A great location - close to the train station, and many museums, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was varied and substantial. The hotel sauna and pool were very nice. Only quibble re: the use of the sauna. They request going totally nude, but if one wants to have a dip in the pool to cool off, what is wrong with wearing a swim suit inside?

This hotel was really great. The location was central and the pool and sauna were great. Hotel is slightly dated but that sort of gave it charm. The hotel doesn't really have a bar open past 9pm so that was a bit of a bummer when looking for a night cap post dinner. Overall, we were very happy and it was a great hotel to end our trip with.

Das Zimmer war wie erwartet und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war meiner Meinung nach sehr üppig bot das ein oder andere mehr was ich wo anders nicht hatte. Lediglich die Sauna Öffnungszeiten waren meiner Meinung nach etwas kurz bzw ungünstig gelegen, da sie entweder gleich morgens waren bis in die Frühstückszeit oder an 17 Uhr, wo man sich dann eventuell schon wieder für das Abendessen fertig macht.

Das Hotel ist überall sehr sauber und auch die Sauna und der Pool sind ordentlich. Jedoch ist das Hotel auf der einen Seite recht modern (z.B. Zimmer sind frisch Renoviert) aber auf der anderen etwas altmodisch und der Pool und Sauna Bereich könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Frühstück ist international aufgestellt, jedoch besteht nicht sonderlich viel Auswahl (Eine Käsesorte, eine Sorte Schinken und eine Sorte Salami). Die Kaffeemaschinen haben nur Filterkaffee und Espresso und andere Kaffeesorten können zwar bestellt werden, aber nur gegen Aufpreis. Was mir bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war, ist dass der Roomservice nur alle 3 Tage stattfindet. Das finde ich zu lange und vor allem wenn man das Fitnessstudio und den Pool nutzt, will ich nicht 3 Tage lang das selbe Handtuch benutzen.

Parking space is tricky and narrow for bigger vehicles. Room was tidy and had the necessities. The shower pressure could have been better, there was some dust in the coffee cups. Breakfast was lovely and you have a wide choice of restaurants near by.

比較的きれいなホテルだと思います。水回りも清潔で、特に気になる点はありませんでした。アメニティは歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、タオルが用意されていますが、パジャマはありません。 2泊しましたが、滞在中の清掃は行われなかったため、フロントで新しいタオルだけ受け取りました。

There were flush waters running from upper floors right behind the wall, and the noise started 5 am, when the first customers woke up upstairs. There were no way to be able to sleep. Very annoying considering the price of the hotel!!

Bon emplacement pour les transports. La literie ne répond pas aux attentes, les matelas étant trop mous. De plus, le petit déjeuner n’est pas adapté aux Français, car il contient trop de plats salés.

Fina rum med väldigt sköna sängar. Restaurangen är dock inte mycket värd. Dyra priser, smaklös mat och dålig service. Finns många bra restauranger runtom så rekommenderar alla att söka sig bort från hotellet.

Hotel is lovely and great location. Room was very warm at night and pillows not comfy. No housekeeping service for the 3 nights we were there which was disappointing and we had to ask for fresh towels. Very limited opening times for swimming pool and water was too cold

Sehr gutes Stadthotel, ein paar Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, wo die Züge zum Flughafen fahren. Schnelles Check-In angenehme Betten, Wasserkocher und Safe. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Einziger Minuspunkt war das WLAN. Es war nicht stabil und nicht in jedem Winkel des Zimmers erreichbar.

We liked everything, nothing bad to say! Perfect location, lovely staff everywhere, very clean, beautiful and spacious room, nice sauna and pool. Highly recommended! Special thanks to the lovely girls in the breakfast room who gave one of us a cake for his 50th bitrhday. That was much appreciated!

It had been a long time since I had stayed here and I had a wonderful time. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant was fantastic, and the front desk staff were friendly. The price is higher than the hotels in the area, but I am glad I chose this hotel.

Everyone were very nice and friendly and I really appreciated how the staff made an effort to speak Swedish with me. :) One strange thing though was how the people in the bar first ignored us and then later told us to go somewhere else as the bar closed at 22(?) instead of informing us that there was a self service bar in the lobby.

