Rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and waterside didn’t disappoint! The breakfast was yummy. The bed was uncomfortable, kept rolling to the middle which was problematic when sharing the bed with another person. The bathroom was clean however did not age well (damp, toilet and shower felt icky).

the reception staff was friendly, and the breakfast has a good variety and plenty area to eat. The room was clean and comfortable bed. The area has gas station, choices to eat and feel safe

Our room did not have adequate air conditioning and it was too hot to sleep. We went to front desk who only gave us batteries for the remote and it still did not work. The window opened a small way but it wasn't effective. Our toilet also plugged and we were simply handed a plunger.
