, if traveling with partner would like more privacy in toilet.

The hotel is ok and affordable for the area. However the staff is very lazy and unprofessional. They are not friendly nor helpful for the customer’s needs.

Expedia needs to do a better job with providing status to its VIP access properties. Terrible check in experience. No benefits even though i hold Platinum status with expedia. Front desk claiming expedia didnt send over status information and expedia call center is horrible.

Kritikpunkte waren: 1. Eine der Schlüsselkarten funktionierte gleich, die andere erst, nachdem wir 2x reklamiert und sie neu "prammieren" lassen hatten (also jeweils von oven wieder an die Rezeption). 2. Gepäck sollte "automatisch" aufs Zimmer gebracht werden, auf Nachfrage hin nach längerer Zeit war es "bereits unterwegs", auf zweite Nachfrage nach Stunden fand es sich an der Rezeption. 3. Zimmer war nach der ersten Übernachtung gegen 17 Uhr noch nicht gemacht. - Dafür gab es ein Freigetränk. Gut gefielen uns: Ausstattung der Zimmer, Kunst im Eingangsbereich, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Lage, kostenlose Karte für ÖPNV, das Frühstücksbuffet, gute Bar

Lovely hotel. Lots of quirky bits. The air conditioning worked well which was important in the European heatwave! The area round the hotel wasn’t that great at night but it was really close to the lake.

Good value. Walking distance to most desirable destinations in the centre of the city. Immediate area not that pretty. Hotel and staff were very nice. Would recommend the property to anyone willing to walk 10-20 minutes to access the best of the area.

Sehr gutes, sicheres Hotel, Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, gutes Frühstück und Restaurant für akzeptable Preise. Würde ich wieder nehmen.

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, easy to find, very clean, and good amenities. Very stylish. Great shower with a quirky location, not separated from the rest of the room. All in all we loved it.

Good location about 20 minutes walk from the station , 5 minutes in a cab. Staff extremely friendly, clean, comfortable bed but the food isn’t good and there’s no room service or anything in the minibar other than 2 bottles of water!

Loved staying at the hotel. Location excellent - 2 tram stops from station (towards Nations) and down a side road on the right) and also walkable from main station. Room was wonderful - it was lovely to rest on the chaise lounge. Toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was scrumptious - a wide variety to suit all. Housekeeping team were so lovely. It was hot in the room and when I returned, there was a fan in the room. Thank you. Bonus - the hotel emailed the transport card so was able to use it from airport. Highly recommended and would return.

Lovely hotel all round. Staff very friendly and efficient, spoke excellent English which was appreciated given my French is not great. Everything was well maintained and organised. Quality of room and furnishings great, really loved the bath being in the room. My only criticism would be the obscene cost of the breakfast.