Arrived. Lobby quiet. 3 staff on reception. On approaching the desk, we were told to go back and get a numbered queung ticket or they wouldnt check us in. And there was no que. Welcoming? No! Outrageous behaviour. Coloured the rest of the stay in an otherwise ok hotel. Having said which not a smile from any staff. And they try to upsell you dressing gowns, slippers, late Checkin etc. Too hard. Too commercial. Too soulless. Pity. Nice building.

Bra läge centralt. Fräscht. Frukosten mycket bra med hänsyn till olika allergier. Hann tyvärr inte pröva gym och bastu vid detta tillfälle. Det enda negativa var vid incheckningen att tjejen inte vet helt service-mindes när jag skulle checka in på svenska och lite surt svarade att jag fick prata finska eller engelska.

Excellent ! Tres bel hotel, immense !!! Tout était tres bien, le breakfast, la chambre, la literie, le personnel, et l'emplacement, à coté de tout en centre-ville.

街の中心にあり便利です。プールで子供と遊ぶために選びましたが、こちらのプールはサウナ後に冷やす施設のようで、温水ではないようで、ちょっと寒かったです。近くに食事処やスーパーもあり滞在には便利です。中央駅もバスターミナルもすぐ近くです。 12時チェックアウト後、飛行機の時間までwifiの繋がる、ロビーで充電しながら暇潰ししました。荷物も預かってもらえます。日本向けのお土産屋さんもあり、便利です。フィンランドのホテル全般に言えますが、アメニティ(歯ブラシなど)は基本ないので注意です。ありがとうございました。

It was a very nice stay. All staff was very helpful and accommodating. Easy walking distance to National museums, central railway station, central bus hub, variety of restaurants and shopping centres. Good quality breakfast (included). Bed was super comfortable!

Das Hotel ist überall sehr sauber und auch die Sauna und der Pool sind ordentlich. Jedoch ist das Hotel auf der einen Seite recht modern (z.B. Zimmer sind frisch Renoviert) aber auf der anderen etwas altmodisch und der Pool und Sauna Bereich könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Frühstück ist international aufgestellt, jedoch besteht nicht sonderlich viel Auswahl (Eine Käsesorte, eine Sorte Schinken und eine Sorte Salami). Die Kaffeemaschinen haben nur Filterkaffee und Espresso und andere Kaffeesorten können zwar bestellt werden, aber nur gegen Aufpreis. Was mir bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war, ist dass der Roomservice nur alle 3 Tage stattfindet. Das finde ich zu lange und vor allem wenn man das Fitnessstudio und den Pool nutzt, will ich nicht 3 Tage lang das selbe Handtuch benutzen.

A great location - close to the train station, and many museums, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was varied and substantial. The hotel sauna and pool were very nice. Only quibble re: the use of the sauna. They request going totally nude, but if one wants to have a dip in the pool to cool off, what is wrong with wearing a swim suit inside?

Overall my stay was good. I liked the pool as it was great to do laps. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. The scrambled eggs were awful. They had no selection of coffee ( no decaf, lattes or cappuccino). Also as a non meat eater, they didn’t have much variety of cheeses to select from. The porridge was very good as well as berry compote

Bon emplacement pour les transports. La literie ne répond pas aux attentes, les matelas étant trop mous. De plus, le petit déjeuner n’est pas adapté aux Français, car il contient trop de plats salés.

Fina rum med väldigt sköna sängar. Restaurangen är dock inte mycket värd. Dyra priser, smaklös mat och dålig service. Finns många bra restauranger runtom så rekommenderar alla att söka sig bort från hotellet.

The hotel itself is great, well situated, clean and the free brekkie is fab. My complaint was that I had booked specifically as it had the pool and spa facility to give us some much needed down time on our 5 day city trip. We weren’t told until we checked in that the facility was closed, undergoing renovation. This was extremely disappointing but there was nothing we could do about it. I feel we should have been informed well before arrival so we had the option to cancel and change our hotel or to have been offered a price reduction. The other complaint is that the air con is hopeless and you can’t open a window so sleeping was pretty uncomfortable. We did complain at reception and they changed our room but it had the same issues so we just put up with it 😔 Anyway, those were our issues but if you’re not worried about the pool & spa and don’t mind a stuffy room I’d recommend the hotel 👍

We were misinformed about the time of breakfast (it ended at 10 not 10.30 as we were told) meaning we didn’t have much chance to eat. The staff quickly cleared everything away without caring. There was no drinking water available in the sauna (unless you drank from the shower.) presumably a health risk? The pool was cold. Did not get President vibes at all.
