Great service, nice facilities, gym was great

Amazing service by friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and huge. Thankful for the nice room with a beautiful view of the Plaza Indonesia mall. Breakfast spread was amazing! I will it the most. However, the room is rather worn out I feel. Like, a bit mouldy around the tub and floor. Toilet bowl water is kinda yellow. Wish these could be fixed. The elevators are also very slow. But overall, a good stay and a place I will miss!

The room was kind of small and a lot of things were spoilt- had to call maintenance numerous times over the stay. One of the days the toilet bowl emitted worms which was very unhygenic. The mini bar was not working and our food was spoilt overnight. Even after changing the mini bar it was still the same. Just gave up complaining. The staff was exceptional. Indonesian hospitality is commendable and is actually at par to Thai's or better. Facilities were as expected but the car park system needs to be upgraded. Even when the taxi or Grab came to pick us up- we had to wait to exit because car park system took longer than expected to allow exit. Breakfast was great. Some of the front desk were either overwhelmed and was at times not very welcoming. Bell boy service was exceptional and Riyan was great.

Excellent services, amenities, malls nearby, loved the outdoor pool, 24 hrs gym, hot and ice tubs, steam and sauna rooms. Incredible international breakfast buffet with cold pressed juices and unlimited artisan coffee

デパートも近くにあるし、レストランもデパート内、少し歩いたホテル裏側に、ファストフードは１０分以内に。 サウナはスティーム、ドライ、そして水風呂も。

It wasn’t a pleasant stay. Checked in to find limited hangers for clothes. Only one power socket that can be used, at the desktop table. Once you charged a laptop, you can’t charged anything (phone, power bank, etc) else. The other socket used for table lamp and tv. Bedside no sockets at all. Power trip multiple times on Thursday 9 Nov night causing restart of room lights and aircon. Plus the backup fans in the rear window were very noisy. Only good thing was breakfast, gym & sauna area. Whn we chknin the carpet was not clean and the nxt day we have to call the cleaner to vacuum it ..cause they only make up the room. We book the wrong room ..too small for us cause we bring 2 medium luagage and hard to do the prayers..Over all is good ..especially the breakfast ..more choices and variety ...

Room had Ciggs smell even when its a non- smoking room. Location and staff is awesome!

Hotel toilet have piping back flow smells. Also the hotel offer very low grade towels. The towel are greyish colour and smell damp and mouldy. Please take note and upgrade. Thanks.

Great location spotless flawless property

Good location. Clean room and good service. Entry to the room was a little confusing but once we learned the basics, we did ok.

The hotel is old and tired. Hotel corridors and dark / smell of damp, as for the room finishing is beyond time to renovate. Interior dated and worn out.

I requested smoking room and was assigned a room at level 3. The room I was assigned to is next to the staff area. Every morning, I can hear loud chatting and giggling. My window is facing the back door of the staff area so I had to keep my curtain closed the whole time. The room was ridiculously small, I can hardly sit comfortably at my desk coz the chair couldn’t be pushed out fully. The headboard is stained. The toilet is so small that I had to move to the side when I’m in the toilet to open the door before I can get out.

It took me one hour to connect to the wifi in the room. Called for help, I was just asked to restart my laptop. I asked for IT to help, they sent a non-IT which couldn't help me at all. Got to wait for another 20 mins before the IT guy came. All in, it took me 1 hour 10 mins just to connect. After that, I had no issue for the rest of the days. The room is so so dated. Carpets are so gordy and old. The curtains cannot be pulled close at all. It does not feel like a Pullman at all. It feels worse than a budget hotel. The toiletries used were of low quality in small tubes. Waste of environment resource. They don't even give you face towel!!! Only 1 hand towel. How do I wash my face with a long face towel. Lightings are old. Everything from top to toe is old. Only the location is great. What a pity!!

