Prima, schone kamer, alleen beetje gedateerd. WiFi signaal op de kamer was erg matig.

Elevator was broken,so you are carrying your luggage up long flights of stairs. There was a man in the lobby who was a bit to much.... asking questions about us in German,which I understand. Telling his daughter to just shrug her shoulders.Breakfast was lovely. Place is very worn down, thread bare, but safe. You are not allowed in without a key.

Service was goed. Er miste een dekbed, hierbij werden we goed geholpen om het op te lossen. We mochten ontbijten na de aangegeven tijd. Inchecken na 21 uur ging goed. Het hotel zelf viel tegen echt gedateerd, je kan de lift niet gebruiken na 21 uur, omdat deze verouderd is. Geen glazen op de kamer. Bed sliep overigens wel goed. Parkeren kan het op parkeerterrein, aan de straat is het wel betaald parkeren.

Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber, besserungs bedarf! Parkplätze steht bei Expedia stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung, dieses stimmt nicht! Personal, etwas schwer zu verstehen, dennoch freundlich. Für ein, zwei Übernachtungen okay, aber nicht für mehr! Preisleistung, gibt Hotels die näher am Zentrum sind und preislich gleich sind , was leider erst nach der Buchung aufgefallen ist

The hotel was well-positioned to sample the local businesses and was close to the central train station. Parking was available for a few but not offered upfront (street parking was offered, but there was nowhere to park). Another drawback was that the elevator (lift) was out of commission so we hauled our bags up and down 3 flights. That said, it was a classic old style hotel with a delightful kitchenette and balcony.

Great location, but homeless with dogs in the park across the street created quite a bit of noise one night. We enjoyed the close proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. The hotel elevator is quite old and small so only a max of 3 people can ride in it at once, and if you have luggage with you, it’ll be VERY crowded. Property doesn’t have air conditioning and the top floor, where we were staying, was very hot. The breakfast was good - plenty of options.

Fernsehempfang mangelhaft, Frühstückszeiten zu kurz, WLan defekt, Fahrstuhl defekt, Dusche verstopft, keine Informationen zum Hotel und Abläufen auf dem Zimmer vorhanden

Schmuddeliger Gesamteindruck. WC-Spülung ausgeleiert. Viel zu kleines Waschbecken. Eine Heizung im Bad, welche nicht abgestellt werden konnte. Keine Badlüftung vorhanden. Wenn Pfandflaschen schon einfach mit genommen werden, dann hätte das Zimmer dafür auch mal gesaugt werden können

Absolut abgewohntes, runtergekommenes Zimmer mit jeder Menge Staub, Spinenneweben, Silberfischen und Schimmel. Bloß die Finger von lassen. Es gibt für das Geld deutlich bessere Hotels, die dann 1km weiter dezentral liegen. Schalldämmung gibt es auch keine. Entsprechend laut ist es bei der Lage. Wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Dies war dann teilweise rennoviert. Dennoch staubig. Die Böden und Türen sind aus einem anderen Zeitalter (mit Charme eines Altbaus hat das nichts zu tun). Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Het hotel was niet schoon. Stofvlokken. Handdoeken waren klein en dun en op de tweede dag zelfs niet afwezig.

Das Zimmer war soweit ok, nicht ganz sauber! An der Zimmer Decke waren ein paar Spinnen und im Papier Eimer auch! Aber am schlimmsten war die Dusche (Kabine) . Völlig falsch eingebaut, da passte nur ein Modell durch eine Tür! Da die andere Tür durch das zu dicht angebaute Waschbecken, kaum auf ging !! Man musste den Bauch einziehen, um in die Duschkabine zu kommen 🤔 ! Echt schlecht, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war und sich auf eine Dusche freut. Fotos sind vorhanden .

Für unseren Kurztripp nach Heidelberg war das Hotel ideal! Ich wäre auch noch länger geblieben. Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes Zimmer, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit! Unsere Fahrräder standen sicher im verschlossenen Hof! Wir kommen wieder!

An old hotel, but very clean and quiet.

