Novum Style Hotel Hamburg

Rigtig fint hotel, dog var parkeringen til hotellet et på andet hotel på den anden side af gaden. Hotellet vi skulle parkere ved var i en meget smal kælder, og prisen var voldsom dyr. På trods af det var personalet meget venligt:)

Vi blev taget godt imod, hotellet var rent og fint. selvom der er var meget støj udenfor kunne men ikke høre det rigtigt hvis man lukkede vinduerne. Morgen buffet er frisk og matchende prisen. Det eneste MEN er rampen ned til parkeringskælderen er så smal at hvis du kører i en større bil end en Aygo eller UP er det næsten umuligt at komme derned.

Rengøringen tog ikke skrald med fra værelset.

Terrible hotel, unfriendly staff, not helpfull at all. Bad service, no coffee or tea available in the room. Rooms hasn't been cleaned twice, they said to me that it's probably my own fault because of the sign on the door. Which l even didn't hang up?!!! Dirty showerscreen in the bathroom. So terrible, wouldn't reccommend this to anyone!

Mycket bra boende, rent och snyggt. Vänliga personer i receptionen. Nära till tåg- och busstation. Gott om matställen av olika slag i närheten. Polisstation i grannskapet.

Das Hotel ist sauber, fußläufig zum Bahnhof in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und soweit in Ordnung. Allerdings war das Zimmer klein und das Badezimmer winzig. Die Eckdusche hatte einen Vorhang, was wirklich nicht sehr hygienisch ist. Und da ist das Doppelzimmer für 158 Euro pro Nacht dann doch total überteuert! Mag sein, dass dieser Preis zum Teil an dem Reeperbahn-Fest lag, dennoch, für die Zimmerausstattung und diese Lage ist es total überteuert gewesen! In dem Viertel in dem das Hotel steht, möchte man abends nicht spazieren gehen. Als Frau schon gar nicht!

Das Hotel war wie bei allen Niu-Hotels sehr gut. Ungewöhnlich war, dass hier ein altmodischer Duschvorhang zum Einsatz kam. Die Umgebung war eher zum Abgewöhnen -> ich habe mich wie im Nahen Osten gefühlt.

Værelserne var små, men moderne og velfungerende med udmærkede badeværelser. Der var rent. Da vi på forhånd forsøgte at ringe til hotellet, blev opkaldet ikke besvaret, og der var ikke angivet en mailadresse. Ved ankomsten var vi ikke umiddelbart venter af personalet, men de fik da fundet frem til vores reservation. Man kunne fravælge rengøring og i stedet få 1 lille øl eller sodavand per værelse. Efter dag 1 virkede vore nøglekort ikke, men det blev hurtigt ordnet. Beliggenheden var i et kvarter med beboerne af ikke vestlig afstamning og i gåafstand fra gågade og seværdigheder.

Close to central station, so easy to travel around but area is not clean. But hotel was great. Lived on 5th floor, and it was most quiet hotel I have been in. Twin beds confortable, but a bit small for a larger person.

Breakfast is too expensive for the options they offer. It’s more convenient to have breakfast at any of the restaurants that surround the hotel. The bed is super comfortable and the property’s location is close to public transportation and central station.

Staying at the Niu was a mixed experience, both good and bad. The good points first - the included breakfast contained a lot of variety (a lot more than other hotels), the staff were quite friendly, the artwork was lovely and the Internet speed was good. Additionally, the room was quite modern and the presentation of the room was good. I was also not penalised because I was late (due to a delay in trains) - but I don't know if this was to do with Expedia or to do with the hotel itself. Unfortunately, these points were marred a little by the fact the bathroom (and shower especially) was small, the room was super warm (noting, in fairness, it was summer and I was on the top story) and there was no air conditioning. There also seemed to be some discrepancy - in the first two days - between whether I had paid for the included breakfast (which I had via Expedia) or not and I had to spend a bit of time with Expedia to check and reach out to the hotel. To be fair, this is not a terrible hotel, it's a reasonable hotel, but to take it from an 'okay' hotel to a good or great hotel would be the introduction of (reverse cycle) air con, better signage from the outside and consolidating records rather than my having to go back to Expedia to sort out whether I can have breakfast in the hotel or not.

Incredible expensive and really mediocre accommodation. Room claustrophobic small. Low light, even in a bathroom. No A/C so needed to have a window open the whole time to have some air. That meant tons of noice, from people in that "lovely" neighborhood, police cars and ambulances, construction work, house keeping at ungodly hours etc. Breakfast very simple. This is not a place i would ever consider returning again.

Dejligt hotel i gåafstand fra det meste. Vi elsker at gå, så har ikke taget deres metro, men den ligger tæt på. Derimod tog vi bus 16 over på den anden side af gaden til Reeperbahn området, da det ville blive for langt med gåture både frem og tilbage. Ligger i et område med masser god mad og drikke Morgenmaden var helt fin og de var søde og smilende både i restauranten og receptionen.

I would say this is the worst hotel I have never stayed , firstly the check in takes ages I waited 20 mins , and then there is no shower gel , ( the bottle was empty)more importantly they don’t allow me to have a guest , they stop my friend to my room ,this is so hilarious,

Gut gelegen zur Innenstadt, aber ab 22 Uhr sollte man schnell zum Hotel gehen

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr rauen Gegend und es ist so komisch, ständig Leute vor dem Eingang rauchen zu sehen. Trotzdem gibt es in der Umgebung eine Vielzahl von Restaurants.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr rauen Gegend und es ist so komisch, ständig Leute vor dem Eingang rauchen zu sehen. Trotzdem gibt es in der Umgebung eine Vielzahl von Restaurants.