The room is outdated. The tv did not work and I informed reception and they said they would send someone up. No one came. I had to go all the way back down to reception to cancel the request so I could go to bed. Check in was nice. The lady was very friendly. I asked if I could check out 1pm instead of 12 and she said that was fine. I got a phone call the morning of checkout after 12 asking if i wanted to stay another nignt or if i was going to check out. Very annoying as I'd asked for the late check out. The room is dark and cramped for the price. It is in desperate need of a refresh. Not worth the price.

Need remodeling rooms

I was not able to sleep at all due to the noise from main street. You would hear very loud motorcycles sounds entire night.

The room is too small for a five star hotel.. The Aircon is not strong , although already adjusted the temperature and fan level. The condition of this hotel is rather too old fashion and already fall back into 80s. TV channels and entertainment are not ip to date, No Netflix, No smart TVs, No USB charging points, Still the old type of 2 pins plugs for charging handphone and electronic devices. Bad experience, its time for Pullman Jakarta Thamrin to go for an upgrade of systems and entertainment.

Business trip, great place to stay, location and service were perfect.

Excellent weekend gateway The staffs are incredibly helpful and hospitable

It one of the most bad experience i ever had with Accor group. 1. Checkin : Frond desk staff Alden, They upgraded the room, and when i request one hour more for checkout they downgraded the room in exchange of the one hour! Really and thats after 15 minutes wanting for their shift manager to approve! 2. My checkout time was at 2pm, at 1 15pm, someone knocked the door, in 5 seconds they knocked again, and they opened the room door directly, i was literally in the rest room, and rest room door was opened, really didn't know what to do ! I said wait, and went to see them, i found the front desk manager saying that i should leave the room, i said i have till 2pm, she said that was not updated in the system! Even thu they could have just do a phone call to the room and ask me instead of this movie action. Even the none disturb button was on but they didn't care. 3. Checking out : I requested to meet the hotel manager, again Alden the front desk guy told me, he is not authorized to contact the hotel manager, and he blocked me, i after i insist he did another lie saying that the hotel manager is not in charge as its Saturday, but it was actually Friday working day and fhe hotel manager was there. 4. I have to say that the front desk manager did her best to apologies, and finally the hotel manager showed up and try to apologise in a nice way with promises to fix it in future. They offered me upgrade to next time or food treatment that i didn't accpet.

Only their lobby are renovated recently,other than that room are very 9ld, somehow their staff are not friendly and helpful compare to most 5stars or 4stars hotels

Great stay and good service

A great hotel in heart of city but is a big hassle to get to due to major traffic jams. Though room is clean, it is showing its age.

Rooms are a bit outdated and not well maintained and on the smaller side. Location is very good with MRT stop nearby.

Great location right across MRT allowing you to explore the greater part of the city and also across Grand Asia Mall..staff friendly and supportive . Hotel rooms were a bit small but okay for short stay like mine ..

朝食が素晴らしかったです。インドネシア料理コーナーが充実しているのはもちろん、日本料理（そば、味噌汁、巻き寿司）も美味しかった。野菜不足の人は、中国料理コーナーのヌードルステーションに行って、麺抜きで野菜スープを作ってもらうと良いです！麻辣湯のような味付けにすると最高に美味しい。 ホテルの立地は、MRTの駅のすぐ近くにあるので、BLOCK Mまで電車で行けます。道路交通渋滞が嫌いな人はMRTが便利です！

朝食のビュッフェは種類やジャンルが豊富で大満足。朝から活力を貰えます。スタッフも親切丁寧で素晴らしかった。

Decent hotel in the heart of Jakarta. The bathroom was a little dated but the breakfast and dining options were fantastic. I have never been to a breakfast that required a map to navigate!

アジア中で朝食のメニュー数はトップ５に入るホテルだと思います。朝食のビュッフェが極めて充実しています。この10年以上、このスタイルを貫いていることは驚嘆に値します。また行きたいです。

While the room was small and the bathroom very small the breakfast in the restaurant was exceptional.
