Some staff were rude. Every morning breakfast items where missing we had to ask and wait twenty minutes plus for basics like bread or bacon, everyday we was wondering what is it going to be today. We had a package where Smirnoff vodka was included but bar staff refused to acknowledge this and after 5 days we complained and told yes we are correct it should have been included but wasn’t, nothing else that’s it! This used to be my go to hotel home from home recommended loads to it, I will be very hesitant in recommending any one else. I tried to resolve the issues with management but they always said they would be in contact but never did.

Room was spotless! Amazingly friendly staff everywhere especially in the dining room! Great breakfast always with a smile. Pool staff up early and very diligent in cleaning the pool and grounds. Some areas lacked good wifi but that was the provider’s problem we were told. Drive from airport a bit long if you get stuck in traffic but was worth it when you got there👍

Nearby nightclubs very loud into the night, bring earplugs! Also the leaf blower starting up by the pool at 7am made morning sleep impossible after the disturbed night. Use a rake!

The room was great, neat, clean, cool and had a nice view of the garden area. I loved the pool, bar and restaurant. It was walking distance to most places you would want to go including the beach. And there was ample free parking. I would only caution to make sure your google maps has you going to the right entrance - it took us down a dirt road to the back entry gate, not where we should have been or could have parked. Make sure to drive around to the big, official entry and don't follow google maps.
