No WiFi during the entire stay was frustrating. Using my phone hot spot was a slow workaround Raking the backyard would look nice.Sadly didn’t find the coffee (freezer) until we were leaving Otherwise, great location. Cute place

The townhouse was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around downtown. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect.

The townhouse was an extremely convenient location while visiting our daughter on UK campus. It was a walking block from RUPP arena. Definitely great location if visiting for bball game. Townhouse was a little run down in bathrooms, however, well kept, nicely stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. The host was fantastic at communicating, answering questions quickly, and accommodating. Great little place for a long weekend visit. Neighbors outside were a little loud when trying to sleep, but not surprising staying so close to campus and certainly not the hosts fault. Definitely will stay here again and suggest it to others!
