We stayed twice at the Saigon Prince Hotel for a business trip in June 2025, at the beginning and end of our Vietnam trip. The hotel has all of the amenities for a comfortable stay (restaurant, bar, spa, conference rooms, business center). The staff were kind and competent. It was a joy getting to know them. There was also ample underground parking for our guests who attended a business event at the hotel. The street is lined with many eateries. There are times when the street in front of the hotel is closed for public events, but the staff were good to inform us proactively. The rooms are also huge and insulated in case you need quiet from the bustle of city life.

The location , the size . I can’t imagine I stay anywhere else with such good value for the price I paid. I think the Achilles heels is probably the room service which I didn’t find so appetizing for the price. So if you stay here please eat out ! Other than its great hotel. Gym weights were good, running machines were bad. Pool is small but USABLE .

Hotel staff were highly attentive and friendly, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Used the gym twice during my stay, surprisingly well stocked for a hotel gym, one of the treadmills doesn't work though and the other one shut off twice within 10 minutes, otherwise all other equipment and machines were excellent. Lots of cafes within walking distance.

three times that i arrived in a car with my suitcases the parking employees never cared to offer any help, the bellhop did open the door though so I could bring all my suitcases in myself. If you are going to stay in, ask for those corner room or at the back not facing Bitexco tower by your window or you will not be able to sleep. The property is surrounded by a lot of night clubs and they will play insanely loud music until 6-7 am unless you can sleep through the heavy bass of whacky club music. I gave this a 4/5 simply because loud music is inevitable for this location and the hotel staffs were quick to move me into a much better room right away, i forgot my house key after checking out and they found it right away to hold it for me until i came back a few days later to pick it up. Hotel is extremely close walking distance to night life and restaurant and other services. Since the hotel doesnt have an access ramp for handicapped people or to bring in suitcases, perhaps parking employees should offer a hand to help instead of standing there smoking a cigarette watching customers carrying bags and suitcases up the stairs. Just an honest thought

This has the potential to be a fabulous hotel. I would classify it as 3 and a half star. Generally good. Location is central and walking distance all over. Can be noisy. Spacious rooms. Clean. However carpets in hallways and rooms were dirty. They need to hoover daily. Need replacing too. My issue was staff. They are very rude and unhelpful. The deputy manager herself was also so rude. Staff are slow and never smile or help. The doormen and housekeeping were nice. It was reception. I am coming back to Saigon and would have come back here and recommended to fellow friends coming to Vietnam. However because staff cannnot treat guests properly, I will give the business to someone else.

Very conveniently located. It is in the center of Ho Chi Minh City and on the main street. Hotel rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. I go to Vietnam on business from Japan and stay at this hotel over 80 nights a year. It is a great hotel. I love this hotel for 15 years now.

Smack bang in the centre of district 1 and all the actions. Walkable to Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by eateries you can be easily fed with a new dish every meal for a whole week 👌😍. Clean and spacious room, wonderful attentive and courteous staff made such a pleasant stay. Wish it was longer than 4 nights.

This hotel Is in a convenient area on the main Blvd. our room was spacious although bathroom & decor were very dated. Bed was comfy & clean. Minimal shower, tea/coffee products provided. Room was not made up until 3pm. Did not eat any meals here-plenty of cafes around the hotel.

The hotel is located on a very busy street, so it is a bit noisy in the evening, up to 1 o'clock or so. The air conditioning was working intermittently, one day it was good, the next day it was struggling to get below 24 C, with the same settings.

This property is a great location. My first room I stayed at 4 day. Was okay I still try to enjoy it as i was staying in Saigon for 3 week wanted to us as my base love the area But 2nd time returning from 2night in Vung Tau To Saigon Prince they put me in the ròom that was cheak or maintained Ac not working properly then you can smell something was a crazy night The staff & area is very safe Thank you

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. We were informed upgrades are available if you pay. Hotel is at the walking street so it is very convenient. The hotel is very old. The bathroom has a sweat scent of smell! Our room is at the back of the hotel so it was quieter than the front. The window view was an abandoned building. The bed is hard but we like it to support our back. When we checked out at the hotel, we have to wait for 10 minutes for them to check the drinks in the fridge were not consumed. They also checked on the towels. The booklet said free local calls. They tried to charge 4 minutes of local calls. No VIP perks was provided.

