Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is clean and really well equipped with every to make you comfortable. I wouldn’t describe this as a 5 star resort but it is a well appointed house that comes with everything you need for the week- k cups for coffee, 3 different coffee makers, toiletries, bug spray, beach chairs, umbrellas and so much more. The beach is private and the sunrise spectacular from the front bedroom. We’re only sorry we can’t book next year! At least not yet!!

We have stayed in several VRBO's on the beach in the past 2 years. We all most gave up until we stayed in this VRBO. It was so clean and the location is perfect. What really stuck out for us is how accommodating Dean and Patricia are with their guests. They were so easy to contact when needed. They have the place supplied with all the needed essentials for staying in a VRBO and especially staying on the beach. We would stay here again in a heart beat!!!!!! The place is lovely.

Property is located on the beach. It’s nice to walk out your back door and be on the beach. Beach chairs and towels are provided. The unit is nice looks just like pictures on Expedia. We used both the heat and a/c during our stay, which both worked great. Unit has full kitchen and wash and dryer in unit. Makes it easy to warm up leftovers and do laundry before we left. Beds are a little firm, which I like. My wife prefers the pillow top beds. We brought our bikes to ride on the bike/walking path on A1A. We biked to Publix which is about 2 miles away. No restaurants are in walking distance, but just a short 5-10min drive away. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking for a quite beach community. I prefer staying here than at a hotel on the beach.

Really nice property with great amenities. Supplied with umbrellas and chairs to take advantage of the terrific beachfront. From the backyard deck we were able to see the giant sea turtles late at night lay their eggs in the sand without disturbing them. Would definitely come back again!

My husband and our 11 month old Bernedoodle thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so quaint and quiet plus had everything we needed plus some. We loved how convenient it was to restaurants, the grocery store and the university. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate and afford us much time on the beach but had we been able to Dean made sure we would have been well prepared to do so with the beach bag, yeti cooler, and beach chairs that were conveniently located in or on the property for his guests to use. This place is top notch which is a reflection of Dean and the lengths he goes to to ensure his guests are beyond taken care of. We’ve never stayed at a VRBO (and we’ve stayed at several) where the property owner was so attentive to their guests without being intrusive. The bottom line is Dean and his bungalow were beyond compare and we will definitely return again in the future. Thank you for everything, Dean!

What a fantastic location and host. Very accommodating. We were able to pack less because of the amenities - cooler, beach bag, towels, coffee and even sugar!! We are trying to coordinate a trip to rent all three units! Thanks for a great trip

WE were here a few years ago in the winter and heard that in the beginning of June the sea turtles would be laying their eggs on the beach....we were not disappointed!!! each morning when walking on the beech we could see trails from the sea turtles coming on the beach and large mounds near the dunes where they laid their eggs...one evening we were lucky enough to see a loggerhead sea turtle coming ashore!!!everything was really nice at the house, very clean and we had everything we needed.I'm sure we will be back again!

Unit was very clean & stocked with many things not at other VRBO’s which makes a get away all that much easier. Felt very comfortable & relaxed immediately. You basically have a beach front property and share the beach with 2 other units in a nature preserve! Saw 4 turtles and 2 decided to nest where we could view from the deck. Other unit renters were very nice & helped us 2 senior women put up the umbrella each day. No maintenance issues. Loved the full size washer & dryer. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!

Had a amazing weekend with my wife and three little kids. Will definitely return and will recommend this beach house to anyone. The property was clean, great location and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Excellent rental!

Everything about this place was spectacular. The beach was steps away, the host was kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. The rooms were clean and stocked with essentials. This absolutely made our family vacation one for the books! We even got to experience seeing the baby sea turtles!!! We hated to leave, but hope to come back soon!

Clean, cozy, and everything you will need for a getaway. I loved the little Christmas tree as an added decoration! If you forget any toiletries, no need to worry. There is extras for everything you need. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about our vacation. I will definitely be back!

We have stayed at this property several times and always love it. The place is extremely clean, neat and tidy, especially for a beach condo where it would be easy to let things get dirty, sandy or run down. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are well supplied with the essentials. The location may not be for everyone - we love it as it is very quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle, and with turtle considerations there are restrictions on late-night activities, light and noise. The beach is nearly deserted. Restaurants and shops are a bit of a drive. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this place is ideal. If you want more typical activities of a beach town, maybe look for something less remote.

