To me the hotel, and rooms had a nice appears, but the pillows at that hotel needs to be changed more often. After 2 or 3 nights of sleeping on same pillows, I started to feel like I was catching a cold, because the pillows ( pillow cases ) were not fresh. Did not smell fresh.