Der Check In lief reibungslos. Das Personal am Empfang spricht kein Deutsch. Man konnte sich aber auf Englisch gut verständigen. Mein Zimmer war klein, das Bettlacken dreckig, die Dusche kaputt, der Fernsehempfang sehr schlecht und das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Auf dem Bett war kein Matratzenschoner und das Bettzeug hatte schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das Fenster konnte man nur notdürftig öffnen. Das Frühstück war ok aber am zweiten Tag war der kaffeevollautomat auch kaputt. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen und hatte für drei 3 Sterne mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Die Gegend rund ums Hotel war schrecklich, dreckig und man fühlte sich unwohl.

Zimmer neu Renoviert, aber Fenster sind alt, so das es zieht. Wir können das Hotel für eine Familie nicht empfehlen.

Bed wasn’t comfortable

Sauberes Zimmer, renoviertes Bad, sonst recht abgenutzt. Sehr hellhörig und laut. Achtung: sie überbuchen absichtlich und sagen dann ab, teilweise auch erst am Tag der Anreise.

Ich war zwei Nächte hier. Am ersten Tag gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Die Rezeption war bemüht und hat direkt ihre Chefin kontaktiert, konnte aber nichts machen. Ein anderes Zimmer gab es nicht – alles ausgebucht. Ein kleines Entgegenkommen (z. B. ein Getränk) hätte ich trotzdem fair gefunden. Am nächsten Tag war das Wasser dann brühend heiß – kaltes Wasser gab es diesmal gar nicht. Zum Glück konnte das Problem schnell behoben werden, sodass ich endlich duschen konnte. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Das Zimmer ist extrem hellhörig. Viele rücksichtslose, junge Gäste kamen nachts gegen vier zurück, schlugen Türen, schrien im Flur, stampften durchs Treppenhaus. Gespräche waren wortwörtlich mitzuverfolgen – an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Leider war das in beiden Nächten so. Besonders schade, weil das Hotel sonst eigentlich ruhig gelegen ist. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Am Waschbecken im Zimmer wäre ein Haken sinnvoll – etwa für ein Handtuch oder den Kulturbeutel. Die Handtuchstange im Bad ist direkt über dem WC – für mich absolut unhygienisch. Positiv: Rollladen vorhanden, Bett okay. Aber auch bei einem 3-Sterne-Hotel sollte man auf grundlegenden Komfort und Rücksichtnahme achten – und dem Gast das Gefühl geben, dass sein Aufenthalt zählt.

Soweit alles ok. Rezeption nicht besetzt. Musst jemanden anrufen bei der Ankunft. Zimmer sehr gut. Sehen aus als wären sie neu renoviert. Achtung elektrische Rolladen. Hatten es Abends übersehen.

Das Zimmer war SEHR kalt und die Decke dünn. Unangemessen für die Temperaturen.

Hotel is close to the main train station. There is no microwave, and mini fridge. The shower area is not well designed where water was coming out. The hairdryer was on a short timer, took a long time for hair to dry. The mattresses were very uncomfortable.

This hotel was not adequately staffed. Instead, I was notified on the day of check-in that a key would be left in a lockbox. Despite my effort to reach out for parking instructions, I received no reply and no help. I selected this hotel primarily because they offered covered parking in a city with complicated parking rules; however, I could only find street parking by permit. I was unable to have a restful night's sleep because I worried about my rental car being towed, tampered with, or ticketed. Also, the lift was broken and we were placed on the fourth floor which was difficult for my children. In the morning again there was no staff to check out with and the coffee machine only dispensed hot water. The property felt so isolated. My family and I were displeased and considered this hotel the worst hotel experience of our entire trip.

Die Portierin war außerordentlich freundlich. Mir fehlte ein weiches Kopfkissen. Das Zimmer und besonders das Badezimmer waren einfach nur gut, Bad sehr gut!! Ein prima Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Ich empfehle es weiter!

