Great location, easily accessible from the train. Stunning views, comfortable accommodation, fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, nice bath. Shower head leaks in first bedroom. Some of the dressers are showing wear, as is the tablecloth in the dining room. All minor stuff that could be easily addressed.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to base camp our Jungfrau adventures for 6 nights. When arriving in Wengen on the train the directions were clear and easy to go to the office to check in, then an easy 7 minute walk to the chalet. The place was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, amazing views, with everything we needed including some games for the kids. We loved spending time on the patio with the spectacular view, making fondue one evening, and was great to have the washer and dryer in unit. We had a problem with the dishwasher and staff was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Downtown Wengen was small and quaint but large enough to have everything we wanted. Transportation for all of our day trips was easy from here and we enjoyed lots of alpine playgrounds and family friendly hiking. We are already dreaming about returning!

The views of the mountains are so beautiful. The apartment is a convenient location, spacious, well equipped, very clean and has comfortable furniture and beds. There are two outdoor area - the large patio and a large balcony. The staff at Wengen apartments is so nice and easy to deal with. Any little request was looked after very quickly. We will definitely stay again next year! The furniture on the balcony could use replacing.
