Run down place, no heating in bath, poor WiFi

Good place

Rubbish everywhere. When we arrived, two young men were at reception on their phones, one of them could spend 30 minutes picking up litter. Towels weren't changed, bin wasn't emptied. The spare blanket was just chucked in the cupboard unfolded. Curtains were broken. Room had one teaspoon. There was no microwave in the room, but saw one on a seat in the carpark (?). Things to work on.

Staff were a bit fed up. Place is very tired. Pool tiny, dirty and old. No cutlery or bowls. Not great value for money.