Leider hat der Aufenhalt nicht stattgefunden! Ich musste einen Tag vor Anreise die Reservierung verschieben! Die Anfrage erfolgte sowohl schriftlich per Mail als auch telefonisch! Leider hat man sich nicht um die Angelegenheit gekümmert! Auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage war keine Lösung zu finden! Telefonisch war leider kein Ansprechpartner für mich erreichbar! Die Sache ist für uns als kleiner Verein sehr sehr ärgerlich und nicht nachvollziehbar! Eine Kontaktaufnahme seitens des Hotels hätte meiner Meinung nach erfolgen müssen! Schade!!! Everything was fine, however after checking out I returned to find my watch. The front door was locked in the early afternoon and the 3 numbers written on the door for contact we're all without answer and went to voice mail. I hope I get my Fenix watch back some day.

No staff present at when we arrived or left. Hotel room was nice and clean but the heat was off when we arrived so it took a bit of time to warm it up. Parking was available nearby but not associated with the hotel the payment machines we all not accepting credit cards (broken somehow), only had 50 EUR bills which also weren’t accepted so it took a but of time to find a place that would provide change.

Leider haben wir beim gesamten Aufenthalt kein Personal getroffen! Allerdings klappte der Check-in durch eine email mit Code für den Safe für den Schlüssel. Checkout verlief lediglich durch das Schlüssel ablegen am verwaisten Schalter. Das Zimmer ließ sich leider nicht verdunkeln und war generell wirklich nur mit dem Minimum ausgestattet! Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Clean but basic room. Value for money. Convenient and quiet location - close to station. Note late / weekend check-in via key box / no receptionist - get the code.

Easily walkable from train station and about 30min walk to square. We arrived a couple hours early so room not ready and had to call to be let into building as no staff at front desk. Once in the staff was very friendly, spoke little English but we were able to communicate. We were able to store our bags, but they are just left out in open area. We were given our keys and told room would be ready later. When we returned after exploring, our bags were as we left them but no staff available. Our room was sufficient and clean. There is breakfast available to add on for 15€ per person.

Lovely staff and good hotel. Only thing I was a little disappointed with was the location to thee centre of Heidlberg. When I booked it, it looked much closer to the river and shops than it actually was. A 15-20 minute walk for someone with mobility issues was a bit of an ordeal. Other than that, everything was great

If you're looking for a centrally located hotel with excellent service, Hotel Central Heidelberg is a solid choice. It's located within walking distance from Heidelberg HBF making it convenient, but it can get noisy and feel unsafe at night. While the noise and the slightly dated facilities might not appeal to everyone, the exceptional staff more than make up for these shortcomings.

Nahe am Hbf gelegen. Von hier aus ist alles gut mit ÖPNV und zu Fuß zu erreichen.

This hotel was adequate for my needs. Fairly basic but excellent value for the cost, under £70 for 2 nights. Convenient for trams and buses and only 6 minutes walk from the central station.

Hotel was comfortable and clean and walking distance to Old Town.

Die Lage zum Bahnhof und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ein Plus.

Teníamos dos días con desayuno y cuando llegamos lo avisamos y el día que nos íbamos el comedor estaba cerrado y solo había una persona en el hotel que nos dijo que no había nadie para desayunar.cuando le dijimos que lo teníamos pagado nos dijo que su jefe llegaba a las 9 y al final nos tuvimos que ir a las 10.30 sin desayunar ni hablar con ningún responsable así que el desayuno nos lo han cobrado y lo hemos perdido.hotel poco recomendable llevamos viajando von hoteles.com mucho tiempo y nunca nos habia pasado algo parecido

Frühstück war gut. Zimmer klein aber ok. Bad sah neu aus. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und haben gut geschlafen. Es war sehr heiß und wir haben uns über den Ventilator im Zimmer gefreut.

Frühstück nicht empfehlendwert und überteuert. Personal spricht schlecht deutsch und ist nicht gerade zuvorkommend. Es hängen oft Afrikanische Bilder herum mit Nacktheit. Ganzer Flair eher alt und in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn es nicht unsauber war. Bilder auf der Seite hier stimmen nicht! (Es sieht alles grauer und dunkler aus) Gegend ist gruselig, sucht lieber etwas näher der Alstadt.