There are times when the street in front of the hotel is closed for public events, but the staff were good to inform us proactively. We stayed twice at the Saigon Prince Hotel for a business trip in June 2025, at the beginning and end of our Vietnam trip. The hotel has all of the amenities for a comfortable stay (restaurant, bar, spa, conference rooms, business center). The staff were kind and competent. It was a joy getting to know them. There was also ample underground parking for our guests who attended a business event at the hotel. The street is lined with many eateries. This has the potential to be a fabulous hotel. I would classify it as 3 and a half star. Generally good. Location is central and walking distance all over. Can be noisy. Spacious rooms. Clean. However carpets in hallways and rooms were dirty. They need to hoover daily. Need replacing too. My issue was staff. They are very rude and unhelpful. The deputy manager herself was also so rude. Staff are slow and never smile or help. The doormen and housekeeping were nice. It was reception. I am coming back to Saigon and would have come back here and recommended to fellow friends coming to Vietnam. However because staff cannnot treat guests properly, I will give the business to someone else.

three times that i arrived in a car with my suitcases the parking employees never cared to offer any help, the bellhop did open the door though so I could bring all my suitcases in myself. If you are going to stay in, ask for those corner room or at the back not facing Bitexco tower by your window or you will not be able to sleep. The property is surrounded by a lot of night clubs and they will play insanely loud music until 6-7 am unless you can sleep through the heavy bass of whacky club music. I gave this a 4/5 simply because loud music is inevitable for this location and the hotel staffs were quick to move me into a much better room right away, i forgot my house key after checking out and they found it right away to hold it for me until i came back a few days later to pick it up. Hotel is extremely close walking distance to night life and restaurant and other services. Since the hotel doesnt have an access ramp for handicapped people or to bring in suitcases, perhaps parking employees should offer a hand to help instead of standing there smoking a cigarette watching customers carrying bags and suitcases up the stairs. Just an honest thought

The hotel is at a prime location in District1. Had a comfortable stay except for some disturbance in the night due to music playing outside close by. Otherwise, had a great stay and enjoyed the place and walking street right in front of the hotel which is closed for vehicles on Saturdays and Sundays.

Smack bang in the centre of district 1 and all the actions. Walkable to Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by eateries you can be easily fed with a new dish every meal for a whole week 👌😍. Clean and spacious room, wonderful attentive and courteous staff made such a pleasant stay. Wish it was longer than 4 nights.

年季の入った建物ではありますが、清掃がちゃんと入って清潔でした。ホテル周辺には飲食店が多数あり食事に困ることはありませんでした。スタッフの方みんな親切でした。 3泊滞在しましたが、麺料理や炒飯、サラダなどの朝食のメニューが日替わりだったので飽きることがありませんでした。

Hotel staff were highly attentive and friendly, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Used the gym twice during my stay, surprisingly well stocked for a hotel gym, one of the treadmills doesn't work though and the other one shut off twice within 10 minutes, otherwise all other equipment and machines were excellent. Lots of cafes within walking distance.

Quietness: we stayed there Aug 4-9. On Aug 4 (Friday) night, my wife heard some music playing indistinctly from outside. Hwvr on Sat night situaiton became worsen, the music became louder and louder as if we went to a disco. We complained to Front Desk thereafter we were transferred to another quieter room on the other side at around 3 a.m. Next morning (Aug 6) my wife brought this matter up with the Reception. The guy responded that their government allowed the pubs in the City to play loud music over weekend. He further commented we should put on request for a quieter room by the time we made our reservation. It seems to us it's quite ridiculous as "quietness" is of top priority to all guests. Food quality: we went to Ocean Queen Restaurant at their hotel for a seafood buffet dinner on Aug 5. We ate some fresh oysters and other seafood, unfortunately my wife started to suffer from diarrhea the next morning, for me I started mine at around 5 p.m. Later on I votmitted sereoiusly in the lift and lost conscious for a min or so. Fortunately 3 hotel staff came to assist us and send me back to our room. Once I returned to our room, I still vomitting. We hope their Front Desk staff should draw the probable weekend noise pulltion to all guests by the time they check in.

The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many sites within short walking distance as well as tons of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, coffee shops, gift shops, etc. In addition to the regular sidewalks on both sides, the street also has a very wide section in the middle which is dedicated to pedestrians only which makes walking up and down easy and also allows for some great photo opts. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and very well-maintained. Also, when I arrived it was during a busy time of the day and it only took me a little over 30 minutes to get there from the airport (which was totally fine because it was great to look out the window of the car and take in the sites of the beautiful city as we drove through the city streets to get there). When I left it was early in the morning so not many cars or motorbikes on the road at all and the ride to the airport was only about 15 minutes. The most important part, every single employee was extremely helpful and hospitable and went above and beyond expectations in every sense. The few times we needed something for the room (i.e. a fresh towel, etc.), it seemed to be up there before we were! The front desk and lobby employees were always smiling and helping with our questions. The bar staff were so friendly and engaging. There was a feeling like all the employees there actually wanted to be there to help. I recommend this hotel to everyone and will be staying here the next time I visit HCMC!
