The place was just as described. Communication from the owner was excellent. No issues. We rented a mid-sized crossover and it fit the parking spot well. I wouldn't try to park anything bigger there. Lots of shops nearby, liked the area.

We were visiting family for Christmas. This was a perfect location for us to walk everywhere we needed to go. Parking space at back of house was a huge plus. The house was immaculate. Perfect for our needs. We stayed in the upstairs loft. I was glad we didn't have to use the basement room but that's probably just me. We only used the coffee pot (I loved that we had 2 options - Keurig and drip). The kitchen was spotless. I would definitely stay again. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Loree was a fantastic host. The row house was clean, had off street parking and in a great neighborhood. However, the basement bedroom had low ceilings and was claustrophobic feeling. Overall, a good experience.

This VRBO was perfect location for going to a football or baseball game. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the stadiums. The parking spot was a definite plus as well.

We stayed in this lovely home on Federal Hill for three nights to visit with family before a cruise. The property was well-appointed with anything we might need to prepare meals, and there were plentiful supplies (toilet paper, dishwashing supplies, etc.). Communication with the host was fantastic, as Loree quickly responded to messages. The neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of food within walking distance. The included parking space was a terrific bonus! I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in this Baltimore row house. Property was exactly as presented in the listing. We visited a few of the local establishments that are a quick walk 'down the block'. Both stadiums are just a few minutes away by car. Walkable for some. The off street parking is a big plus; though I wouldn't bring a vehicle over 200" in length. It's a little tight in the the ally behind the block. Communications and written instructions were excellent, Loree is great host. We had a few issues with the internet but that's on the ISP, not the host. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Fantastic little house in an ideal location. We walked nearly everywhere on our itinerary- Inner Harbor to Camden Yards. House was clean and ready for us and we were so at home. Bring your own coffee and sugar- amenities do not include any special culinary touches. But 2 kinds of coffee pots provided with a limited selection of dishes. Other than limited kitchen, house is pretty darn comfy!

The check in process was easy. The property was VERY clean, and has its own parking space which was great! The location is INCREDIBLE! There are plenty of restaurants and it is very walkable neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

We had the best stay. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. We walked around all times of day with no issues, we walked to dinner almost every night. We even walked to a convenient store at 1am without any issues. A parking spot in the back was a luxury for this area, so that was super nice as well. Only tiny complaint I have is I wish there was a tv in the bedroom. We walked so much I would have loved to watch a movie in bed at the end of the day, but we just laid on the couch instead. I would absolutely stay again.

I would return to this property in a heartbeat. It is immaculate and very conveniently laid out. I appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood especially at night. Walking distance to excellent restaurants as well. When returning to Baltimore I will look no further!

A very cute house very close to downtown and the inner harbor. Neighborhood nice and quiet, close to a pretty park. The house has a lot of stairs so probably not recommended for folks who have mobility issues. Otherwise, a clean pleasant property. Would recommend.

This 2 BR townhouse/brownstone is exactly as advertised - no surprises. Clean and comfortable accommodation for our party of three - bed and bath upstairs for my wife and myself, bed and bath at basement level for our adult son, ground level floor between the two has kitchen and living room. Neighborhood is very quiet at night. Easy walking distance to a variety of establishments for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. Lovely little park just a couple of blocks away. Riverside is a safe area of Baltimore, close to Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor. Loree, the owner, is an excellent communicator who responded quickly to any question or comment. We would definitely stay there again.

This house is adorable and has everything you needs. Be forewarned that the parking is… tight. And the second bathroom is tiny. But they have made great use of the space that is available. There are no doors for the bedrooms as they are separated by levels (one upstairs and one downstairs) so don’t expect privacy. But the home is well kept and nicely decorated to make you feel welcome. Definitely would stay again.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights. The location is great and nearby many restaurants, bars and M&T stadium. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are awesome. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are nice but not for taller people due to low ceilings especially in the bathroom and shower. Overall, for the price, convenience and courteous owner I would consider coming back.

We attended an All-White Dinner party on the Spirit of Baltimore. This place was literally MINUTES from everything we needed to get to throughout the weekend. We were able to get to the Inner Harbor in less than 10 minutes, we were able to attend the meeting at the local Kingdom Hall in less than 10 minutes. Several restaurants and other takeout food places are within walking distance. This place was PERFECT and the price was very reasonable. The host responded quickly to any questions and the property is accurate to the listing/pictures. We have no complaints whatsoever! We would DEFINITELY stay again! This was a 10/10 for us.

Perfect for our needs. We stayed in the upstairs loft. I was glad we didn't have to use the basement room but that's probably just me. We only used the coffee pot (I loved that we had 2 options - Keurig and drip). The kitchen was spotless. I would definitely stay again. Owner was very helpful and responsive.
We were visiting family for Christmas. This was a perfect location for us to walk everywhere we needed to go. Parking space at back of house was a huge plus. The house was immaculate. Loree was a fantastic host. The row house was clean, had off street parking and in a great neighborhood. However, the basement bedroom had low ceilings and was claustrophobic feeling. Overall, a good experience.

Highly recommend the property. Loree made the entire process so easy and was extremely communicative and easy to reach. The property itself is very clean and well maintained in a great neighborhood to explore all that Baltimore has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay in this Baltimore row house. Property was exactly as presented in the listing. We visited a few of the local establishments that are a quick walk 'down the block'. Both stadiums are just a few minutes away by car. Walkable for some. The off street parking is a big plus; though I wouldn't bring a vehicle over 200" in length. It's a little tight in the the ally behind the block. Communications and written instructions were excellent, Loree is great host. We had a few issues with the internet but that's on the ISP, not the host. Cannot recommend this property enough.

We attended an All-White Dinner party on the Spirit of Baltimore. This place was literally MINUTES from everything we needed to get to throughout the weekend. We were able to get to the Inner Harbor in less than 10 minutes, we were able to attend the meeting at the local Kingdom Hall in less than 10 minutes. Several restaurants and other takeout food places are within walking distance. This place was PERFECT and the price was very reasonable. The host responded quickly to any questions and the property is accurate to the listing/pictures. We have no complaints whatsoever! We would DEFINITELY stay again! This was a 10/10 for us.

This VRBO was perfect location for going to a football or baseball game. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the stadiums. The parking spot was a definite plus as well.

It is a perfect location for game day, the Ravens stadium is literally a 20 minute walk. The neighborhood is dope. The host gave us the info on a piece paper in the house. I never stay in the house often so for a place that is affordable and in a nice neighborhood.

My husband and I watch Triple D on the food network, we saw Jimmy’s famous seafood restaurant featured . We decided to make a weekend of it and visit the inner harbor again after many years . This home was perfect, it was within walking distance to many restaurants, we wanted to try more than we had time for. You could also walk to the inner harbor, M&T stadium, Camden yards, federal hill park,…etc. We did enjoy the crab egg rolls at Jimmy’s, had crab at LP Steamers, and ice cream at MooMoo cows. I think it is the best ice cream I ever had! The house is very comfortable, updated . Loree was very helpful in recommending places and detailed with instructions and directions. It was exactly as described. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend. If you would go to Fells point , I would recommend Thames St Oyster House. Food is excellent. You would need to drive or take the water taxi from the house, but worth the trip

We had the best stay. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. We walked around all times of day with no issues, we walked to dinner almost every night. We even walked to a convenient store at 1am without any issues. A parking spot in the back was a luxury for this area, so that was super nice as well. Only tiny complaint I have is I wish there was a tv in the bedroom. We walked so much I would have loved to watch a movie in bed at the end of the day, but we just laid on the couch instead. I would absolutely stay again.
