Location is fantastic and close to everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is just basic and the pool is nice but small. Had a wonderful two nights stay overall.

The property has no elevator to second floor. Guess I missed this when i was making the reservation. Pretty quiet even though it was booked solid. Nobody used the pool so we had it all to ourselves= bonus. It was outdoor and heated to a comfortable temp. The railing into.pool needs to be fixed as is loose when you hold onto it to get in an out of pool. Hot tub area could use some updating. The floor is treacherous when went to walk through from outside to inside as its tile and wet. Breakfast area was nice and clean. You could have a lighter breakfast or omelet, bacon or sausage option, pancakes, hashbrowns, or just cereal, muffins, toast, yogurt, fruit there were a great variety. Generally clean tidy place...As a person with disability there was only one disability parking space near the door that we could see. You need more spaces.

Woke up to minimum 5 bed bugs in my bed. Left the Hotel at 3am after they couldn’t give me another room/option. All of Kamloops was booked full, so no sleep for me. Called me later to tell me pest control is taking care of the bugs and when I return I shall let them know so I can get the best treatment. When I said I wouldn’t ever book again, I was assured there are no bugs in the building………….. yeah. They’re booked full tonight again. Poor person who gets that room. Loved throwing all my stuff away and wash what was washable on a work trip. Got the night refunded but spent half of the night outside and had hours of cleaning work to get rid of those bugs.

I have pics as proof too. Saving as emailed their head office. There is significant blood on drapes and on roof so weirdly! Definitely some red stain! Can't be jam! Check in guy was a grump! I had to ask him to just he nice! This was so rare for me to do that! I had a good day going too up until then. Just taking the rest of the stay as is. Hot tub jets relaxed me though.

The jacuzzi in my room was dirty, I filled it up with water and there was a black bug floating in it. Not enough kleenex and fresh towels in the room. Went for breakfast, and went to get a clean plate but the plate on top was dirty.

The property claimed to be renovated in 2019, but the last time the bathroom was touched was in the 80’s. The grout looked mildewy, the shower know was filled with yuck, the bath stopper was in the soap tray, there was a disgusting grip mat rolled up in the corner of the bathtub. The toilet was strangely short. The linens were dingy and the bottom sheet kept piping off the mattress. The hard surfaces had liquid spill residue that had not been cleaned from previous guests.

This is a lovely property however staying on the bottom level was not ideal. The constant footsteps above us until after midnight and starting again around 5am just made the stay horrible. If you stay here request a room on the upper level and you will be fine. The rooms really are lovely and spacious just the sound proofing needs work.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Quality of free breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. The only inconvenience was that the toilet of the room was clogged but maintenance guy came and fixed it within 30 mins of our arrival. Overall, our stay was great.

I liked that the rooms have been recently updated. The room itself was nice and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom could use a little more finishing. The breakfast was fine however plain scrambled eggs would be a better option than eggs with peppers in them.

The beds were comfortable and I appreciate having the toilet & shower in a separate room from the sink. Also, the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the soundproofing was terrible. You could hear the pipes screeching, which wasn’t a great thing to wake up to after an 8-hour drive. You could easily hear guests outside the room, and the doors beeped when they weren’t fully closed, so we were woken up by a constant, consistent beeping sound that keep going for so long because another guest had left their room open. To be fair, all the doors were really sticky and tough to shut properly. Which leads me to the condition of the hotel. That hot tub looked dank. My husband and I love hot tubs and were looking forward to a soak, but neither of us wanted to step foot in that tub. I had a shower and the water screeched the whole time. And there were scunge marks all over the walls. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, given that there are several other hotels in Kamloops.

Bed was very comfortable. Jacuzzi in room was nice. Decor was different, a bit upscale retro but nice. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was good.

Location is convenient and very walkable. It is close to a lot of dining options and the mall. The room and breakfast were okay. I wish the staff were more friendly though - didn’t see one staff smile or greeted us when we were there. The shampoo/conditioner bottles in the room weren’t refilled and the Kleenex box was empty when I checked in. It was addressed 2 days later. I was there for 3 nights and no housekeeping came to clean the room. They only took the garbage when they refilled the toiletry bottles. Overall an okay hotel for the price. Could be better though.

First room didn’t have shampoo filled, changed rooms. Then at checkout it took the reception 30-40 minutes to refund my $200 security deposit making me late for unloading a commercial truck.

