Margate - casa de carácter con vistas a la montaña

Margate certainly has lots of character! We loved relaxing on the deck after a long day of bushwalking. Great location too.

Lovely place and so conveniet

We loved our two nights in this colourful, cosy and quirky cottage with wonderful views and avian entertainment by Kookaburras, Galahs, Rosellas. Two generous verandas were delightful to sit on and it was easy to make ourselves at home and a convenient location.

We loved staying here, each room has its own luscious bohemian feel, there are great books to read and the guitar works! The setting is gorgeous overlooking the mountains, we got a stunning sunset and no fewer than nine kookaburras laughing their way into the night. The beds were so comfortable, I'm going to say the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a holiday rental! :) The kitchen is rustic and filled with helpful utensils, sharp knives (gasp!), and an array of chai teas to choose from. Best of all, we loved receiving our greeting hamper of local organic wine and chocolate. The house is close to the shops, a few minutes in a car or on a bike, and maybe 15-20 minutes on foot. Be ready for steep hills! Thanks for a lovely stay.

I spent 4 nights at the property with my daughter. A very charming and comfortable house close to town. The beds were very comfortable and there were so many areas to sit, relax and chill out which is what we wanted to do.
