Mantra Towers of Chevron

Apartment was looking a little run down. Missing cabinetry doors in kitchen. Extra cot was the most uncomfortable set up. Mattress was lumpy. Ended up squeezing youngest in with parents as it was so uncomfortable for her. The pool facilities are quite nice for families though.

２ベッドルームに４人で5泊しました。部屋は広く、清潔で、スーパーにも大変近く便利でした。フロントのスタッフも大変フレンドリーで、滞在中足りないものがあるとフロントで伝えるとすぐにその場で受け取れました。次回も利用したいです。

The whole setup of these managed apartments is poor. First of all, at check in you are given two lanyards with multiple physical keys, fobs etc for the room, car park, balcony which was so confusing and makes it very inconvenient. No swipe card for the room, physical key given, but then fob to access lifts and other areas. We weren’t given enough towels for our room and I don’t recall reading that we have to empty our own bins, wash towels etc. we stayed for 5 nights and it was very annoying not having any housekeeping. When we arrived, the tv remote was missing battery’s and we had no spare bin bags. The internet is shocking and the TV is ridiculously difficult to navigate. Had to use wifi hotspot on my phone to access Netflix! Also, there was a weird smell coming from the ensuite from when we arrived and the room was pretty dated and worn down. The indoor pool was out of action while we were there. We were notified of this after booking and had the option to cancel, but chose not to for convenience. The weather ended up being average so it really did affect our stay. The car park was also an issue. We were told the wrong information about how to exit the car park and had to get assistance from security. Overall, we were not happy with our experience and would not stay again. It seems like the whole complex doesn’t get maintained well and there is little interest in providing a positive guest experience.