Asked for a cot upon arrival, was chided for not asking in advance, asked for a main floor room as there are no elevators, chided again, and told there is a 20. Charge as we didn’t request in advance. Ok, fair I guess. Outdoor pool water is so murky I was unable to see my 12 year old grandson when he was swimming under the surface, I let him swim so bad on me. The bathroom is moldy, and the cot had a dirty sheet on it so we didn’t use it. Upon checkout I advised same desk clerk of this, again chided for not dealing with it the previous night. No refund of 20. Fine, our last stay at any Quality Inn. Desk clerk called while we were driving to tell us we would not be charged 20, again I was chided for not doing things in advance. Not a pleasant stop, never again.

Outdoor pool water is so murky I was unable to see my 12 year old grandson when he was swimming under the surface, I let him swim so bad on me. The bathroom is moldy, and the cot had a dirty sheet on it so we didn’t use it. Upon checkout I advised same desk clerk of this, again chided for not dealing with it the previous night. No refund of 20. Fine, our last stay at any Quality Inn. Desk clerk called while we were driving to tell us we would not be charged 20, again I was chided for not doing things in advance. Not a pleasant stop, never again.

Both luggage carts were extremely difficult to move once loaded. Many male staff members saw my distress, but offered no assistance. My only other choice would have been to carry all my luggage the long path from the lobby, or first down a small set of stairs then back up a full flight from the parking lot. There was also a gray-haired woman staff member who came and stood directly behind me as I loaded the washing machine, then followed me out. Why? Very disturbing. Many staff members loitering in the lobby and break room at all times.

Overall, the stay was pleasnt. Nice clean and decent rooms. Close to aberdeen mall. Staff was friendly. However, the breakfast area was very tiny. Not enough seating areas. But stay was good. Happy with the rooms. Will surely come back if stopping by Kamploops.

Great location for an overnight. Very clean and comfortable, surprising quiet for a hotel that is just off the highway. This is a go to for my family every summer because it is easy to get to, restaurants are within walking distance, breakfast included and the pool. The staff are very helpful and kudos to Diyata for going out of her way to help.

Location was good, easy to access the highway, shops and restaurants close by. Parking is good, especially under cover with good access up to the above floors. Both my son and I were looking forward to the breakfast due to some reviews we read, but the first morning changed everything. Let me say that I am not a fussy eater, but cold coffee, uncooked waffles (machine issue), eggs that didn't resemble or taste like eggs, just stopped us there. We decided that toast and cereal was the only options, along with some fresh fruit (blackened bananas one day). The second morning we attempted the auto pancake maker, but upon looking at it closer there was a partially uncooked pancake, stuck at the exit port of the machine. Just got tired of walking to the front desk to get assistance in the breakfast room. It was cereal and toast for the next two morning as well. Each morning, I witnessed the majority of the patrons (some with kids) not enjoying their uncooked "doughy" waffles,etc. As I remember what a treat it was as a child to have a special breakfast treat while travelling. A number of workers staying there, just left the plate full and left. Enough said. Upgrades desperately needed. A few days later, my son and I both wanted to use the hot tub. Seemed clean and ok, but the clean towels supplied had old stains and some even had holes in them. Room was clean, with only some mildew on the shower wall. We requested room service once just to replace dirty towels, only some were.

It was an ok stay but I’m traveling with my 83 y/o father and handicapped access isn’t the greatest The room was clean and we both enjoyed a nights sleep on a very comfortable mattress and the pillows were 👍 My biggest issue was the blatant abuse of the non smoking rules. Across the hall was party central and the smell of cannabis got so bad that I had to attend the front desk. I smoke cigarettes and I respect the policy in place, why can’t the potheads do the same.

We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. We have been driving from Vancouver Island, and that was our stop to regroup and have a hot tub before our next day of travel. We got there and they said the hot tub was not working I asked why I was not told and they said it just broke the night before. We went to go check out the outdoor pool and while talking to people in the pool who had been there for three days said the hot tub had not been working their whole time. Why lie? I chose the hotel because of the hot tub and did not get a hot tub or option.

I really found the services excellent, very helpful, kind and friendly. The room was clean and even the housekeeping people were friendly. The only negative experience I had, was the toilet is too low. It's like it is better suited for a kids toilet and hard to get back up off. I think it's an old style toilet? But other than that, it was awesome! Thank you for making our experience a great experience there!

Our room was on the first floor outside the pool. We paid a little more for a jucuzzi tub and king bed. The room was nice and the bed comfy. My only complaint is that it was noisy. The room was right outside the pool so we had a lot of pool noise. Also we could hear footsteps, showers, etc in the room above us and they stayed up late and got up early. Not well insulated. If you are looking for quiet I’d suggest the 2nd floor away from the pool.
