Kitchen very slow, waited more than an hour for hamburger, next night over an hour aswell for steak that was tough. Breakfast way too slow, standing in queues evert morning. Staff were friendly

My stay was pleasant however I think that standards have dropped over time. Management is sadly lacking though the service at reception and at the bar was good.
