Lovely hotel,perfect location for a visit to Harrogate, extremely clean,beds and pillows very comfortable ,tea coffe facilities in room,everything was lovely for our 1 night stay only thing was the parking we Thought we had parked ok outside hotel but we didnt realise that it was permit parking!!so received a parking fine,So make sure you get a parking permit from hotel (we did get one after)we would definitely use hotel again.

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were excellent. Parking was a bit of a challenge and needs to be booked in advance. Hotel only has a few spaces so we couldn’t stay in the car park for the entire stay and had to wait for street parking to become free. Restaurant was amazing but very popular so at night there was noise on the street as people left. But neither parking or popular restaurant would put me off staying again.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was easily accessible and modern. Room was well furnished and kitchenette was a bonus. Hotel Parking was straightforward and our room overlooked. There are some stairs to negotiate which was unfortunate as the lift was out of order on our arrival. Hotel as central to town as one could wish

Parking was difficult, I needed EV charging so ended up parking at the Crowne plaza. The car park was too small and if you hadn’t booked you couldn’t park. Very basic bit clean. The breakfast was lovely

Excellent stay all round. Used EV charging point at hotel which was very useful. We were given a free upgrade to large room with excellent bathroom. One night ate in hotel and lovely meal.

It's a great venue for the Convention centre and the centre of Harrogate. Staff are lovely and very helpful. However, the room was quite tired and the the room cleanliness wasn't the best I've ever seen.

We had a lovely relaxing 3 night stay at The Studley Hotel. Our room was clean, spacious & provided full amenities. The staff are very welcoming & efficient. We had breakfast served in our room which was spot on 👌. The Orchid Restaurant on the ground floor is superb. We would be delighted to stay here again 👍

Wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to an Executive room for free! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems with noise at all. We went and had a meal one night at the Orchid restaurant below, amazing tasty food. Would recommend to others to stay here.

I have mixed feelings about the hotel. The Orchid Restaurant was excellent but our room was disappointing. Described as a ‘superior room’, the interior was fine but it was on the ground floor and overlooked the car park. It was not possible to open the blinds without being overlooked when people were in the car park. The electrical car charger flashed all night although, to be fair, the hotel staff switched off the charger after we mentioned it. The staff were pleasant and room was clean. The hotel is central. We’d stay there again if we had a better room.

Everything about the stay regards service by lovely friendly attentive staff, amazing food in the Orchid Restaurant on our evening meal, and great breakfasts with great porridge oats, pancakes, and the best poached eggs ever! Our only negative part of the review is down to the relatively plain room we were given which didn’t really reflect the images online for the room type we booked. However, we would stay again for the amazing service from all of the staff.

When we arrived we did not have the car parking which we booked. Then we didn’t get the room we booked. We booked in 2nd floor and I know this because we booked a larger bed and was told the lift didn’t go to that floor and we had a short flight of stairs. We ended up in a room at the back on the ground floor. Outside the window was no view except the exhaust pipes presumably from the kitchen extract system. With the window open which I like, we had cooking smells. Apart from that the noise kept us awake until well after midnight and beyond. The receptionist kept saying we had booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) and they didn’t message me with all the details about the toom and parking , then who did!? They treated us like 2nd class Citizens because we booked through a 3rd party which was repeated all the time. If they didn’t want bookings through Expedia then why do it. We were told we would have to leave the car park by the next day and to park kn the road. Luckily we found a space. However the following morning when we checked out they wanted to charge us car parking. I refused. The pillows were very very heavy and very hard. A bit disappointing stay

We did find the first nights mattress to be uncomfortable but we mentioned it to reception and they immediately remedied it. We had two meals in the hotel restaurant and they were excellent with service to match. They provided information before we arrived and promptly accommodated our needs. If we go to Harrogate again we will certainly stay at this hotel again.

The team at The Studley Hotel are so attentive, really welcoming and friendly team, nothing was too much trouble for them. Next time we come back to Harrogate we wouldn't hesitate in rebooking. Brilliantly located with lots of lovely independent shops and coffee shops and is a nice walk to Betty's Tea Room. Thank you again to the team

Very friendly and helpful staff, bed was comfortable and room nice and warm. For the quantity received in the breakfast should be included in the price of the room as i felt it was slightly disappointing in quantity

We had a lovely relaxing 3 night stay at The Studley Hotel. Our room was clean, spacious & provided full amenities. The staff are very welcoming & efficient. We had breakfast served in our room which was spot on 👌. The Orchid Restaurant on the ground floor is superb. We would be delighted to stay here again 👍

Everything about the stay regards service by lovely friendly attentive staff, amazing food in the Orchid Restaurant on our evening meal, and great breakfasts with great porridge oats, pancakes, and the best poached eggs ever! Our only negative part of the review is down to the relatively plain room we were given which didn’t really reflect the images online for the room type we booked. However, we would stay again for the amazing service from all of the staff.

Wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to an Executive room for free! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems with noise at all. We went and had a meal one night at the Orchid restaurant below, amazing tasty food. Would recommend to others to stay here.

Excellent stay all round. Used EV charging point at hotel which was very useful. We were given a free upgrade to large room with excellent bathroom. One night ate in hotel and lovely meal.

Overall great stay, staff were super helpful. Our room had air conditioning which in the heat had a god send!! Pre booked parking was easy to locate. Only issue was that there was no tea or coffee in the room but I had brought some with us so it didn't really matter.

The room was small and VERY VERY hot. The staff supplied some fans, but they just blowed the hot air around. Just outside the window were the fans for the restaurant downstairs, so there was extra heat and smells coming from there. By the morning the temperate was ok, but it was an uncomfortable night and not a nice place to spend any time

Very good stay , we were upgraded to a bigger room with Aircon , the staff were excellent and very helpful, the location is in the centre of Harrogate with parking, overall a very enjoyable stay , thank you Studley Hotel

The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!