The property was lovely just as depicted by the photographs. The kitchen had everything we needed including some basic pantry staples, which is always helpful. The property owner was quick to help when we became locked out and we resolved the situation quickly. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

To say this was a well stocked property, would be an understatement. They had everything and more. Having the beach just a staircase away was great. The beach wasn’t overcrowded. Just a few other families on vacation. The location was perfect for our needs. Please understand that Melbourne Beach isn’t your typical touristy area. The main focus is the ocean. This is a property where you are meant to go to the beach. While we were there we saw dolphins, turtles, little lizards and my husband and son said the saw a small bill shark. Overall we will stay again.

The property was lovely just as depicted by the photographs. The kitchen had everything we needed including some basic pantry staples, which is always helpful. The property owner was quick to help when we became locked out and we resolved the situation quickly. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

My husband and our 11 month old Bernedoodle thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so quaint and quiet plus had everything we needed plus some. We loved how convenient it was to restaurants, the grocery store and the university. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate and afford us much time on the beach but had we been able to Dean made sure we would have been well prepared to do so with the beach bag, yeti cooler, and beach chairs that were conveniently located in or on the property for his guests to use. This place is top notch which is a reflection of Dean and the lengths he goes to to ensure his guests are beyond taken care of. We’ve never stayed at a VRBO (and we’ve stayed at several) where the property owner was so attentive to their guests without being intrusive. The bottom line is Dean and his bungalow were beyond compare and we will definitely return again in the future. Thank you for everything, Dean!

What a fantastic location and host. Very accommodating. We were able to pack less because of the amenities - cooler, beach bag, towels, coffee and even sugar!! We are trying to coordinate a trip to rent all three units! Thanks for a great trip

This is the first place that had everything you could want or need. Awesome location….very private. The only negative I have was the dog that barked for hours! Poor thing must have been left alone. Dean is a wonderful host. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks so much.

Unit was very clean & stocked with many things not at other VRBO’s which makes a get away all that much easier. Felt very comfortable & relaxed immediately. You basically have a beach front property and share the beach with 2 other units in a nature preserve! Saw 4 turtles and 2 decided to nest where we could view from the deck. Other unit renters were very nice & helped us 2 senior women put up the umbrella each day. No maintenance issues. Loved the full size washer & dryer. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!

Property is located on the beach. It’s nice to walk out your back door and be on the beach. Beach chairs and towels are provided. The unit is nice looks just like pictures on Expedia. We used both the heat and a/c during our stay, which both worked great. Unit has full kitchen and wash and dryer in unit. Makes it easy to warm up leftovers and do laundry before we left. Beds are a little firm, which I like. My wife prefers the pillow top beds. We brought our bikes to ride on the bike/walking path on A1A. We biked to Publix which is about 2 miles away. No restaurants are in walking distance, but just a short 5-10min drive away. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking for a quite beach community. I prefer staying here than at a hotel on the beach.

To say this was a well stocked property, would be an understatement. They had everything and more. Having the beach just a staircase away was great. The beach wasn’t overcrowded. Just a few other families on vacation. The location was perfect for our needs. Please understand that Melbourne Beach isn’t your typical touristy area. The main focus is the ocean. This is a property where you are meant to go to the beach. While we were there we saw dolphins, turtles, little lizards and my husband and son said the saw a small bill shark. Overall we will stay again.

We have stayed at this property several times and always love it. The place is extremely clean, neat and tidy, especially for a beach condo where it would be easy to let things get dirty, sandy or run down. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are well supplied with the essentials. The location may not be for everyone - we love it as it is very quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle, and with turtle considerations there are restrictions on late-night activities, light and noise. The beach is nearly deserted. Restaurants and shops are a bit of a drive. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this place is ideal. If you want more typical activities of a beach town, maybe look for something less remote.

Serenity Beach was exactly that and perfect for our long weekend getaway!! So close to the ocean that you can hear the waves crashing from the living room and bedroom. Quiet residential neighborhood with only a few people on the beach. Plenty of amenities and well stocked kitchen, bathroom & laundry area complete with anything you may have forgotten to pack. Excellent communication by Dean who was very responsive to any questions we had, he was also helpful with restaurant recommendations. Must stay for anyone visiting Melbourne Beach or the nearby Space Coast.

Everything about this place was spectacular. The beach was steps away, the host was kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. The rooms were clean and stocked with essentials. This absolutely made our family vacation one for the books! We even got to experience seeing the baby sea turtles!!! We hated to leave, but hope to come back soon!
