Room was nice and clean, with a few marks on the carpet, which looked like where furniture had been previously, so not dirty. Room was quite small and only had sky light windows, which did allow a good deal of light into the room, but unable to look out of the window as you would in a normal window, which is shame as the hotel is in lovely location in Harrogate. Bed very comfy and tea and coffee facilities , which you could refresh at reception if you needed. Did also have a complimentary biscuit each and although very nice, was probably the smallest biscuit ever!! Good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast and topped up regularly, with staff very friendly and helpful, if you had any requests or queries. Only had one drink in the bar on the night and reasonable, when comparing to hotel prices. This is the second time we’re have stayed at cedar court and there have greatly improved the downstairs facilities, with the breakfast seating area a very pleasant place to eat. Would stay there again in future.

Found this to be a lovely big hotel about a 10 minute walk from the train station and the shops. The Stray was over the road which was handy for dog walks. Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable large bed and large TV and the water was nice and hot for showers or a bath.. The hospitality tray wasn’t well stocked but extra items could be obtained from reception. One of the reception staff was a bit grumpy but all the other staff we came across were very friendly and helpful especially the guys in the breakfast area. As we had a dog with us we couldn’t eat in the restaurant but that was no problem as we preferred it in the lounge area. The breakfast was amazing. Probably the best I had had in a hotel. The food was fresh and plentiful and I was pleased to see fresh fruit was included. The 4 of us had a wonderful stay celebrating my Sisters Birthday.

Only one member of staff let the team down he was the male receptionist on duty sat 10th sun 11th October he came across as been unfriendly and uncaring the rest of the staff were wonderful

This is our 2nd stay at the Cedar Court hotel. A far better stay than last time. The room was clean and much better that last time. Staff were lovely, breakfast was great and plenty to choose from. Will definitely return again soon.
