great welcome at check in - friendly and very helpful. clean modern hotel , rooms good all the staff very friendly just beware breakfast is very busy from early on with a lot of rude and impatient guests and the line for coffee/tea is ridicular.

The hotel is very central and the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Negative points for cleanliness - the bathroom wasn’t super clean (eg there was hair in the sink) and the bedsheets had stains on them. Price was also too high (we paid 300 ). There’s no parking available on the property but a few park garages close by.

They Hey is a hip hotel with super friendly staff. We had lunch and dinner and they were delicious. The draw at this hotel are the public areas which we enjoyed. The rooms are clean but basic in an IKEA way. They do the job.

The Hey Hotel is stylish and modern and centrally located. The hotel appears to comprise 2-3 connected buildings, so finding the proper place to enter and the proper hallway to get to your room can be a minor challenge. The main restaurant is touristy and nothing special, but the breakfast room was large and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast buffet was larger and better than average.

The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortably. Pillows were flat. Parking was easy once the staff explained where to park, Overall 5 star experience.

Check In Man with glasses, was terrible. He seemed frightened to talk to a guest. It was the check in guy at the next desk who was serving someone else, that shouted over to me "Welcome to The Hey Hotel". My own check in man then told me that room 530 was on the 4th floor. What an idiot, needs to be dismissed. Another problem was that there did not appear a full container of hand soap and the bath one as well appeared nearly empty. On Day 1, the evening, they both ran out. On Day 2 after my room had been serviced, BOTH hand and bath gels had NOT been replaced. So I had NO hand soap and NO bath soap. Despite me alerting reception, these were not replaced. Reception appeared very busy with a Japanese tour group checking In, and the maintenance man was busy because someone was stuck in one of the lifts.

Bel emplacement, personnel sympathique, chambre calme, lit confortable. À notre arrivée, la salle de bain sentait énormément l’humidité. Nous avons voulu aérer et nous avons constaté que la porte était brisée… Un peu moche pour un hôtel à ce prix.

Hotel razoável! O café da manhã é PERFEITO! A localização é ÓTIMA! Mas o quarto deixa muito a desejar! Tinha cabelo de outras pessoas na cama, na banheira… a limpeza do quarto é razoável! Não eh o pior hotel, tem os pontos positivos como localização, café da manhã, o restaurante do hotel eh ótimo! Mas o quarto parece que não eh do mesmo hotel… Quarto pequeno, e sujo… Pouco cuidado! Não recomendo!

Rooms were ok but worst part was the ac was not working in the room. I asked the front desk and they said it was what it is. It was so pricy and we expect some decent service. Such a waste if money… my family could not sleep in hot weather..

Very nice hotel and conveniently located. The rooms with balconies are nice but smoking is permitted on them so if your neighbor smokes, it comes right into your room.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Clean modern, felt spacious for the size of room. Had a king bed and sofa. Nice tv with international channels. Small safe. The breakfast was nice. Comfortable. Staff was very friendly and convenient location about 10 min walk to Interlaken West. Bathtub had curtains - not a deal breaker but had 2 sinks. Wish it included a mini fridge but not a dealbreaker. I would come back here again.

This is a convenient and reasonably priced hotel in Interlaken. A 5 minute walk from Interlaken West and 20 minutes from Interlaken Ost. Staff were friendly enough. The room was incredibly hot however as the air con did not seem to work properly. We asked for it to be looked at and they said it was working, but we were unable to sleep comfortably whilst there.

Sehr ringhörig, laut, wenn Nachbarzimmer gereinigt wurde, konnte nicht weiter geschlafen werden. Dusche in der Dachecke speziell & für grosse Menschen schwierig & nicht ideal.

Super dejligt hotel. Ikke den smukkeste placering i området, men meget praktisk. Venligt personale og gode værelser. Dog meget lydt. Vi havde svært ved at falde i søvn for trampen ovenpå. Morgenmaden var ufattelig kaotisk. Godt udvalg, men UTROLIG mange mennesker og de løb hele tiden tør for æg osv.

The Hey Hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel is only a short walk from the Interlaken West train station, close to shopping, and food. The staff were lovely! The breakfast staff were so nice to our three kids and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to arrange their toys in a fun way around our room which the kids LOVED! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again!

The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.

This is an excellent property to stay with family. In the heart of the city connecting both interlaken OST and West. Staffs were extreamly cooperative and liked the room size and the amenities in the hotel. Had an wonderful experience in breakfast as the staffs in restaurant were very warm and welcoming and ensure the guests goes out with a smile

The hotel appears to comprise 2-3 connected buildings, so finding the proper place to enter and the proper hallway to get to your room can be a minor challenge. The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortably. Pillows were flat. Parking was easy once the staff explained where to park, Overall 5 star experience.

great welcome at check in - friendly and very helpful. clean modern hotel , rooms good all the staff very friendly just beware breakfast is very busy from early on with a lot of rude and impatient guests and the line for coffee/tea is ridicular.

This is an amazing hotel. The room we stayed in was large. The room and property are pristine. The hotel is conveniently located closer to train stations. This is a must stay in Interlaken. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast spread is very impressive. Very strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great. They were nice to give us an extra large room since we were traveling with 3. One of the only hotels that gave water out which was so nice! Breakfast was excellent. My only issue was that 'maintainance' came into our room without knocking, and it was 3 men. We were all dressed, but easily could not have been. That felt a little violating.

Super dejligt hotel. Ikke den smukkeste placering i området, men meget praktisk. Venligt personale og gode værelser. Dog meget lydt. Vi havde svært ved at falde i søvn for trampen ovenpå. Morgenmaden var ufattelig kaotisk. Godt udvalg, men UTROLIG mange mennesker og de løb hele tiden tør for æg osv.

Perfect location with nice hospitality. They have amazing breakfast buffet which is great to start the day. Room size was great specially for the families having toddlers or infant, it has enough room space to kids to move around.

Staff were wonderful - the spacious balcony was a pleasant surprise and the hotel is in a great location for walking around town. Both east and west train stations are a short walk away .

Rooms were outdated. Hallway carpets were dirty. Towels and hand towels were thin. Room furniture was very minimalistic with no drawers. No USB charging ports. Not what we were expecting for how it was advertised and the price we paid.
